Jaguar — sanitary ware

I have fitted all the sanitary ware for my house from jaguar expecting a good product and after sales service. These products has a warranty of 10 years. Recently one of the wall fixed commode was broken while in warranty. It was told that the required washers for the same has not been fixed. We were not supplied with any washers for fixing of the commodes or the wash basins. These items were installed under the guidance of jaguar representative from the supplier.

When one of the commode broke and i approached the jaguar service center. They are not ready to honor the warranty. I have asked to provide washers for rectifying the remaining installations, which was rejected by jaguar.

I would like to know what next can be done
