I have applied for property subdivision in JDA 2 months ago and provided every document and details in it but everyday it is showing 3 days pending, 2 days pending, 0 days pending and people are saying that you have to give bribe for making work conplete. Plot no. 565

As the covid scenario is going on, many IT employees are doing work from home. My Neighbour is not allowing me to work because o[censored]nnecessary sound, drilling on my walls, striking hammer on walls.
disturbing a lot, I am not able to do my work.

So please resolve the issue asap

Society is doing illegal activities in anukampa Genesis Kanak Vrindavan township, Sirsi Road and they have closed the main entrance gate and made new gate alongwith new gaurd room with out any approval that too ignoring all required permissions or approvals .

Sir, my colony name is Heera Nagar Vistar jaipur, om shiv grah vistar samiti society, which is situated near 200 ft read light. My colony is jda approved since 2015 and we had deposited all development fees.
Our problem is that there is no sewerage line in my colony, because of this, we are facing lot of problems.in past, we have raised this issue in jda but no action was taken by jda. Request you to pay your kind attention to resolve...

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar, Shekhawat marg. The committee formed for the maintenance of Krishna Nagar Park denies childer to play any sports and they argue that it ruins maintenance done by them. Thus so called committee came today for checking the park after years and they talk about maintenance while half of the lamp lights aur non functional and slides for children are broken since ages. I want to know why it is restricted to play and know what steps we would take if are allowed to play

उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है, मैं, विनोद कुमार गहन प्लाट सं सी-17, प्रेम नगर llnd, गुर्जर की थड़ी, जयपुर में भवन का निर्माण कार्य करवा रहा हूँ । मेरे प्लॉट के पिछले हिस्से में प्लॉट सं 21 अवस्थित हैं उक्त प्लॉट में दोमंजिला भवन का निर्माण कार्य हो रखा हैं, उक्त प्लॉट में बैक साइड में 5 फ़ीट की गैलेरी, पूरी चौड़ाई में नहीं छोड़ी गई हैं, एवम उस गैलेरी में गटर एवम बाथरूम बनवा रखा हैं, तथा उसको पूरी तरह कवर कर रखा हैं तथा हमारे प्लॉट की तरफ सिर्फ दो रोशनदान छोड़ रखे हैं, जो कि नियमों के खिलाफ हैं ।
जबकि नियम ये कहता हैं कि 5 फ़ीट की गैलेरी पूरी चौडाई में दोनों तरफ होनी चाहिए और वो पूरी तरह खुली होनी चाहिए और बीच की दीवार मात्र 5 फ़ीट ऊंची होनी चाहिये ।
अतः प्लॉट सं 21 में हो रखे अवैध निर्माण को तत्काल ध्वस्त करने की कृपा करें और कवर करने वाली दीवार को गिराने का श्रम करे ताकि मैं नियमों के अधीन मेरा मकान निर्माण का कार्य पूरा कर सकूं । कृप्या इसे प्राथमिकता देने की कृपा करें ।

This complaint is regarding "Unauthorized Encroachment" of a JDA corner residential plot no. A-76 in front of B-115 Ramnagariya Vistaar Yojana, Jagatpura . This corner plot is a property of JDA which is getting encroached by some unknown people for cremation of dead bodies taking in advantage of COVID-19 lockdown. They have even planted a signboard saying "MOKSHDHAM" there. Considering the fact there is already an authorized cremation ground present approx. 200 ms. away from this plot.

I would like to draw attention of the concerned JDA authorities to take prompt and strict action in this matter as I have made complaint about it several times before verbally and in written also.

The approach road to Mahindra SEZ from Main Delhi -Ajmer Highway is mostly dark after sunset as most of the road lights are not working or hidden under the trees.

Road lights at many locations in this stretch are lit during day hence wastage of electricity.

This road caters for Jhai Village, Lalya ka Baas, Ashiana Umang Society, Mahindra World City, JK lakshmipat University and connects further to Kalwara, Nevta many other.

The dark road is an invitation to serious accidents and even offences against passer byes.

Kindly get the Road lights in working condition.

महोदय, मैं बलबीर सिंह पुत्र श्री दलीप सिंह भारतीय सेना में करीब 20 साल देश की सेवा करने के पश्चात पदच्युत होकर चित्रकूट जयपुर में किराए के फ्लेट में रह रहा हूँ।
आपके द्वारा गोकुल नगर कालवाड रोड पर मुझे लाटरी के माध्यम से प्लाट न. 655 आवंटित किया गया है। जिसके भुगतान स्वरूप मेंने सरकारी सेवा से अर्जित संपूर्ण धनराशि jda मैं जमा करा दी है, जिसकी रसीद भी आपको प्रेषित कर रहा हूँ।
महोदय प्लाट की कुल भुगतान राशि में से कुछ राशि sbi बैंक से लोन स्वरूप ली गई थी, बैंक कर्मचारियों की गलती (राशी अटकने का हवाला देकर neft नहीं किया )व लोन की लंबी प्रक्रिया के कारण 7 नवंबर 2020 को मुझे कुल राशि की dd मिली, व jda द्वारा मुझे भुगतान के लिए दी गई अंतिम तिथि भी 7 नवंबर 2020 ही थी, ओर 7 नवंबर व 8 नवंबर को jda कार्यालय में अवकाश होने के कारण मैं 7 नवंबर को बनी हुई dd को 9 नवंबर को jda कार्यालय में जमा करा पाया।
महोदय अब मेरी गलती नहीं होने के बाद भी jda द्वारा 1 दिन विलम्ब भुगतान के लिए 63540 रूपये ब्याज स्वरूप वसूलने की बात कही जा रही है जो कि सरासर अन्याय है।
महोदय आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस ब्याज की राशि को माफ कराये आपकी बड़ी कृपा होगी।

On savitri bai phoole circle road light is disable for some times.please keep that clear or solve this issue. The public of the jaipur on this area is too much problems afford.please solve it to fast.

This is about poorly kept Jhule wala Park in E -block Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. Rarely a lady comes for watering. Slowly getting converted into a dumpyard because locals treat it as a parking or dumping junk.
Urgent attention is required to save this.

I need Possession of Plot at Sankalp Nagar, sanjhariya Zone 12.I got the plot thru lottery in 2014 and patta was given in same year.

Now i need to construct house on plot but Plot numbers 553 to 558 are appearing on running road at location, same issue is vetted and verified by engineer of Zone 12

I'm not sure how JDA will be able to give me possession on running road.
Either road should be shifted or plot must be shifted.
This error was identified in 2015 only but no corrective action is taken yet

Please take immediate action to resolve

Please send Dog Catcher Vehicle urgent basis . I am Staying in Saraswati tower, central spine, Vidhyadhar nagar, Jaipur.In our colony around 4-5 street dogs have come and they fight overnight and bark at people and have tried to bite few natives here. When they find any child alone they cover up and bark and threaten the child everyday.The dogs moves in groups . We request you please do the arrangement to remove the dog .

I am having Plot no 532 in Ananad Vihar Yojna Ajmer Road JDA scheme.I am doing srvice in Bank of Mahrashtra as a branch Manager in Gujrat.I was deposited Rs. 504000/- 10 times of Rs. 50400/- for 1 time Free hold certificate.But JDA authority issued lease hold certificate for 99 years and mentioned I have deposited Rs. 403200/- 8 times of 50400 in certificate.I have already sent 2 times letter to your authority but still no responce from your side.

So i request you ro please issue new free hold certificate.
