I study BBA 2nd semester in SIILAS CAMPUS of Jaipur national university. Most of the teachers in BBA namely MOHIT, SARASWATI & KHUSHBOO are really rude. They dont treat their students correctly and they use improper language while talking to their students. They even threaten the students about beating them and not giving them the attendence even when the student is physically present in the classroom. These teachers behave improperly with the students as if they are the don of the college instead of being the faculty. They dont answer the doubts and queries of the students and poor management is depicted in this campus. These teachers are even foolish enough that they dont know proper english and cant frame proper english sentences. They dont have proper knowledge of their subjects and if any student asks them queries they insult him and uses bad language & abusive words so as to suppress the student.

Hello Team, This is Karthik here. Am an existing student of JNU. Enrollment number is [protected]. Hello Team, Have made an online payment towards backlog payment fees (Production and Operation Management) on the 23rd of December 2015, and the payment was made was successful on the 25th of December. But, am still unable to book my examination slot. The student support team is not at all responding to my mails. I asked my money back in august 2015 after i registered with this college and not getting any responses from them. I enrolled in july 22nd 2015 asked my refund on august 17th 2015

No one told me i need to pay 45 $ to write exam from outside of india .

Even 1000 nds calls and mails . If i dont get my money back i may have to file legal case against this colllge . I have been asking my refund from august 2015 .

I need my 100% fees refund since i have been going thru this stresssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss .

This college is no use to me only the stresss for the money i paid.

2. Otherwise i need my money refund 100% since i am commmunicating with the lady sony for the past three weeks about everything. It was before the 15 days’ time period after the enrolment. But i never got any response .

I had made my last semester fees on 14th of July, 2015. Due to server problems, I made multiple transactions to ensure fees is paid. Every time the fees got deducted and I paid 65, 000 INR additional to my fees. I reported the same to the University and have been in touch with them to date. Till date I hate neither received my money, nor any intimation regarding when it will be reimbursed. Please find the receipts of all the transactions made by me towards 4th Semester fees payment.

I (Atul Vasisht) had been enrolled into 3rd semester of MBA (Project Management) course in Jaipur National University under student registration number [protected] in December 2014.

The lateral admission to 3rd semester of MBA course was given on the basis that I had already passed in semester 1 and 2 semester of MBA course from Sikkim Manipal University under Registration Number [protected]. Further, during evaluation, it was found that the curriculum of Semester 1 and semester 2 of both Jaipur National University and Sikkim Manipal University is equivalent. On top of it Jaipur National University did verification authenticity of my mark-sheets from Sikkim Manipal University multiple times.

After admission I requested for bonafied certificate or letter stating the above procedure. So, that I could present it with mark sheets to my employer. As, this letter would be the proof that mark-sheets from both Universities would constitute completion of MBA course. However, due to unknown reason the University representative deny to issue the above mentioned letter or bonafide certificate

HI..my student id is [protected].this is my 2nd complain after a long time i get ans frm jaipur nationl university.i just copy past the executive mail...If we pay by mistake 20 Lakhs in JNU account. they say That also they will not refund...my fault is i mistakenly paid 17140 in university account.due to university policy i complained with in 15 days of money transfer.. i 100 times complained but result zero frm there side..now times come i compromise to adjust this money for 2nd sem exam but see what they people replied...

I am Indrajit Ganguly and I completed my MA in English from jaipur national university in the session[protected] in distance mode. I have already sent two demand drafts @ 600 and @ 750 for migration certificate and also degree certificate respectively on 3rd August 2015 through speed post to Jaipur national university with marksheet. I have already seen that the documents have already reached the university on 6th August 2015. But not yet I have received any calling or email from jaipur national university. If I dont get the migration certificate and also degree certificate, I wont carry the furthur admission in B ED course in regular mode in this week. I am student of JNU distance education, currently i am in final semester i was expecting my date of exam to be September which was the actual quarterly pattern now they are coming to me and saying exam exam date will be December, Which is impossible for me to attend and my degree is getting delayed by one year, This university wont consider students problem, they can change there rule when ever they want, very bad customer support, There is no way to register a complaint on there website when i called counselor they where very rude, They got there admission fees that's it they want, I am very confused on this how can they change my exam dates in between, It will effect my carrier because my degree is getting delayed. please advice what to do ? I enrolled for JNU MBA distance learning course in APR- 2014. Since, the day my ID got activated, the blackboard application which was supposed to have recorded and live lectures has been under maintenance. JNU is very particular about deactivating the IDs of students who have defaulted on fee payment. Wish they showed the same efficiency for the services offered. The customer support is not of much help and I keep getting the same response for every mail. "Blackboard is in up-gradation mode". Now, my complaint is that they assured me there would be live and recorded lectures. Nothing of that sort has ever happened. The fees amount I paid for this course so far: 55000/-.
Now the exams are coming and we are not able to do study. Every time they said online study site is under upgradation. but if we are not able to do online study then what is use of this university. aslo m asking this university person for escation matrix mail ids or contact numbers but they are not ready to give any information. They give only one answer online study site under upgradation.

I want my fees back as there is no use of this university.

My brother studying in JNU Jaipur and now he is in BTech 3rd Year and he is going to pursue training for the same HOD of computer science deppt Mr Vijay Pal Dhaka forcing students to do the training from JNU College (Internally) only instead of outside and if student fail to do so than there will be fine for Rs 5 per day from each student. So do the needful for the education business and how can UGC give the rights to these kind o[censored]niversity and how can he a HOD however he is behaving like .

I had applied for Jaipur university application form on online basis ...The respected dates on which I had applied were 24th April 2015 and 26th April 2015. I had to apply on these two particular days because the net sever was no so good ... On my first try for payment on 24 th the transaction failed and again on 26th an error occurred during payment time but when I tried fr the third time on 26 the the payment was suuccessful but my account was deducted every time ...kindly help I have attached a photo proof of my atm slip which contains the necessary information Thank you Mayank gattani ( M.no - [protected])

I have taken admission in MBA course in Jaipur National University in 2015 and have student ID [protected]. The fee records were incorrect as it showing extra fee and were corrected only after the complaint was made on the 2nd March 2015 on the website. Afterwards, I made an transaction of Rs11500=00 on 05 March 2015, as mentioned by University call centre agent. However, the University again did not updated the records few weeks. Later, after requesting for many weeks to provide the reason that why the records are not updated. The call centre agent o[censored]niversity told that University has changed its banking details. And provided new banking details. However, fee records started showing a fine of Rs2000=00 for the delay, which was due change of banking details of the University and whose communication was not even sent to the students. The call centre agent Shruti informed, it is common problem faced by many students and asked to ignore penalty. And pay Rs11500=00 to new account details provided to clear account. Again, I paid Rs11500=00 on same day and provided the proof of payment. However, again the records are not updated for couple of weeks. And call centre agent start demanding fee which is already paid and proof sent to them. In summary, due to poor communication of the accounts department the students are suffering. Sometimes, they are not provided new changed accounting details. And students are being penalized to pay fine for the communication gap from the accounts department. Even that is not enough, they do not even update their records even after the fee amount paid. On top of it, the University inactivates the account of the student for no fault of their to harass them. The students are at the receiving end due to unprofessional behaviour and attitude of the University, especially accounts department.

I have taken lateral admission in 3rd semester of MBA course in Jaipur National University in 2015 and have student ID [protected]. At the time of Admission the councillor of Jaipur National University had told that payment of course fee is as follows:- Payment Option 1 Rs 29000 in Lump Sum to be paid within 1 month of registration Payment Option 2 Rs 15500 for Semester 3 + Rs 15500 for semester 4 + Rs 2000 for registration. I paid Rs17500 with an intention that will make remaining Rs11500 within next 3 weeks. However, when I got my online account the total fee mentioned was Rs39, 500=00. I complained about it and even my councillor also send e-mails to support services about the extra fee amount on account. But it did not made any difference, they kept on demanding extra fee amount even after my explanations and of my admission of Jaipur National University councillor. In the meantime, the issue is not resolved by support services of Jaipur National University for many weeks. My issus are as follows :- 1. My account should display the same fee as mentioned by councillor at the time of admission. I have written proof for the same. 2. I should be allowed pay in lump sum mode to clear my account i.e.Rs11500 . As delay of more than 1 month is not due to unresolved wrong fee amount on my account. 3. I[censored]niversity does not agree with the fee discussed at the time of admission and want to charge extra then simply cancel my admission and refund me the amount paid Rs17500. Finally, asking for extra fee just after registration is completely illegal and unprofessional.
