My one claim[protected] is pending since March 2020. Despite repeated emails and calling call center, there is no action. Every time edelweiss says assist member on priority and Ericson just ignores it. I am literally fade up of this cheap tactics.
In another claim 80586, partially it is paid but on the deduction details they are lingering.I am following this since last 4 months.
There are almost 15 - 20 mails. They are just ignoring. Call center guys are taught to postpone. Their job is to just calm down and forward your saying.
I have all the emails. Kindly look into matter. JIOs prestige is at stake due to these co's. Jio should resolve this.
