Jaipur National University — after one year of course completion i did not receive my marksheet

I had completed my mca course september-2017. But i did not receive my marksheet of last two semester. Minimum thousand times i called the support centre but they did not receive any of my calls. I also send them almost 10 mail but they did not reply any of my mail. I paid them a total course fee. What can i do now i did not understand. I pay them 80 thousand rupees.
