My order not responded properly and not delivered as commited.
I booked tv online on 6sep.
Called customer care, as per their advice paid full amount.
They commited next day delivery while the above telephonic conversation.
I have not received tv till 13sep.
I sent mail cancelling my order on 13sep.
I called over the phone for my refund.
My refund not received.

I have ordered ear pods and I dint get any response and the number is also switched off and dam sure that the bloody company dam ### happen to them as I have paid the amount I have not receiving order and they are picking call.i know wt to do as I have proof of billing and I will rise complaint.
