I wanted to return by Order No.[protected] which consists of a Size 9 Crocs Slippers as the size is too big. However, I'm unable to return this product as my PIN code is not eligible for pick up. Also, there is no option provided on the website to Self Ship the product. jabong has not provided any appropriate guidance after repeated requests from my part.
Please do the needful ASAP

    i have been trying to return 2 out of 3 of my purchased items under this order id because of fit issues. My area's pin code is not serviceable. So i need to return it through self ship option. But i am not able to find that option in the site. What should i do now? I need a fast response please because i'll not be available day after.

      horrible online sale portal- jabong

      One of the most horrible online sale portal, I have ever encountered. No timely delivery, No timely updates. In addition, your sale period is just a waste of time. Generally it take ample of time in browsing and selecting the product and to place an order and post that you guys either cancel it without even informing the customer or deliver it post one or two month. By the time person may have forgot what he/she has ordered and if it a gift...

      I had placed a return request for ORDER ID [protected] on friday. The pickup was delayed for 7 days and on the 7th day I received a message that the return request has been cancelled as per the their logistics partner. There was no communication from the logistics and neither was such request made.
      This is highly unprofessional. An unnecessary delay and blatant disregard to a simple process has caused a trouble of endlessly contacting the customer support with no solution. I’m done with jabong after this but if the issues isn’t resolved within a week I’ll have to a file consumer court complaint.

        On 13th July 2018 i had placed an order at night for 3 products and in next morning the status was shipped.

        I checked that my default address was my old address and there was no option to change it. I tried to change my default address as well as billing address but could not do so.I could not even cancel my order and I had already paid for it.

        I reached to the customer care as well but he said he was not able to help, he could not change the address or could not even cancel the order.Just asked me to ask to return the products when delivery guy calls me.

        After installing the application i logged in using my facebook account and it considered my old address and communication details which are not active currently.
        I have not been communicated regarding delivery of any product. I have prepaid and instead of showing failed delivery its showing two of the products as delivered.
        I am not getting how it could be possible and what can I do to cancel that order or to recieve on my correct address.

        I reached the customer care again and they said they do not have any information of the delivery person, how could this be even possible.

        I tried to track the shipmemt but the tracking number mentioned is also showing incorrect.

        As per the discussion with the customer care I have marked both the delivered status products for return with reason for return as "did not get the product".
        Now I can not see the tracking Id of these two.

        I do not know how such a service can be provided by such company.

        I want my money back.

          Hii i placed order num (four products )[protected] on 8/07/2018 but i have not received any of the products. Rather jabong just cancelled 2 of the products and other two were simply returned without my knowledge. This unprofessional behaviour is not expected from jabong. How can jabong just cancel the order. Nor did i received any call from jabong regarding cancellation nor any email. And jabong just initiated the refund rather i demanded my order delivery but there is no positive response from the jabong team. Jabong is really negligent

            Recently I bought a jeans. But since the product varied from what is shown in the app, I decided to return it. But when I entered the pincode, it showed that the pick up is unavailable. The I tried self ship and was not able to do that too. I am really disappointed in this action. I really want to return the product. So please do necessary action for this problem.

              Had ordered on 14th July, 2018. When checked teh order track, I was given the tracking Id as MLJP5832337 and MLJP5876042.

              When check in ML courier website, its showing Invalid number.

              I am getting scared if I will get the order or no.

              Please provide me the current status. Also, provide the tracking order link to check the status at our end.

              Consider this as HIGH PRIORITY.

                I saw a good diacount on adidas hiker shoes, n i bought it then i saw i got.. fak /copy shoes from jabong online shopping, after a use of 3 or 4 week.i saw..that on both shoes the...serial no. r different...n on logo both shoes has different no...on its box n shoes has.different ..date of manufacture...and the insole of shoes of both pair.. r on 2pieces joined and r of different differnt length on both shoes...n the quality is also not good
                after using shoes for ...few days...the logo from side f shoes (adidas) got teared off n it does not happen in original shoes

                stitched gap between both shoes are different in shoes places
                so kindly help me to get original shoes...if it will b returned.

                  Hello, I ordered a shirt on jabong on 8th july 2018. The product tracking ID MLJP5711835, is shown delivered on the 14h july 2018 though the product has never been delivered to me. I have paid for the shirt and would like have my shirt delivered to me.I truely regret that I ever shopped from jabong I will forever refrain from shopping form this website again.

                    I raised the refund request on time and return the product back to them by myself(reverse pickup sheet is attached). And now it's more than 25 days.

                    They are still replying to me...
                    "Please be assured that we are looking into your concern and the same will be resolved soon."

                      I've placed one product on July 9, 2018, and it's only in "confirmed" status since them, today is July 16, 2018, there is no action taken, ORDER ID [protected]
                      I am in fear now if they asked to cancel, the product is not in stock. This is gift and I want it immediately deliver to me, as this is false practice as once you said it's confirmed it should get delivered with ease . I just want product to be delivered

                          I ordered shoes from Jabong.com, I received tracking Number of ML Express, but when I tried to track it shows Invalid tracking Id.

                          Got a tracking number on 12th July that order is shipped with Tracking number MLJP5773015 from ML Express, But I tried to track the order from ML Express website using the same tracking number, it is showing Invalid tracking details.

                            How such poor customer service you have I had send you mail but you not responding and you all there to cheat customer and nothing else.
                            You and your team had crossed every limit online sales rule as you cheated customer by sending empty package and then waited a customer for long time and then denied customer complaint.
                            Finally I told to refund my Rs.700 within today with no time limit further.
                            Neither you will see the issue will viral in every social platform in India.

                            I had raised a issue of Missing product of Roadster casual shirt worth Rs.700 since 10.07.18 and I had received a disgusting response from your side on 14.07.18 stating that my issue is denied by team as they told we had delivered the product but it is very shocking and heartbreaking that I had paid Rs.700 to jabong without anything but you response is shocking.
                            I was wrong for shopping for first time on jabong.

                            Disgusting Customer Service Jabong.
                            Shame on You.

                              We ordered kurtas & T-shirt on 26th june 2018 on jabong.com, all item was delivered except T-shirt. but when we login & check the order details it shows the item T-shirt was delivered. but we not received item T-shirt. then we send the mail to jabong help center about the issue. but they said that item was delivered. but we still not yet received the item.

                                I placed an order of three kurtas but I did not like the kurtas and I returned all those. within 3-5 days I received refund for two kurtas but for the third one I have not received the refund yet. I mailed them twice and also called their customer care. but they were telling that they have initiated the refund and the bank is taking the time, so I have to contact with my bank. they provided me ARN and I also checked that. I also informed them that ARN is showing the refund for two kurtas. They were still not denying that they did not initiate the refund for the third kurta. I have again called them today and they agreed with me. they have raised a complaint and told me to wait for 5 days max to resolve this issue. What a service!!!

                                  So I ordered three pairs of shoes on 12th from jabong and got the notification that all have been shipped through ML courier services but unfortunately I'm not being able to track them. and it says on their website that the tracking code is not valid. Please see that this issue is resolved as i really need these orders. And jabong should really work on their issue with the ML courier's tracing problem as not only me... but a lot of customers have had the same problem.

                                    I have ordered a Fossil watch through Jabong on 22nd June. Initially the delivery date was 30th June and I got a tracking ID after 30th June stating that the product delivery is delayed and it will be delivered by July 4th. When I contacted the courier partner with the tracking ID they stated that the product is not yet handed to the courier partner. I raised a complaint on July 4th 2018 regarding this and the complaint number is 64179784. They have mailed that it will be resolved within 7 days and after 7 days when I again mailed Jabong they are reverting back as they need some more time and till now there is no updates. Just refund the amount no product needed anymore. Tired of mailing and raising complaints.worst service Jabong. Not only your delivery service, customer care service is worser than that.

                                      One of the most horrible service providers. No timely delivery, they dont have the bandwith to order during sales... after 100 follow up calls they still dont have the update...Take my money & not delivered the product too...no one should buy products from there...

                                      I had ordered a shirt on 25th June, the delivery of which was promised on 3rd july...which never came and it kept postponing to 6th july, 9th july, 12th july...the customer service department promises call back but never arranged one. when asked for a refund that too they are refusing...
