Refund against ticket i'd no ixitr[protected] and ixitr[protected] both are booked on 04 apr 19. Amount deducted 2778.45 in each i'd no. Booked ticket from bbs to sc. Booked amount deducted from debit card and ticket not confirmed due to not recollect password. So transaction fail show and advice money should be returned within 7 days. But now after 16 days not refund from railway authority to my bank. So kindly check and early action is requested please.
