Hello, My jio id is SAH217208. I have 2 issues with JIO
1. Last year I paid 2 payments due to their miscommunication on premium renewal and even after sending all the details of DD, bank statement etc they have not yet refunded the amount
2. For this year renewal they have again changed the insurer and the whole issue of renewal like last year started this year too. There is no option of making the payment as my mobile number...
