I am complaining about j p university chhapra bihar i am applied for my b. A. Degree who i healed in 2006. I applied online in july 2019 with online payment. Payment was successful but i couldn't find my degree till date. I have many time complained to vc. But no response. Please help me. Very needful. University phone number not working.
