Dear Team,

Subject : Regarding Claim # 99565

I am writing to you after multiple failed attempts to convince Ericson TPA about the issue I am facing with regards to my Claim that has been put across.

I have this policy from JIO which is 6 saal khushal parivar. I had got this policy in the year Oct 2019 and the expiry of the policy was in Oct 2020. My father was diagnosed with certain illnesses...

1. I have paid premium in March but get policy only after 1 month. I was not given policy till 1 month or before to know the change or terms conditions in policy.

2. My hospital bill is 6 lacs I have policy of 10 lacs bit what they are giving is 13970.

3. I have been communicated one terms condition names ailment capping exausted....

I am holder of Jio mediclaim Insurance and has been paying premium since last 7 years. In this year my father was hospitalised and when I claimed the amount of hospitalisation expenses only 40% expenses were allowed and balance was deducted without any valid reason. I have been following up with TPA - Ericson since last 3 months but they are not responding. This is highly unprofessional and I feel cheated that the insurance company and all...

My one claim[protected] is pending since March 2020. Despite repeated emails and calling call center, there is no action. Every time edelweiss says assist member on priority and Ericson just ignores it. I am literally fade up of this cheap tactics.

In another claim 80586, partially it is paid but on the deduction details they are lingering.I am following this since last 4 months.

There are almost 15 - 20 mails....

It is over 2 and half months and i have been following up with ERICSON TPA almost every alternate day for my original documents over email, phone and whatsapp.

My claim id is 94329...

I have made payment of 25 Nov 2020 for JIO Group
Mediclaim Policy - 6-Saal Khushaal Parivaar Policy of amount 31484. Since then i have received any update about policy and other doc. i tried to follow up through mail but no satisfactory answer. And call given in policy brochure is no longer in use....

Id password does not work...

I am following up with my claim settlement with Ericson TPA and it's been 2 months there is no reply to resolve my concern.
I am daily emailing with reminders but till now I have not received any reply.
This so pathetic experience that no one even bothers to reply to email.
I have escalated it to grievances team but no reply till now.
Please provide the details as where to escalate it further...

Hi before 2 months I purchased a group medical insurance from jiojac but after this much time I didn't get any insurance update. During communication their phone numbers is not working and the mail id is not responding well even they shows that their mail box is full and unble to receive further emails.
Please do the needful...

Meri doughter ka jan month ka claim hai but abhi tak settal nahi huva hai jabki claim apruval ho gaya hai edelwiess ki or se so plz muje jald se jald karvaya jaye...

I have submitted all the documents to ericson tpa for my policy and i am following up for more than 3 months. No one pick up the phone and get standard response of we are looking into it....

I filed a claim for cashless hospitalization in feb 2020. But in cashless hospitalization as well, they paid half the amount and were giving baseless excuses that they sent wrong policy and the company is bankrupt now and so on. But later when our lawyer talk to him in legal terms they agreed to pay the amount at the time of post hospitalization claim. We were okay with it.

Next month in march, we filed...
