I have bought this product fanco leone boat shoes from jabong paid online.
During check out, they had 15days return/exchange policy. But once the item was delivered they have disabled the return or exchange option once it was delivered.
Im unable to raise any request through jabong online portal.
I request you to please resolve this issue asap

    - i had ordered a pair of grey shoes from jabong on 10th may 2019 and the shoes were delivered to my home on 15th may 2019.

    - on 16th may i had raised a request for return and on 20th may the guy came and picked up the shoes from my home. He told me that i will receive the confirmation message regarding the pick up within an hour or two.

    - its been 4 days and still i have received any message from jabong confirming that my order has been picked up. Also i haven't received any update on refund initiation. On contrary, they keep on sending the "the pickup has been rescheduled on my request." message everyday.

    - i have raised a complaint (In[protected]) and done multiple followups with the jabong customer care since 20th may 2019 regarding the same, they all keep on giving same template answers that they will look into this and provide a resolution within 48 hours, and still there is no resolve.

    I want to exchange my pant but it is not happening because it shows the size is unavailable.. bt when i check the same pant in jabong by searching its brand name that size is available.. they are hiding bevause they have increase the price on the same product..

      Placed on tue, 23rd apr'19 and returned succefully but till now i did not get my refund.. Every time i contact they say your bank details are wrong.. I gave them another one.. Again they say the same.. I have been using the same bank details on other site and they are working we.. Its been a month i have returned the order.. Their is no other way to contact them excapt mail.. And they don't answer it properly

        I ordered clothing many times from Jabong.
        I have recently ordered two casual shirts on 18th and 19th May, 2019.
        I got the order on 21th May and 22th May 2019.
        As I didn't like the fit and quality of those shirts and I want to return those shirts but it's written there Return policy is not applicable on this purchase.
        Moreover when I was looking at the product for purchase it was showing 15 days return policy.
        It's very bad from the side of company like Jabong to do such fraudulent activity.
        So I urge Jabong to return those shirts as soon as possible.

          I have ordered clothes from jabong.com 2 weeks back.
          On receiving the product 3 out of 4 items were not fit for me.
          They just does not look good on me.
          Now i am trying to return/exchange, but they are responding with the apology that as per the t&c of the sale, i cannot return/exchange the items, i cannot wear the clothes but i will have to keep it.
          They are even not ready to refund the balance in jabong account so that i can buy it again from jabong.com.

            I have ordered a blue dress from #jabong order no.[protected]-9455501). The quality of the product is so poor I can't even image. Basis on the trust on #Jabong I place a non branded product and spend Rs. 1777.44. Request #Jabong to either refund or give m ethe option of exchange. From executive to supervisor to chief manger everyone denied to refund or exchange.
            In any way they are not cooperating the customer.

              I bought 2 kurtis with rs 3132, apparently they had a sale on the day i bought the kurties. Now they are deniying to return the products. Return policy is the major policy of online shopping how can they change it for 4 days suddenly, without proper advertisements. They mislead the customers. They have cheated me. Conned customers in name of sale.

              Jobong has created its business in india on the basis of trust by consumer on the policies of there company. Now suddenly they change the core policy.

              Indeed one kurta set i recieved skirt instead of plazzo that i ordered. And now the customer care people are denying to return the kurties i bought.

                This was the first time I ordered anything from Jabong.
                I have recently ordered a Wrogn jeans.

                Placed on Mon, 20th May'19 at 1:33am

                I got the order on 22nd May 2019.
                As I didn't like the fit and quality of the jeans I want to return the same but it's written there Return policy is not applicable on this purchase.
                As per the conversation with the customer care people they said it's on the non-returnable catalogue but since there was no information provided by Jabong regarding the non-returnable catalogue I don't have any information regarding it. Moreover when I was looking at the product for purchase it was showing 15 days return policy.
                It's very bad from the side of company like Jabong to do such errors.
                So I urge you to return my Wrogn Jeans as soon as possible.

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  Recently i have placed an order on 17 may 2019 from jabong app. I found one of the tunics of 'pluss' brand has improper size. Before purchasing an item there is return policy mentioned you can see the first screenshot as shown below but now it does not show any return policy over return section see the second screenshot as shown below and that is very surprised for me and i feel so dishearted.                     Instead of nike air zoom pegasus 34 running shoes worth rs.4, 589 i was delivered a cheap local shoe by jabong. On repeated inquiry about the issue i was not given proper response from the company and it has been more than a week since i had asked for a replacement or refund. The company is not responding regarding my money and doesn't show any consumer ethics during calls. I feel so helpless unable to do anything, i would like to get my money (Four thousand five hundred and eighty nine rupees only) back. Kindly take this complaint seriously and take action against the company.

                      I placed order on 11th May of dame d.o.l.l.a shoes and got it delivered by 13th May.. today on 17 th May another delivery came which is shown official by having app...then what was the earlier delivery all about and also are my product is authentic.                         I bought a jeans with size 28 from jabong.com on 15 may 2019 and it was delivered on next day on 16-may 2019, but when i checked the size it was 36 while i ordered 28 size.
                        When i talked to jabong to exchange this product, then they are denying.

                        I request you to please take an appropriate action against jabong.

                        I want my money back or jeans with size 28.

                          This company is #. I ordered no 10 tops
                          And pllozzes 2 order id - 110774820201596327301 and 110790773188991413401, they initiated return on29th april. But till date i havent received my amount. I contacted my bank, i contacted jabong 20 times, they have me a reference no. I contacted my bank manager he said that no amount has been received in your account by this ref no.. I then again contacted jabong they said that create a letterhead by your brach manager saying that amount has not been received, then we will re initiate the refund, my bank manager created the. Same but now they are not taking any action...

                          Jabong finally u reach my level refunded amount my account I am. Not sure u guys deling this Matter Clean to me. as of now it's clear with I Do Lot of Followups and so many calls then u realize how to handle strong customer Penalty ...so next Time improve ur customer care services Levels then you reach business Improvement.. this my small advice for jabong ..all the best in

                                I had ordered a wallet from Jabong.Com of Rs.1127/-. On receipt of the product on 26th Dec 2017 I made payment first using my debit card. The delivery person said its taking time, and may be the payment cannot be done using my card as its Maestro Card so I gave him my friend's card. However, payment was debited from my debit card Rs.1127/- (Transaction 1) while the delivery person was trying my friend's card, when I informed him that my card is debited he said he will cancel the transaction from my friend's card. But we received a SMS for payment confirmation of Rs.3683/- (Transaction 2), debited from my friend's debit card. I had a glance of 3683 on the machine which he was using for payment but was not knowing then that it was the amount he is debiting from my friend's card. I contacted Jabong Helpdesk immediately and summarized them on the issue and then e-mailed them the following files as required by the executive - 1. Screenshot of SMS wrt Transaction 1 Rs.1127/- received from Indian Bank 2. Screenshot of SMS wrt Transaction 1 Rs.1127/- received from MSwipe 3. Indian Bank Statement reflecting Transaction 1 4. Screenshot of SMS wrt Transaction 2 Rs. 3683/- received from Vijaya Bank 5. Vijaya Bank Statement reflecting Transaction 2 However, my issue not yet resolved. The executives and the cheif manager is saying that they have contacted the courier company and that only one payment is done. They are not even providing any information about the courier company so that i can enquire. Kindly look into the matter. Its possible that the person has debited Rs.3683/- towards some other transaction. Please try to locate the Transaction Reference number received on Payment Confirmation SMS & verify the payment details. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Mobile No - [protected]

                                  I would put to your notice that jabong.com, a very widely used online portal for shopping charges gst separately. Whereas all the branded products have a gst included in them.
                                  What does this kind of a practice mean? When we shop for the same brand on their online portal, we are not charged gst separately.
                                  Hoping this forum shall throw a light on this doubt of mine.

                                    My refund was processed on 19.04.2019 but not received till date 03.05.2019 for return code [protected]. Jabong is giving me reference number and asking to contact bank that is of no use as no bank will take the responsibility of it and provide response and it becomes hectic for the customer. Kindly provide some authentic way to contact as the customer care cell is just on repetetive mode and speaking just useless things.

                                        On 23-april-2019 i have ordered 4-dress from jabong which is delivered to me.

                                        Now i want to return them but there is no return or exchanged option.
                                        During the time of order i have checked the return policy and it was clearly written "15 day return policy".
                                        I called to jabong customer care also but they are denying for return request, telling that there were some sales going on jabong during the period between 19 april-22 april and sales item are not returnable, but i have ordered on 23th of april. How that matters?
                                        On that they said, might be you have added in cart on 22nd april.
                                        But this is not the case i clearly remember that i have added in cart on 23-april only and ordered on 23 itself..
                                        This is completely cheating to customer.
                                        In other website like "myntra, flipkart or amazon" sales items are also returnable. I never thought i will have to face such issue.

                                        I had purchases 4-Dresses from Jabong.com. After receiving those items i decided to return them but there were no option to return. when i called to jabong customer support they said those product are not returnable because those are under sales category. while ordering i have clearly noticed that those having 10-days return policy. Then i write a complain in this consumer complaints forum describing my order no, product details, order date etc. Then next day i got a mail from jabong customer care team asking the reason for return. I replied them accordingly. Then next day they scheduled for pickup after that they initiate for refund. within 7-10 days i got my refund in my original payment mode. The Process was really very fast. One thing i must want to tell other customer that is please don't waste your time on calling and convincing again and again to customer support team because they don't have much right to initiate further action what i feel. we should try to resolve issue with them at first but if they are not listening then we should approach here or any complaint forum.

                                        Jabong customer care responded to me and ask to mail them reason for return and after my mail they arranged for return pick up.
                                        yesterday my return has been picked up successfully.
                                        Once i will get my refund i will update here.
