I have made a transaction in Acko insurance and had to cancel the transaction and from the vendor, refund initiated they have confirmed the refund is done from their end with UTR no and refund id received, But it is not credited to my EBIXCash Prepaid card.
I wrote mail on September 30th but no response received not even acknowledgment.
Daily I am calling to the customer care and no one responses to it.
Kindly help me with this.
