Refund against ticket i'd no ixitr[protected] and ixitr[protected] both are booked on 04 apr 19. Amount deducted 2778.45 in each i'd no. Booked ticket from bbs to sc. Booked amount deducted from debit card and ticket not confirmed due to not recollect password. So transaction fail show and advice money should be returned within 7 days. But now after 16 days not refund from railway authority to my bank. So kindly check and early action is...

Two tickets booked vide id no ixitr[protected] and ixitr[protected] amount 2778.45 each deducted on 04 apr 2019 but still is pending to credit into the bank. After 16 days it is not credited the amount to the bank on railway authority. Ticket booked from bbs to sc on 04 apr 19. So kindly check all details and early credit to the bank please
