Me jain travels ki private bus me ticket krwai h. I'm a kidney patient or aj hi mera ek minor sa operation krwa k ahemdabad se jodhpur aarhi hu... Bus driver ne bus me seats k alwa km se km 15-17 log bhetha dia h.. Nobody can take breath properly... Worst thing they don't want to adjust also.. Jb logo ne bola k kyu bhetha rhe ho extra log.. Bolte h ek gadi 10, 000 ka kharcha mangti h.. Jb jain travels afford hi ni kr skta to buses kyu chla rhe ho bhaiya.. Stop kr do na..

      Not given blanket and abusing us. I m travelling pali (Raj.) to surat.
      2 ladies also travelling with me they not cooperate and rudely behavior. After a long time they give me dirty blanket, its smelling too much. I m regular customer of jain travel. But please make good staff to provide us good behavior. Toady i m traveling

        Hi,

        My name is palash and m from bengaluru.
        I've come to rajasthan to visit my relatives. Today i thought of visiting the beautiful city udaipur with my cousin so took one of your bus that comes to nadol around 2 pm. I had asked the bus conductor how much is the ticket price for two o[censored]s he said 260 ₹ i gave him the money and asked for the ticket. He just gave me back the change. Me and my cousin were sharing the side seat to sleep and all of a sudden the conductor asked us to getup and sit and got two other passengers and made them sit in our seat. When we asked him then why did he charge us for the seat when we have to share one seat with four passenger. The conductor threatened us saying he would stop the bus and throw us out. Jain travels being such a reputed company has such corrupted employees it's such a same. I demand you take strict action against this employee or i would be forced to seek help from the court.

          On 20th september 2018 on bus ticket no. 89595, pnr[protected] bus no. Rj-19-pc — 0222, journey from jodhpur to ahmedabad time 09.00 pm pickup kalptru cinema, me sneh lata travelled in upper single sleeper berth no.4. Before arriving ahmedabad i get down from upper berth & enquired the driver that how far rto circle ahmedabad. He told me to wait for some time. There was no vaccant seat so i just hold the pipe of berth and standing there. Bus was in high speed and driver applied breaks with great intensity & due to this i fell down and my total left pirtion including shoulders/arm & leg etc damaged & was unable to get up causing unbearable pain. After gandhi nagar & sabarmati bus arrived at rto circle and with help of co passengers i get down. Before getting down i told the driver that due to his rough driving & massive breaking my left hand have been injured. Mr. Pankaj bohra of ahmedabad picked me & referred to doctors & got x-ray of my left hand and there was a fracture so referred to orthopaedic surgeon and is under treatment. I came to ahmedabad to help my niece who had an operation and now i become a burden here at ahmedabad.
          This is my complaint and let me know should i go to consumers court for your such a bad driving, careless, unsafe driving causing injuries & harm to innocent passengers.

            Respected ones your staff at fatehpura chouraha us very much rude they are making fun of customer of i was not a jain. I willl teach them lessons at their counter. I feel very bad. They are talking like nuts. If it continues you will pay high. Not at all satisfied even the bus conductor is very less supportive. I don't want to write. But i paid money i have earned with my hardworking. So i care. Date is 12 september. Enjoy my money. Bye.

              I have booked ticket from jodhpur to pilani dt 12/6/2018 for which i have paid rs 600, but timing was 10 pm and at 10 pm i get to know that bus is non ac, generally on this route they run ac bus. I have paid rs 600 for a non ac bus and when i equired the person on enquiry counter and bus person was very rude. They behave rudely though i have to travel by same bus as it was urgent for me but this is sheer waste of money and enregy. These bus operators are running business on there own condition, mostly on this route buses are over loaded and this time they have sent non ac buss on ac bus chrges. Kindly do the needful so that these bus operator cant do their manmani and cannt torture customers

              Why this is marked as resolved ?
              I was traveling from udiapur to jodhpur 17/06/2018 in jain travel non ac bus 1.30 pm bus no- RJ19-PC-0777. Pick up man start filing the bus by giving entry to passenger which dont have tickts. Due to the overload bus passengers sits on flore and some also sit on my booked seat. When i complain the pick men raju dewasi he threaten me to be quiet.

                Hi, i am traveling from udaipur to indore today on 26/04/2018 via bus no 7788 and it’s extremely overload. Arround 15-+ passengers are in the gallary of the bus. And 5+ in cabin of the bus while 3-4 per double sleeper and 2 in single sleeper. All are lating in the bus cattle’s. Its might be cattle bus rather passenger bus.
                I am traveling to indore today and the condition of the bus is too poor as it’s extremely overloaded. Its my first experience to see such unticked passangers traveling like cattlels locked in a cage.
                No one is bothering about the persons traveling in the bus.

                  I book a ticket on 27th March from Jain app the ticket go to in processing.
                  Then I call customer help line they tell me to wait 20 minutes . After 20 minutes I book ticket from web site my ticket was booked but payment cut from both process. Now I want to enquire on it and solve .

                  So I want to refund my money .

I need my ticket in my mobile bcoz for claiming to refund of money. And also requested to jain travels office jodhpur.

                      Issues are below
                      1. Bus arrived parbat choraha at 9.45pm instead of 7.30pm
                      2. Driver behavior was rude
                      3. Promised for 2 double sleeper and provided 1 double and 2 single due to which both couples and children face lots of difficulties
                      4. Driver added few new passangers even though the bus was full as well as when we asked them to arrange passangers properly driver replied abusive and said you can do whatever you want to do I will take more passangers.
                      5. We have booked bus as we want drop at geeta mandir as promised by agent, however, due driver mistake as he took multiple stops to take more passangers we reached at Ahmedabad at 9.30 amd forcefully asked to take drop at narol which is far away from my home.

                      I hope someone will look after and respond for the same else I will take it further in consumer care.

                      I do have call recordings where the agent confirmed all this details.

                      Let me know if you required that recording.

                        I have book online ticket on jain travels site for jodhpur to kota but by mistack fill the date wrong and ticket booked on 05.05.17. When i have try to cancellation same day but did not cancel and getting error show his office cont. Number than i do call his office but not get any response. I have sent complain his mail address but not get any reply. I this case my ticket have not cancel and not get my refund. When i visit his office that his staff not give me proper reply and told me that online ticket have not cancel but his online site have option of cancellation but customer try to ticket cancel than show error and some time after past the time than he told that your time is past now your ticket have not cancel.

                          I have visited in bus from jodhpur to bikaner, on 14/7/2016. Bus number was
                          Rj-19-pa-3347.
                          My children were altogether in this travel. The upper sleeper berths s4, s5, and s6 were reserved. The children side - double berth sleeper does not possess the safety grill. We were therefore, whole night travel with sitting posture, with no rest, in order to save the kids' travel. They may fall away in case, if any.
                          Need to resolve them as soon as possible, for further passengers' travels in such buses.

                            Air condition

                            We going jodhpur to rajsamand in jain travell dt 11.06.2016 time 3.20 pm seat no 20, 21 AC not working properly we told condector & driver they said window are open you chek we chek no window was open full jurney we are uncomfertable and tired without ac we charge AC sheet but treat non Ac passenger we want my ticket money .

                                Sir,
                                on 7 jun i was travelling through jain travels jodhpur to jaipur ac bus bus no 800, near by bagru police stopped the bus make all the travellers step down from bus , put the bus in yard citing reason of not paying taxes .we were standing on the road for one hour then we got another bus and reached the destination.Here bus owner not provided us the another bus and nor the police person understand that they should make the bus stand in the yard only when it is empty.Local government is responsible as they are neither regularising the industry nor they are providing the common platform to grow the industry . behaviours of the travele person is very poor ,these are gunda type persons.There is no local governing body to look after these .No service standards are there . I hope this is illegal industry but every one is involve and things are moving smoothly .My request is regularise the industry. provide the platform where we can raise the complain .plz take appropriate action against every one involved.
