I have purchased a blue tooth headset from jaldifatafat.com, online and payment done on 16th of may 2020. They have been telling that due to covid -19 situation and lockdown they are unable to deliver the product.

Following which i have written a mail asking them the updates of

Till date no response. Customer care number never been answered

Kindly help us recover our amount.

          On Aug 4 Jaldifatafat has asked to provide bank details and promised the refund will be processed in 48 hrs.
          After a month 5 Sep asking me to make another purchase for the same amount. This is going in vicious circle!!!

          I do not want any of their services sick and tired. I need my money to the bank account.

          I am sick and tired of this issue. Jaldifatafat has taken my bank details !!! not not refunding my money. Forcing me to make a purchase!!. This is covid and I just need my money back, I need to survive and not to make Jaldifatafat servive with my Money!!!

          Can u sue this company and every fraudsters involved put them behind bars!!!

                        When i call from other no the no has been put on recorded message machine making customer feel that it large set up, where as their job is to cheat the customers.

                        Now i understand that jaldifatafat and ccavenue ( payment portal) claiming to be an international set up present in UAE and USA are FRAUD set up to cheat the customers and not responding to mails.
                        The lock down is blessing for both of them to run their own house hold or pay salary to employees if any of them left on their payroll.
                        How some one can work in such fraud setup.

                          I ordered 1 cooler 14 may 2020
                          My order no.'s are-

                          After payment when i checked…. On companies website it was written… because of lock down delivery will not start afterwards… now even after partly reopening - message is same on jaldifatafat.com. Phone no. Given is -[protected] (Time-10 to 5.00) i tried many times to contact on same no. But no one is picking up phone and everytime getting same answer - our all executives are busy.
                          I want to cancel my order…. Nd i need money back… pls. Help. Me what to do.
                          Now i feel site is fake… they r doing cheating with people. Pls. Block that site as early as possible… nd save others from cheating.

                                    I have paid fully for the above order no.[protected] on 28th march 2020 and received confirmation of payment. Despite my number of email, i have not yet received the product nor the payment returned, it seems it is a fake and fraud company. I tried number of times in their telephone number, it also never picked up by any body just a tapped voice is played as the customer service representatives are busy please try after some time.
