      Dear Sir, I had applied for renewal of my Mediclaim policy of Shravak Arogyam Gold Phase 1.I had paid the amount OF 13, 107/- through DD in October end..I recieved the message from them to give more amount and renew as they cannot afford to renew with this amount or take back the refund online.Since I did not wish to continue, I tried for refund online, but in vain.They have no system to accept for refund for those who do not want to renew.Nor they have any communication Number where we could contact.They have also shifted their office from Sion to Hughes Road.I have complaint them online 4 times.I got complaint ID but no respond from their part yet.It seems they are not in a mood to give refund for our hard earned money.I share my details.Name-Sandeep S Karania.JIO SA ID-58566.Complaint Ticket No-(1)JIOJACSK5099.(2)JIOJACSK8058.(3)JIOJACSK8099.(4)JIOJACSK9631.I mailed complaint to their email id.It is showing invalid.I called several times to their customer care no.They have changed address and phone no.Please help.

        Hello, My jio id is SAH217208. I have 2 issues with JIO
        1. Last year I paid 2 payments due to their miscommunication on premium renewal and even after sending all the details of DD, bank statement etc they have not yet refunded the amount
        2. For this year renewal they have again changed the insurer and the whole issue of renewal like last year started this year too. There is no option of making the payment as my mobile number is wrongly updated in their system and even after changing it numerous times it isnt updated yet. Hence I have lost the chance to renew my family policy.
        There is no contact details on their webpage and I have written them numerous mails but nobody replies. my mobile number is [protected].

            As i shamji hemraj vora wanted to renew my policy on 28 march but it was not accepted as tey requested first jiojac number to proceed after mny times registration of phone number it was showing number not registered and my renewal got lapse. Ur organisation is on a highest number but even u cant arrage few phone numbers to solve technical problems of a person aged 63 and above. Now who is responsible at my age if something happens without mediclaim
            .

              Hello sir/madam,

              Earlier i applied for 7.2 Phase gold and silver plan health insurance, amounts paid through payumoney were 13, 107 (payment id: 12240038, 1merchant order id: 219ebc52e[protected]) on 19th Oct, 2016 & 2, 799 (payment id:[protected]
              Merchant order id: ad9899b7e6772cff05bc) on 22nd Oct, 2016 respectively.

              However, the same is not been reflecting in my SA ID p7k21672 which i got in sms box what you are sharing.

              I wanted to apply for gold plan now and i was looking for my credit of 13, 107 but its not there and wanted to apply refund for silver plan i paid earlier rs 2, 799.

              we have been trying like anything to clarify on this somehow, but there is no single facility to clarify on this over phone or email, no single given phone number works, none email id gives you response.

              Hope i am in and eligible, and not out of jio jac medical scheme - simply because i could not filled my application in the given time frame by you.

              Provide me a solution and give me policy.

                As we know, yesterday was last day to pay of jio health police, and we did the same but at time of payment they swipe a twice and payment was successfully.

                we got the message a twice so request you to please revert back the extra amount which was wrongly paid by you.. when we got to know that payment goes twice we call to jio help line and the gave us this mail id and said to put a mail in this id...

                            My name is Kalpesh Bqadjate and i have enrolled for the JIO Phase-7, Part-2, Gold Scheme and paid the amount on October 17, 2016.

                            Its almost 6 months and i am still waiting for a single document from JIO team. I have mailed so many times to JIO including Prudent team members but every time i am getting a new reason to not issue my policy.

                            I request JIO to stop all this NONSENSE and stop FOOLING people.
                            I tried calling infinite times but no one answers the call.This is too much irritating and Non-professional behavior from you guys.

                            Ans Now I am getting messages that last some days are left to enroll some new scheme, and that doesn't contain the Policy for which I already paid the money.
                            So Firstly solve my pending issue, as I have paid the premium before 6 months and mailed some claim related queries also.

                            I have very straight forward questions...
                            Are you going to issue my policy? Are you going to return my Money with interest? What about the claim amount i want to submit against my policy?

                            I am so irritated that I have kept all my options open including taking a LEGAL action against JIO If this does't get solved soon and this seems to be FRAUD now.

                                  I got my Phase 1 Renewal related complaint resolved from Alliance Insurance Brokers who are being appointed by JIO as their brokers this year. Here are some guidelines to help you all out. My problem was related to login issue as I was not able to "verify and proceed"
                                  with my new SA ID which they sent through SMS.

                                  1. Drafting complaint/issue - It should include proposer's Name, JIO JAC Id, Old JIO SA ID (i.e. your last policy ID) and details related to your complaint.

                                  2. Posting of the above details through "Let us Help You" section you find in top right corner of www.jiojac.com website. - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD SELECT RELEVANT PROBLEM AREA FROM THE GIVEN OPTIONS. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR GETTING EARLY RESOLUTION."

                                  3. After completing point no. 2, you will get a mail/sms on your registered e-mail id and mobile no. with "TICKET NUMBER" - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RESOLVE ALL THE TICKETS WHICH ARE CREATED TIMELY. The only thing is it might take some time because there are thousands of issues with many people and they have got limited resources. But rest assured that they will solve it any how.

                                    I have given premium amount in Oct 2016 but till date i.e. 16th march 2017 no policy has been issued .
                                    This is really unfair
                                    now during renewal, no service from Jio side, only policy holders are in a panic situation .
                                    Not at all satisfied.
                                    Don't go for Jio Mediclaim
                                    Instead go for dena bank Mediclaim policy its cheaper & easy processing

                                      I have taken an mediclaim policy in October month till today's date and still haven't received any documents from you,
                                      I made an online payment through payumoney payment id no.[protected] of ₹ 13352.69 on 23/10/16,

                                      After this I mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still I haven't received any response from you,
                                      I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.

                                      Now what to do about this matter, so kindly send all our payments back as early as possible.
