Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m one of your frustrated customer because of the overall response & feedback I received from one of the largest reputed company in India SHARP.
I have given/booked a Complaint against complaint no. 916801 Dt. 04.04.16 regarding the SHARP ECO INVERTER A.C. I’m using with the assurance to get the solution of my complaint latest by the same day or next day means 05.04.16.
When I haven’t received any communication till afternoon on 05.04.16 then I called Customer Care around 14.42 hrs where the executive ensure me to get the call from any technician within next 1 hour.
Again the same situation that there’s no call received full day, then today 06.04.16 in morning I again call at 08.51 hrs. the Customer Care where the executive given me one contact number[protected]Mr. Roshan Srivastava) where as this number I’m trying from 11 am till time but it’s not connecting.
Then again I called the Customer Care at 11.44 hrs. where finally the Executive ask me to drop a mail to the Customer Care regarding the solution of my complaint.
I’m unable to understand that such a poor low grade Customer Care services I’m receiving from SHARP company where they have good such a reputed name & fame in Indian market.
This is really very much disappointing that the Customer Care executive is guiding a consumer to put a mail regarding the solution of his complaint which means according to SHARP company the Customer who buy their product is one of the biggest fool on earth & stop buying all SHARP products in near future.
You are requested to take this matter on serious note before it goes to any next level on the cost of consumer services. Was this information helpful? |
