I have purchased a product from jabong (Shorts) product has no return policy as they mentioned, but it has exchange policy, when i call the jabong care, they ask me to put exchange request, but because of product is not available for exchange they have asked to look the product for next 14 days (Return policy have 15 days), when i asked them to return the amount if exchange not available then they said it can't be possible. And one of the important thing when i ordered the product there is no display of manufacturer or packed date on app, and when i got the product, it was 3 year old packed in 2016 and they are selling it right now on the name of big discount. What can i do?
