i have sumitted an fdr appli for rs 45000/ with multicity cheque.so for i have not received the fdr nor quaterly intrest cheques.pl inform collection centre for further fdr adress 180 utsav phase 1 mahanager bareilly 243006
I have applied for the Fixed Deposits of Rs 20000/- in December2009 but till now not received the FD Certificates. The cheque No 545662 of ICICI Bank for Rs 20000/- got cleared from my A/C on 3rd December 2009 for the above FD.

The same FDR sent by the Reg/SpeedPost to the concerned department on30/4/2010 vide Receipt No.SPEE[protected]IN duly discharged by me and received by FDR division duly intime.After repeated requests on Telephone and promised by the concerned officer Mr.Bhandari whose Phone No.is[protected] that they will repay its maturity amount verywell in time. But to my great surprise neither they have sent me the maturity amount nor they are picking the phone for further enquiry.
