As my computer was in repair i couldn't reply. Mr. Mohammed, you haven't replied properly to me. I don't understand why aren't you replying to my asked questions. I asked and informed you to mail in detail about deducted amount of ₹38039 and neft balance amount ₹45129.
Note i'm a senior citizen without any income so i cannot afford to lose. So i before i take any stern steps against you all, neft ₹45129 and reply in detail to my quiry of deducted amount ₹38039

      Dear sirs,

      Jai jinendra,

      The premium of the policy is really really high. It is really not possible for a normal person to go for renewal this time. I think jio is only concentrating on the specific segment of the society and not as a whole.

      The purpose of having an institutional insurance policy is totally denied. More ever it looks like - it is totally commercialized. We are very dissapointed for this decision of yours. Last time we renewed the policy under this faith that the premium will not increase in future atleast.

      I think with this scenario - the next premium will cross 30000/- and which will be the end of the whole story and people will certainly not appreciate this.

      We checked with multiple policy holders and every where people are having the same perception - they are not able to go for the renewal.

      We trust that management must have negotiated for better upliftment of the terms and conditions, but cost is not considered at all which is crucial.

      I hope this message will reach to maharaj sa and he will acknowledge that the decision is really not in favor of the society. The purpose of covering the whole society under this scheme is not possible at such high premiums. It seems that few people have decided as per their own convenience and not for the society. Pls review your decision and do the needful.

      There is no response from customer care and there are no mail ID details in the jiojac.com website where atleast a person can write a mail..

      Had already done the payment of Rs 500/- for JAC membership fees, still when I was paying for my renewal medical policy Rs 500/- was added again to be paid.

      Since it was last day of paying the medical policy, have paid twice the amount of membership fees of Rs 500/-.

        I have use your mediclaim polices as u strart from four years ago. I start mean aim is help to jain cast for mediclaim your expenses.

        Yours start from insuance premium is rs 7000/- today same 5 lac floater insurance u charges around rs 24004/-

        Insurance premium rs 23010/-
        Jac membership fee rs 500/-
        Jac card fee rs 500/-
        Aslo online payment charges rs 494/-

        Total pay of 24004/- + 510 (Jio jac card)= 24514

        Total u charges for one year of rs 24514. How pay one middel class jain family.

        I think u start busniess from jain cast.

        One more compliant your website not mention toll free number of jio jac office. U do not contact jio jac office direct.

        Very very bad think jain jac oraanisation

        U start first in india phase - 1. U give 25 telephone line from customer contact to jio jac.

        Because at time u need busniess. Next year not single number to direct contact to jio jac office person any related inusurance quries.

        Currently your website number is show toll free. For same only for generate for new busniess leads.

        Why u charges for jio jac card + jio jac membership. Every body not need for membership. I am intereted only floater insurance premium.

        Pls look into matter.

        This type of happen. Every jain trusted break from jain international organisation. (Jio).

            Dear sir/madam,

            All the policy holders of jio shravak arogyam facing this problem they are formally forced to pay rs 500 (Jac card) + rs. 500 (Membership fee) + policy premium + convenience fess to use easebuzz payment gateway (Between rs 280 - 500) as described... So total premium of policy of rs 5, 00, 000 is rs 23010 but users are paying...

            +policy premium - rs 23010
            +jio membership fee - rs 500
            +convenience fess - vary between rs 250 - rs. 500

            Total = rs 23760 at minimum end

            +jac card fee - rs 500
            +convenience fess on 500 - rs 4.49


            Total = rs 24264.49 at minimum end


            Though we are living in a digital environment and government is also insisting on digital payment without any charge, so why they people can charge such amount (The client base of jio policy holders are too big and spread throughout in india). So the total extra amount one have to pay is rs. 1254 / per policy...& if i assume 1, 00, 000 minimum policy holders of shravak arogyam all over in india (Though everyone knows numbers of policy holders are much higher than i assumed) so that extra

            Min policy holders - 100000
            Extra amount charged per policy holder - rs 1254


            100000 * 1254 = rs[protected]

            Is that fair for any social organisation to force fully charge amount to its users... What we can do because i have tried to contact organisation many times but they are not responding well said its compulsory to pay... What should we do now.

            Please revert asap...

Mera premium 10lacs ke liye 38 thousand kaha gaya. Aur plus 500 jiojac membership ka bhi bharne ke liye kaha gaya. Jo maine already onln pay kiya he. Me kya karu. 38 thousand onln pay karu ys fir 38 thousand 500 pay karu. Mere 500 jyada ja rahe he. Pls reply.

              I pay 500rs jac card payment online on 19/03/2018 monday then i renew my policy also they charge me 500rs again for jac card why i pay two time jac card payments
              I am the student of class 12 of PCM streme.Sir before the examination of maths the paper were leaked before 12 hours, but their were no cinsult about it.Board take no action about the leaking of paper.So i request to u to take any action about the leaking of maths paper and take a re exam of Mathematics for help of good students

                I too was getting the message since 2 days that your Jio free calling service will be restricted as you are misusing the service.

                I called Jio Customer Care, the first representative he said that you must be exceeding the daily 5 hrs of free quota and it is written in the terms of conditions. I immediately opened the terms of conditions while in the call and read the entire terms of free voice but there were no such restrictions.I again asked him that there are no such terms and he put my call on hold for around 3–4 minutes. After he resumes the call, he mentions that Jio has authority to block any free voice service if the daily usage is beyond the restricted limit and he advised me to open MyJioApp but there was again nothing to see. I asked him again what the restrictions are and where is it written for “public uses” then he said It’s written on my System which was really pathetic. He was not at all confident about his own replies and at last after 20 minutes of our conversation, he asked me to write to [protected]@jio.com but he was not able to provide me any solid information.

                    I had purchased health insurance policy for my parents. Made online payment but i did not get any policy or policy detail. Contact no is always switched off. No mail ever received by jio regarding insurance.

                      Even in your website you hav nt mentioned proper address travellng expnse was paid by me which took almost 3000 rs.

                          I am not interested to go to earlier days using basic phone. I am not interested to use jio phone anymore. I tried calling jio customer care team more than 10 times but once i inform them that i want refund. Immediately the customer care executives are applying mute and disconnecting the call. Worst customer care service from jio, i just want my refund of rs. 500 asap.

                            With the reference of our health policy no.: 900000/2017/000007 and heal insurance claim no.: cli/2018/900000/0371717, our hospital bill amount around 3.2l and claim settled on 1.09l

                            Along with that forward please forward us the terms of our policy. Because the claim settled as 50% copay applied for what reason this term applied. Send us the clear matter as earliest so we will pay to the hospital.

                            50% copay terms applicable in case of co-payment of 50% on claims due to cancer related treatment only in case of pre - existing disease before previous year policy start date. Then why this term applicable in our case

                                  There is no display of the details of my account, list of banks available for cashless treatment, and any contact numbers in case of any queries. Pls work into it asap..
                                  Also the portal page looks very old fashioned and not adaptable to mobile phone screens. Tough handling the profile. Pls make it easier.
                                  And pls have a direct customer care toll free centre working 24 hours or atleast from morning 9 till night 9 for d convenience of jio members.
