Ixoracart — cheating through online shopping, received wrong product

I purchased a saree on ixoracart on 29th october 2019, paying rs. 1149 for each saree. The saree is not the same as they displayed in website and it is not a good one. It is of very low quality and i wanted to return the product. But there is no proper mail id or phone number where i can contact ixoracart returns. The mail id provided in their website is directing to peachmode customer support. Contact number is also not a proper one, no one picks the call. Please redress this issue. Please refund the amount

You kindly contact your bank and raise a CHARGE BACK. Your bank will provide you a form for the same.

I had ordered original yellow/black handloom saree from ixoracart from surat
Online facebook.B ut they have sent green/orange saree.i have paid 1249 rs cash on delivery .since yesterday i am trying to contact no response.now also i am trying to reach them nobody answering my call.have sent mail too.this is case of fraud please rectify the issue.
