[Resolved] Itzcash Card — Refund of cancelled irctc ticket

I had booked an e-ticket from irctc in tatkal quota using itz gateway for paying thrrough my uco bank visa debit card on 6th june. Ticket didn't get confirm and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per the message sent by irctc. But till now i have not received the refunded amount. Transaction id:[protected] Cancellation/refund id:[protected]. I would like to get this problem solved as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Jun 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved They called me up after two days and on the third day i got the refund in my bank account. ItzCash Card customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Your service is very poor.I had cancelled my train ticket, but the amount is not yet refunded.In the IRCTC status, it is showing that the amount is refunded but it has not come to my bank account.Look into this problem of mine, enquire and resolve it.
