Hi, my name is Sabarinathan. I am working as a software engineer in Chennai. Our family is a moderate family. My father is doing a business. Past 28 years, we are living in a rental house. My father’s aim is to live in an own house or flat. We preferred OMR. So, I decided to bring my father’s dream comes true. By god’s grace, now I have a reasonable amount to buy a flat in Chennai. Last three months, I watched all the advertisements in Medias about real estate and read all the newspapers about real estate builders who are all having flats in OMR. Gathered those information’s, I prepared the chart. Which builder is suitable for my requirements? There are numerous ongoing projects in OMR. Then, I visited three sites. Unfortunately it’s doesn't meet my expectations. In the mean time, I saw the advertisement about 20% payment offers of Jain housing in Hindu newspaper. Then, I had a visit to their office and enquired about their offers and plans. I have got enough reply and good support. Everyone has treated me as a friend and not just a client. And also, I visited that site. In that project, there are 80% work has completed. I felt my expectations have satisfied here. Jain housing has intelligent to catch my viewpoint and concentrate about to make a design into justified what I wished. Finally, I booked my 2BHK flat in Jain housing. I am waiting to get my dream flat within this September 2013.
