I have my jio card id [protected].
Policy number: p/900000/01/2017/000007

I was in process of intimating for claim for joint replacement for patient covered under policy. The insurance company is star health and allied insurance.
When i called them for claim they said it is not covered under policy.
It is mentioned in jio shravak arogyam website and pdf attached stating that knee replacement is covered. We are involved under jio phase 2 and now done renewal so it is under phase ii renewal.
Pl revert back immediately as the patient may get operated and for claim process

    I have mediclaim in jio under star health insurance but they denied of giving claim by saying that this is copayment scheme in which u have to pay 50% of claim amount. If we have to pay 50% of amount and other deduction which make almost 75% then why anyone will take mediclaim. There is no contact number of jio to complain. I have taken medeiclaim of 5 lakh which i think is worthless.

      Hello sir this is kiran. I was recieved misscall from this number [protected] on15/06/2017 6.39pm. Then i called that number it was my best friend family. That day i was very happy & very surprised. Because they called me after 14years. But my problem is i was using in my mobile one app for call recording. The app name is androdec. But unfortunately that app is not recorded my outgoing call. But we are shared more things in that moment. So i want to listen the call records once again. But my app is not recorded. Thatswhy i am requesting with you please provide me that call records. The date is 15/06/2017 6.40 to 6.58pmduring the call records timings is 18mins10 seconds & 10mins 11seconds.         जिओ की हेल्थ इंदुरंस स्कीम के तहत मैंने mysore में नीतू नाम की लड़की जो हमारे घर के पास में रहती है जिओ insurance last ईयर के लिए 18900 कुछ कॅश दिया था और आपके एकाउंट में भराया भी गया था लेकिन उसका इन्सुरेंस न बन पाया और हमने बार बार नीतू से पूछने पर यही जवाब मिला पैसा आपको वापस रेतुर्न मिलेग्स यही कहा गया था बाद में वापस इस साल के लिए वापस कहा गया कि आप पैसे भर दो इस साल के लिए नीतू के कहने पर वापस दिए जिसकी रिसीप्ट मिली परंतु लास्ट ईयर के रिफंड करे ।जवाबकी प्रतीक्षा में इस तरह अस्पको हमारे पैसे बोलिंटरली रिफंड करने छाईए।

            Dear sir,

            My mother rekha shah is admitted at poona hospital, pune on 18/5/17. I'm her son dhaval shah. I have renewed policy under phase 1 renewal. My jac id is [protected]. Policy no is p/900000/01/2017/000007. I have jio health insurance policy since 15-16 i. E since it's inception.
            After admission, hospital raised estimate of 47000/-, against it star health approved only 6000/-. Then it started raising queries on queries and hospital answer ed all queries, all relevant reports, ipd papers, documents etc. But then star denied for additional cashless approval, those letters are attached. Call center guys didn't reply properly & kept on telling that you have to go for reimbursement claim. My question is why should i go for reimbursement claim?

            At admission stage my mom was suffering with vascular infarct / anemia / ra.

            She was shifted to icu on 22/5/17. Then patient suffered with dengue, renal failure & pneumonia & kidney problem etc.
            As per dr. Sancheti's treating her she should be treated in icu for another 4-5 days.
            As demanded by star all medical reports were mailed to star in addition letter of dr sancheti's mailed today which clearly indicate patient is being treated for various illnesses which acquired / detected first time in hospital.
            Hence, for treating these new illnesses her limit for cashless should be increased.

            It is told by tpa executive of poona hospital that there are 6 patient of jain community having health cover of star are denied cashless facility & everyone was asked to pay treatment cost by hospital because of star raising various queries & despite all queries replied star is not ready for extending cash less rather it is told that star is in a mood to reject claim on basis of non disclosure of existing illnesses present on date of policy taken hence claim will be rejected.

            If it is so, let star put their allegation on paper, we are ready to prove that star is trying to avoid claim settlement.

            Let jio enquire with tpa executive of poona hospital about 6 patients admitted in poona hospital under star health cover under jio & what is their experience about cash less facility & how star is playing with them?

            Already i am under tremendous pressure. My mom is struggling for life & i am struggling for money. Jio should interfere & look into matter. Many people's are harassed by star health. What is the use of trusting jio? It's initiative by maharajsaheb so we trusted scheme.

            Pl. Look into matter & put pressure on star health. It is clearly seen that star's intention is not to pay money.

              I am from jamnagar gujarat and start health insurance had given the list of panel hospital of jamnagar gujarat but in that all hospital cancer treatment is not there neither there is a no oncologist who can give kemo treatment too. I had talk with star insurance they told that you need to take the patient in other district. What the held this so ridiculous how we can take the patient at other district. Star health are telling that reimbursement is not possible only cashless is possible.

                    This company had increased the premium for phase 2 in 2016 still i paid about 17000 for the family floater policy which had a tie up with vipul medcorp... We got my mother operated for uterus removal at a decent hospital with all the test and medical expenses including the dr fees it costed us about 4 lakhs... We submitted the documents with all bills and proof, they first ignored all the documents and approved the claim of just 26 thousand (Can you beat that??) we contacted them many times eventually got through to customer service and they stated they would investigate this and asked us to submit documents again... Later once we submitted the remaining documents again they kept saying its still being investigated and we were tired of calling them many a times... We went to wadala office they said a bill is missing!! We were like again?? Who would tell that to us?? We submitted the final bill again from the hospital to them again as usual things are under investigation and just like before they dont care to respond the worst mediclaim company ever... Eventually we went to thane office as suggested by the wadala office... They say the uterus operation has a capping of only 40000!!! Can you beat that 5 lakh policy covering only peanuts for a surgery??? I asked them ok then at the first place why did you pass only 26000 instead of 40000 then... They didnt have an answer to that and said it was an error from their side and they will approve the remaining 14000 for the medical expense of totally 4 lakhs!!!... What a fraud of a company vipul medcorp and jio has helped it by claiming big premiums without paying the majority of the medical expenses of the customers. Can there be anything done for this?... There's really no justice for people who pay their premiums on time even if its increased more than double the amount... Any help from anybody will really be appreciated...                         I am having jio mediclaim policy from last 18 months but still my claim for maternity benifits got rejected, i have contacted jio sevaral times but no one is there to response, everything is online whom should i contact.
                        I think jio mediclaim is a comlete waste of money.
                        Every year jio changes its tpa. But for that why should a customer, customer has purchased the policy from jio, and not from any tpa like icici lombard, united sompo etc.
                        What kind of management these people are having only god knows.

                            I have paid for policy phase 7.2 in the month of oct 2016. Then policy hasn't issued. I have written several mails then generated several queries for refund but no response.
                            One day i got message that apply for refund till 15th may and link is provided. I have tried to open that link several times but it was showing only one message that link is expired.

                                  We have renewed our jio policy on october 2016 but till date we have not received policy details in hard copy as well as soft copy. And at the time of policy they have given so many numbers to contact and now we are process refund all numbers are out of reach. How can we take refund??? They have given only website http://www.jio.net.in, there is no single person who are responsible to care about the prestige of jain. Highly professional approach but no one is care about.. This is to show only the "motai"

                                      Sir, I mr, Paresh Doshi was paid mediclaim premium money. I was not renew my policy because I was take another one. I write so many times please inform from where I will get my premium amount. I try so many times to call to these numbers which are mention in the website but no one attend the phone. So, kindly I request to you please inform me, as early as you possible.
