[Resolved]  Itzcash Card — unauthorised debit of entire amount from my prepaid card

I would like to inform you that i have received one gift card of Itz cash HDFC pre paid card which is valid upto 11/17. The said card was loaded with 50000.00 balance initally. Since the date i received the gift card to till date i have not used the gift card.Even when i am trying to login into consumer login an error msg is reflecting "internal error is coming try after some time". From last 3-4 days this msg is coming while login into your website . At last, on 08/09/17 i contacted your customer care regarding issue behind login. I surprised to know from your help line that my card is already used by some one and some what around 3500 balance is only available. If pin and original card is with me then how this can happen without my knowledge. You are requested to please provide the entire statement of the said card. And such type of fraud has happen in my card and no option has left for me to go to consumer court as all my money fraudently swiped away without my knowledge. I have a dout some one in your back end malafidely used this card as this card was not in use for long time. You are requested to attend the matter on top priority.
