Query Details No update on Policy - Phase 7 HI I have paid for 1 policies one policy in Oct 2016, however till date there is just no response on this policy documents / payment receipt, etc. I have written to multiple email IDs, tried calling their Mumbai customer care number however there is just no response. Please clarify if you are giving the policy or RETURN OUR MONEY!!!It.we do not have a policy and in emergency, we will be stuck with no help. More than help, it is a pain now to the Jain community and no one is taking ownership for that. Revert on this URGENTLY and refund our payment IMMEDIATELY!!!     There is no any kind of support after taking health insurance policy. There is no any phone to where you contact immediately and get solution.[protected] is there for your query regarding your health insurance but they are asking to contact jio and there is no any jio phone no in working condition. Like[protected] /[protected] / [protected] non of this no is working.

    Sir my Jio jic I'd is [protected] I have not received any renewal notice from your side or Vipul plz look in to the matter sir waiting for 1month for renewal for the policy I got an message from Jio that claims are heavy and the TPA is demanding more premium so plz look into the Matter
    My name is Tushar Gangawal, I have received your medical refund sms on 3rd oct.2017. My refund reference number is G4R2564REF[protected]. I haven't received my money on account yet. So I kindly requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible.
    I have booked JIO smart phone on 25th August 2017 and two months got over, no updates still now. I want my JIO smartphone ASAP.

      I was ordered two jio fi device in festival offer for rs.999, /- each and 99/- for delivery charge on 21/09/2016. I was paid full amt 2097/- for that through net banking mode. But yet neither i got massage on my mob [protected] regarding this nor physically. There were given 3-4 working days for delivery, but yet not received. The order is in the name of arvind prasad, given e mail address was wrong i. E. Arvind. [protected]@gmail.com in stead of [protected]@gmail.com bit mob. No. Is correct i. E [protected].

Rs.2, 097/- has also been paid for this (999+999+99 delivery charge.= 2, 097/-).in advertisement there was shown 3to 4 working days for delivery. But yet i didn't, get any massage on my given mob.           I had taken a policy last year. I paid the premium by demand draft, but i did not receive any conformation about my payment nor i received my policy till now. I m not even informed about the renual. My jiojack card no is [protected]. Please find out where the hell is my policy, and inform me about the renual. Since long time i m trying to contact the customer care of this organization, but no one is responding. Please solve my problem as fast as possible.

                  We want to know how to renewal our policy of jio. Our policy no[protected]. I contact on jio help line but not received phone yet. N policy is with third party insurance company is vipul medcorp tpa pvt. Ltd. My file no is 18rb08nak1730. It have query. I send all documents original on 3-8-2017 n company received it at wadala branch but wadala branch n company not accepted that. From helpline number n mumbai branch not give any positive reply. I send mail of original pod to many email ids but not giving reply. We are mentally harassed.

                    I am from ghatkopar i have paid d premium in jain international organisation trust (Jio) grup dey r cheaters my mother was operated few days back i admitted in cashless hospital at ghatkopar and after admission dey denied for claim
                    I will go in higher autority n defame n disclose all unauthorised activity n its a jain trust who has started money business.

                    Dear Priyesh,

                    This is correct, our claim has rejected at Star Health Insurance group, they simply ignored our claim and deucted 50% pre-exisiting and 50% co-pay. We are chasing their grievance office and they just repeated the repudiation of our claim without any explanation why they consider it pre-existing.
                    I have escalated the matter to Ombudsman,
                    Clearly looking at the number of complaints here agains t Star health, my case is not the only one, there are others suffering as well. clearly this is a scam.
                    JIO has defamed itself by associating with these scamsters.
                    Shame on JIO.

                        The services on my jio no [protected] was disconnected without informing me before 15th aug. It's quite shocking when i spoke with jio representative and he said that it's not jio no. And interrogating me by asking silly question when where did you buy this no. Gave me some complaint no. Snr. On 16th august. He said i would get an answer within 48 hours and problem would be sorted out. And within spam of 48 hours i spoke with jio representative they cooked my mind when i asked them to know action you guys are taking. I escalated this issue and spoke with the hall manager couple of times. They say that they would call upfrontly. No they are just attending calls and shrugging their shoulders by giving unfaithful commitment that they would sort out the problem. Next day when call connected differwnt hall manager representative team leader answers the call and they told same selfish answer just to avoid this problem. Now it has been 10 days they tell me that you can't use this no. When i ask that i recharge this no to enjoy 3 months benefit plan of 399. And refund it' says why your no. Is disconnected and ask my personal information again and again. Stop jio because it's not good and not value for money.

                            I had did recharge for 399 thru jio.com @ 6.30 a. M but i found in jio.com page stating that the transaction gt failed, but i dnt gt any notification mssg frm ur side regarding the failure of transaction nor success of the transaction, so again i did my recharge thru same process, but also gt the same issue, so i did recharge thru jio money app and gt succesful. After few hours i gt a mssg frm the bank stating tat the amnt of rs 399 + 399 has been deducted frm ur acct. So i contacted the customer care abt the deduction issue, i spoke to mr. Prabu, sd tey r nt responsible fr the deducted amnt. So i am requesting u to refund the deducted amnt and my jio # is [protected]

                                I had paid rs. 2626/- for mediclaim policy of phase-7, part 2, in oct. 2016. After some times they demanded excess money for the same and also gave option that not to pay if you want your refund. I have not paid excess money but till the date not received my money back.
                                Following my online email complaint ticket number but no response given:

                                  Jio (Jain international organisation) through its web-site (http://www.jio.net.in/shravak-arogyam/) has been offering medical insurance for jains with attractive features like coverage of pre-existing illnesses with low premium etc. And many persons like me have subscribed.
                                  I made online payment of inr 13107 through payumoney in october 2016 for renewal of my policy for 3rd year - phase 1. But policy was not issued. Then in march 2017 they demanded more rs 5000 approx. For policy else refund option was given. I opted for refund but till date i have not received refund.
                                  In same way, they launched dental mediclaim scheme in june 2016. I paid for 8 members of my family for the same but till date neither policy nor refund was given. I sent many mails and then i called prudent brokers, mumbai[protected] ext no 6073 mr darshan. But he said now we are not attached with jain international organisation. He told me that i should get in touch with jio directly. No contact nos. Are proved on siteto contact. I have sent many mails to various jio id's as mentioned below, but no reply is received.

I don't have any contact number, not any email address by which i contact to jio. After that i got number of param pujya naypadmasagarji maharajsaheb so directly contact them after that he provide me an email address & contact number on which i have to contact for my complaint but the thing is there is no response for the call & not any appropriate revert for the mail & not any solution of my problem.
                                      This company is a strictly fraud company. I came to know that there are many people who is also suffer from fraud by jio please you all contact to me i will file a case against them. If all the fraud victims by jain international organization contact we i will file a janhit yachika against them & fraud section 420 of the indian panel code.
