I have been allotted a plot no D5 UNDER ZONE 14 OF HIRA LAL SHASTRI SCEHEM OF JDA IN THE YEAR OF 2020 .IHAVE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AGAINST THE PAYMENT OF PLOT AS INSTRUCTED BY AUTHORITY FOR ISSUING THE LEASE DEED /patta . After doing whole processing jda said that they can't issue lease deed for plot D5 as it situated at wrong place and they will allot a new plot of same size through exchange process .Now we have been informed that plot No D77 has been selected for allotment to me .it's been almost 4 years we have not alloted the plot and after doing all the process and payment also jda is not responding .

Sewerage pipes are blocked.
Sewage tank overflow. The situation is severe.

First complaint was lodged on 12-09-23 and nothing has been done till now.
It is causing a lot of trouble, lodged complaint a lot of times, online as well as offline.
Tried multiple portals but nothing happened.

The procedure is same every time, I file a complaint and the officials close the lodged complaint.
Please do the needful.

At the crossing of Bhagwandas road and Lajpat Marg drain was cleaned six months back by damaging the road which has not been repaired till date and can be fatal for the two wheelers
Nagar Nigam says JDA has to repair it.
I had complained on the Nigam website. They have started playing football :(
Request please see that this problem is resolved at the earliest.

Withing 3 months of span, it is third time that the digging is done on same road for different works. Last time it was dug for laying underground cables.
The work was completed before 2 weeks. But still the road construction work is not started. Due to the loose soil from digging and continuous vehicles movement. Dense dust formation is going on which lasts for whole day. The situation is very severe that it started causing irritation in throat and breathing problems. Please look into the matter as we know " Constructions are going on for our betterment but it should not compromise with peoples' health."
Hope you will look into the matter asap.

It has been more than 10 months since we have filed a complaint against Mr. Praveen Sharma residing at D-6, 313, Chitrkoot Yojna, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Which is located at Just behind my residence (D-6, 317, Chitrkoot Yojna, Ajmer Road, Jaipur), For an illegal construction. Please refer to the attached complains submitted earlier at JDA.
We have been given consolation many times but there is no action taken so far from department side. The construction is still continued, and Mr. Praveen Sharma is not executing the construction as per the building by laws.
Kindly take an action immediately.

Under the above mentioned subject, it is requested that Ram Prasad meena, J.L meena. is on the government land of village Shri ram ki Nangal, near Vatika Road, Sanganer district, Jaipur. Meena, Mrs. Kamla wife late. Shri Sitaram has constructed shops in an illegal and unauthorized manner. The said land is the land of JDA road. When the applicant requested that why are you doing this illegal and unauthorized construction in my land, then he started abusing and He started saying that I have very high access in JDA administration, police administration, state government, no one can do any harm to me, you can do whatever you want, we will do illegal and unauthorized construction like this, if the illegal and unauthorized construction done by the illegal builder is stopped. If the unauthorized construction is not demolished and removed, their courage will become stronger and being distressed by the injustice done to the applicants, it is extremely necessary in the interest of justice to submit this application. Photographs of the illegal and unauthorized construction of shops on government road land are also being attached with this application.

Therefore, by submitting an application, it is requested to please demolish and remove the illegal and unauthorized construction of 3 shops and illigal boundry wall on Vatika Road Teh, Sanganer District Jaipur near Village Shri Ram Ki Nangal, Pathar Mandi jio mobile tower. It will be very kind of you.

I Mr Dharma pal singh resident of Tonk Rajasthan for a plot through auction in Hira lal shashtri project under JDA and a plot No D5 alloted in my favour .I have paid full payment of plot in the month of Jan 2021 .After doing all the process I got message they can't issue lease deed for alloted plot to me as it is situated at wrong place
Being a senior citizen it was difficult for me to moving from my place to jaipur for the processing of issuing lease deed in this pandemic situation
My concern is that I have paid full amount as earliest and I have been harassed thorugh out this process also again in further process of alloting new area you will take more time as already it's been late . I want to know the payment details which I have been made towards the allotment of the plot no D5 through cheque ( full payment ) and the time of allotment of new plot of same size as mentioned by the jda authority in the communication we held .kindly intimate me regarding this matter to mail [protected]@gmail.com

With reference to the caption subject we draw your kind attention towards extensive overflow of Sewer at B 143 Ramnagaria Vistar, Jaipur.

The overflowing of the sewer line has been a concern since April 2023.

We have already complaints several times through online and also to the Nigam Parshad of our area Mrs Rekha Karol but nobody is taking it seriously.

The local roads are flooded with wastewater, which is not tolerated by the people. Moreover, the stinking smell is unbearable.

This issue needs to be resolved on priority basis.

I humbly request that you take appropriate steps immediately.

Illegal building taking place on front setback area of plot No.6 Pamchvati Colony, Tilawala (Zone-9), Jagatpuraby violation of JDA Building By-lawa.The main issue is illegal cinstructioncreating problem to neighbourhoods and putting illegal and wrong practice in the area. Sir, myself saurabh residing at gangwal park, near jk loan hospital, jaipur, there is a hole in water pipeline causing road to erode again and again .
Even after resolution of road the pipe is not repaired causing hole repeatedly leading to accidents
current issue is a Big water filled hole on road

Illegal construction made by house number 71 brijmandal colony jhotwara jaipur. They cover roadside about three to four feet balcony upto three floor.kindly take necessary action

1 year before road destroy karke gai, road incomplete hai, bar bar accendent hote hai

I have purchased a plot in E-auction and not received demand letter since 1 Month. I tried to call on JDA helpline regarding this but no one is attending the calls since 1 month. i don't know what's the problem with JDA employees. only they are getting free salary by gov. I will raise this issue to higher level now.

Plot number 38, 39 has the illigal construction on road and because of that couple of vehicles got damaged. Sociaty peoples asked them to not cover the road but these illiterate people are ready for Quarrel.

Along with they left their home dirty water on road and due to that the road conditions are very bad.

Please visit once and fix this problem as soon as possible.

I have noticed that Unauthorized Construction of house at plot no 52 Bosch Enclave Chatarpura Jaipur.
I have many times talked to owner of property that you are not following the set back rules but property owner is least worried about the JDA rules.
I request you to initiate action against the owner for not complying the JDA setback rules.

The Agriculture land was owned by one big Family, where now the land has been illegally divided into plots & various family members have got hold of some individual plots.

Post the division, most of them have engaged in rampant illegal construction (Mostly Charpeta i.e land being covered on all the four sides) on their individual plots situated on the land which continues to be an agricultural land.

Outlets like meat shops, libraries, kirana shops, restaurants have cropped up in these constructions making the whole area look shabby as all this is unplanned & purely done to serve vested interests.

We are resident of SARASWATI VIHAR, BADI KA BAAS, SITAPURA JAIPUR, Near Goner Phatak, Zone 14.
In our society SATARWATI VIHAR, we have a JDA LAND and a FACILITY Area land provided by JDA to society. (As in attached map form JDA website)
But recently we have seen someone is illegally trying to occupy this land and trying to sell it to few parties, and also trying to construct the outer walls by claiming it as his own land.
we are attaching the map of saraswati vihar colony and highlighting the concerned area. Please look into it asap and inform the concerned JDA authorities to take immediate actions to stop this illegal possession. If possible, please place a board/hording on land with JDA notice which can inform public clearly that its JDA land or update the map on JDA website in case its the private land.
we are also informing the JDA higher authorities in separate e-mails.
