The premium of the policy is really really high. It is really not possible for a normal person to go for renewal this time. I think jio is only concentrating on the specific segment of the society and not as a whole.

The purpose of having an institutional insurance policy is totally denied. More ever it looks like - it is totally commercialized. We are very dissapointed...

I have use your mediclaim polices as u strart from four years ago. I start mean aim is help to jain cast for mediclaim your expenses.

Yours start from insuance premium is rs 7000/- today same 5 lac floater insurance u charges around rs 24004/-

All the policy holders of jio shravak arogyam facing this problem they are formally forced to pay rs 500 (Jac card) + rs. 500 (Membership fee) + policy premium + convenience fess to use easebuzz payment gateway (Between rs 280 - 500) as described... So total premium of policy of rs 5, 00, 000 is rs 23010 but users are paying...

Mera name bharat kothari he. Mera jiojac id [protected] he. Meri polivy second phase me he. Me kal policy renew jar raha tha. Muje jiojac membership ke liye 500 pay karne ke liye kaha gaya. Maine onln payment kiya.510 rupees mere avcount se cut ho gaye. Fir maine reneal form bharna start kiya. Mera premium 10lacs ke liye 38 thousand kaha gaya. Aur plus 500 jiojac membership ka bhi bharne ke liye kaha gaya. Jo maine already onln pay kiya...

I too was getting the message since 2 days that your Jio free calling service will be restricted as you are misusing the service.

I called Jio Customer Care, the first representative he said that you must be exceeding the daily 5 hrs of free quota and it is written in the terms of conditions. I immediately opened the terms of conditions while in the call and read the entire terms of free voice but there were no such restrictions.I...

Hi

I had purchased health insurance policy for my parents. Made online payment but i did not get any policy or policy detail. Contact no is always switched off. No mail ever received by jio regarding insurance.

My mom had met accident but i couldn't claim as i had no document regarding health insurance.

There is no direct contact no at their website where one can contact. Even mail id is not mentionedbr...

I tried to take the refund but was not able to collect the refund as i don't know about the dd/online payment still not able to recall the payment method as the site is asking about the payment details an right now the site is not accesing me to the refund page as i called the payu for my information regards payment but no one is picking up the call.. Help me out with the same as soon as possible...

I am not interested to go to earlier days using basic phone. I am not interested to use jio phone anymore. I tried calling jio customer care team more than 10 times but once i inform them that i want refund. Immediately the customer care executives are applying mute and disconnecting the call. Worst customer care service from jio, i just want my refund of rs. 500 asap....

Along with that forward please forward us the terms of our policy. Because the claim settled as 50% copay applied for what reason this term applied. Send us the clear matter as earliest so we will pay to the hospital....

I have recharger my no 499 plan for using net for my office work by there net is not working, but net speed is very slow, i am not doing my work. And i have no more money for recharge, so i request u to plz refund my mony abck. I have talk many time jio care for this but no one help me, i wast my 499 rs, i request many time for refund but they did not. I request that plz refund my money back as soon as posible....

Sorry to say neither policy nor bank drafts returned. Please rescue me...

There is no display of the details of my account, list of banks available for cashless treatment, and any contact numbers in case of any queries. Pls work into it asap..
Also the portal page looks very old fashioned and not adaptable to mobile phone screens. Tough handling the profile. Pls make it easier.
And pls have a direct customer care toll free centre working 24 hours or atleast from morning 9 till night 9 for d convenience...
