I have taken group insurance of 6saal for my family in year of 2018.

My mother and father hospitalized on 23rd due to COVID19 infection and I have informed [protected]@ericsonTPA team and Jio.[protected]@edelweissfin.com, but when I called Jio Erision TPA team on 27th March as I am not getting any response from them they said forward email to [protected]@erictionTPA.com and I got intimation numbers for my parents.

I submitted all the required documents with claim form, they generated claim Ids.

Mother hopitalization claim id - 133145 and father 133156

They have asked me to submit doctore's prescription for investigation reports then I uploaded the same in Ericson TPA portal, emailed a soft copy as well as hard copy sent to them via post.

After few days they rejected my claim said, intimation not done within 48hrs, then I emailed and called then mutiple times they just saying waiting from Insurance approval and today they rejected my both claims.

It looks like a big scam and I am finding my self so helpless and do not know what to do further.
| hope you will investigate into this so that many persons like me can get some remedy.

            1. I have paid premium in March but get policy only after 1 month. I was not given policy till 1 month or before to know the change or terms conditions in policy.

            2. My hospital bill is 6 lacs I have policy of 10 lacs bit what they are giving is 13970.

            3. I have been communicated one terms condition names ailment capping exausted.

            This is to bring in your notice that the Jio JAC Id no [protected] Rajesh Punwanchandra Mehta is been member of policy from 2015 and I have paid premium till day. Suddenly the policy has been changed without any information and capping has been added without my consent. I have been not been communicated.

            2. Please find attached payment made on March, 24 2020 for renewal. Since the beginning they have suddenly changed my policy without any information or consent.

            3. Pleas find attached mail which I receive after making payment of rev policy renewal.

              I am holder of Jio mediclaim Insurance and has been paying premium since last 7 years. In this year my father was hospitalised and when I claimed the amount of hospitalisation expenses only 40% expenses were allowed and balance was deducted without any valid reason. I have been following up with TPA - Ericson since last 3 months but they are not responding. This is highly unprofessional and I feel cheated that the insurance company and all others involved in providing the facility are just charging premium and not settling the claims properly and in accordance with the mediclaim policy.

              I would like to caution other people also who would have taken insurance from Jio to be consider my above experience and avail mediclaim from some private insurer

                  My one claim[protected] is pending since March 2020. Despite repeated emails and calling call center, there is no action. Every time edelweiss says assist member on priority and Ericson just ignores it. I am literally fade up of this cheap tactics.

                  In another claim 80586, partially it is paid but on the deduction details they are lingering.I am following this since last 4 months.

                  There are almost 15 - 20 mails. They are just ignoring. Call center guys are taught to postpone. Their job is to just calm down and forward your saying.

                  I have all the emails. Kindly look into matter. JIOs prestige is at stake due to these co's. Jio should resolve this.

                      I have made payment of 25 Nov 2020 for JIO Group
                      Mediclaim Policy - 6-Saal Khushaal Parivaar Policy of amount 31484. Since then i have received any update about policy and other doc. i tried to follow up through mail but no satisfactory answer. And call given in policy brochure is no longer in use.

                          I am daily emailing with reminders but till now I have not received any reply.
                          This so pathetic experience that no one even bothers to reply to email.

                                        Vvvvvvv bad experience despite repeated messages, [email ] no results came

                                        Inspite of complaining again and again i have not received a proper response from you. Please do so at the earliest. I have insurance of rs. 6, 00, 000 and i have also given all the details and proof of the same. But my insurance is passed according to the sum insurance of rs. 200000 by edelweiss company. I am continuously sending email to jio. [protected]@edelweissfin.com but they are showing some or the other excuse and delaying to resolve my problem. So provide me with the details.
                                        This is my problem since last 5 months and because of this my 1 claims have been rejected. I also contacted ericsson company but they have mentioned that edelweiss is not updating the policy (Certificate). They said once the correction is done by edelweiss only than they can proceed. I have contacted edelweiss multiple times but not received any kind of proper service. When the staff is working from home please update my policy at the earliest.
