Dear sir,
With extreme respect, I submit my humble request that I put my A star 1950 car for replacement of wind shield and bumper at jamkash vehicleads sangrama . Thay have given me return date 28th May 2018.but til now my car is there as such .despite repeated calls and I visit there 5 times.they return me with one excuse or the other.i suffer a lot .now you are requested please solve my problem.and save me from further loss.Hope my request won't go in vain.

    I am a doctor by profession as i put my car in your service centre on 8th june 2019 and got it return same day even without washing as the people were absent... But what was the wrost part nobody convienced me and explain me about the defects of my car.. Even i paid the said amount but i am not satisfied sir... Atleast they shoud explain and make us satisfy... People say jamkash is better than the local service centre but i realised money only matters for jamkash... Sorry sir really not satisfied...

      Hello sir, i am mohammed ashraf bhat from j&k srinagar & i have exchange my beat in november 2017 & they give me 1 lakh rupees which i booked for baleno zeta 1.2 petrol same day & they give me delivery time in ending feb-2018 which i agreed & i told them in ist week of march & give me other date which was after 10 march 2018, & when that time comes they again told me 20 march 2018, after that i try lots of time to know what s going on & they only gives me date after date & finally in march 25th or 26th they told me to make other remaining payment into our account but we delivered your baleno car in 3 april 2018 so i have already submit the all pending amount into there account but still they gives me dates now today i call them & they told me it takes time again... So plz i want help from your side or plz credit my 7.29 lakh rupees in my account

        It has been over more than a months ago i have purchased a swift car from jamkash sangrama vehicles leads and have done all the process for documentation but still the concerned are not geeting my document s done which have hurdle me alot... I have already made a complaint regarding the same but the authorities are not turning up nor does they care about the hurdle i am going through... This sort of approach has shown the poor care of customers...in this position i am not able to drive my car... As i have been stopped by traffic police and have registered challan... Now u have put me in a position to keep my vehicle at home... I once again submit my complaint so that my problem will be sorted out... It shouldn't result as the same i have made the complaint earlier... Else i will make a move to consumer court.

          I purchased alto k10 (Ags) two days back on 14/12/2017. The amount that i paid through cheque was 2, 26, 984 and 2, 00, 000. Because they asked to us to pay through two cheques. The bill that they provided us has the amount written as 2, 12, 984 and 2, 00, 000. So i paid a total amount of 4, 26, 985 plus 5000 cash and the invoice is showing the amount mentioned as 4, 12, 984. I went to jamkash today but i was not satisfied with their answer. What is the point of submitting the cheque of amount 4, 26, 984 when you are showing bill as 4, 12, 984. This is not the first time i am purchasing a car.

            I am waiting here about 2 hours but no one is responding. Every one is telling me just wait 2 or 5 min. But from past 2 hours no one is comming here. One of the worst service in jk. When i reached at srinagar office no one is giving me the responce every staff member is busy with the phone. And telling me another person is comming. I am telling again that jamkash vehicleades kashmir has worst service.

              6 months ago i got my car repaired at jamkash ganderbal and it included everything.
              But when i came to get my car back, car jack was missing. I complained and they gave me a replaced old jack not even compatible with my alto car. They told me they will call me back when they will be able to locate it. I went to delhi and three weeks ago i came and asked my father about the car jack he said they didn't contact
              I called them and they said give us some time still three weeks passed no call has been made. I am not able to go their as it is an odd route. So i am making this complain and wish an action will be taken.

              I have booked alto k10 on 25 august 2017 at jamkash vehicleads hyderpora and the promise delivery time was 20th sep 2017 which was later extended to 5 to 7 day and the full and final payment of car is olready transfered to dealar on 27 sep 2017 but the delivery of car not done till the date 12-oct-2017
              They spoiled my car now every time i go to receive my car they say tomorrow. When i took the car 9 days before to jamkash bandipora for service engine oil change etc. I received it back and drove only two kilometers and the engine got heat up after that they toed the car and took it to jamkash bandipora from that very time they are not giving me my car back

                I mansoor ahmad war s/o ghulam muhammad war have submitted my car maruti 800 bearing registration no. Jk16 4239 on 07/08/2017 at 3:50 pm. They called me between this to receive your car as they have completed the service. Nut when i came on 30/08/2017 it is incomplete. I try to make complaint they didn't respond. I request your good self to take necessary action.

                    With respect I want to state that my vehicle met an accident and I admitted my vehicle in ur garage at jamkash kupwara for some work on insurance claim basis on[protected]. After the proper formalities insurance company agreed to provide the assistance for my vehicle and on[protected] I got a call call from ur staff that ur vehicle work is done and u can now get your vehicle back. I leaved my duty and arrived on office at kupwara and the staff assured me that work has been done and I paid the claim charge and even I got gate paas and a minor bill too. But when I checked my vehicle I got shocked when I saw the main work in suspension is pending I told one of worker y is this pending but he told me it is done. Then I told him about the difference then he accepted. I leaved when staff told me that u 'll get ur vehicle back on Saturday today. But unfortunately the same work is not done. I will now ask u a question sir is this a service u provide my request is to your good self that please take action on this event so that customers will not suffer in future. Same copy was farwrded to manager jamkash kupwara but no feedback was given In one hour.they are making fool to customers kindly investigate the matter so that it will be your most kindness.

                      I ve booked a car in 1st week of Feb 2016 (swift VXI) with a booking payment of 5000 rupees and was assured delivery of car in 10 days. 15 days later they called me and told me to proceed for payment of car so that we can bill it as the car has arrived. They told me to come tomorrow and take the car. I made payment via jk bank. But now they are telling me car has not arrived yet. They also don't pick my call. I feel like being cheated. Now 1 week has elapsed since I paid for the car which is nowhere.

                          No delivery of my newly booked car since

                          I have booked my new car New Alto K10 on 12th of March and was assured delivery after 15 days but i am unable to receive my car till date. I have been continuously asking them for delivery and daily they are giving excuses that jammu highway is closed which is now fully functional from last week onwards. The are not even now picking up my calls. the offer on the car at the time of booking was 5000 Rs only and now the current offer is 22000Rs...

                          Approached Jamkash Vehicleleads Pvt.ltd. Sringar for service/ repairs of my vehicle No.JK02AN-4843 on Aug.02, 2014 and I was asked to get prior appointment, which I did for Aug. 04.On that day at 800 hours reported at the workshop located at Hyderpora Srinagar but astonishingly nobody from the staff deployed there paid any attention except filling the job card by a staffer, despite my repeated requests to the concerned(perhaps some Arif and Gulzar), to undertake the inspection/repairs. After noticing pick and choose by the said executives, I felt myself humiliated, decided to get my vehicle as it was and got it serviced/ repaired from some other place. This indicates great slackness and least care for customers on part of the staff of Jamkash Srinagar, breaching the trust of customer upon Maruti Suziki. Pl.convey the same to their boss.

                            On 3rd of April I took my Maruti 800 Jk01t 3728 to Jmkash Hderpora and requested abt the above noted subject. I paid Rs 3700 for a paid service...Unfortunately after two days there was a leakage of coolin and some problem in Cultch.It trobled me a lot and again I went to Jamkash Hyderpora from Handwara Now my vehcile again shows malfunction light and I called Jamkash Hderpora on ph no [protected] Ms Nazima ..I was assured that I will recieve a call back reagarding the trouble...bt no body cared... I feel very sad as Jamkash Hydrpora is now cheeting its customers ...poor care, pooor service...nobody cares there...                               Inspite of my frequent visits to Jamkash Hyderpora and intervention of DGM Jamkash who was kind enough to instruct his staff, my car WAGONR has not be conditioned properly. The dents are yet to be cleared off and three bills have been sent to me which will not be entertained by insurance agency as a single consolidated bill is required by them. I have no option left than to approach the cnsumer court. The refund on account of gas recharge is yet to be given to me. In nut shell, the service is bad at the consumer front.

                                I met an accident in December 2013 while my driver was travelling from Dalgate to parimpora in Eco ( Jk01t - 7463 ) car at around evening time duo I took the vehicle to Jamkash Hyderpora, srinagar the next day. However they retained my vehicle in their workshop for Exact three month and promised me to delivered me my car within a month. Though I could Somewhat digest the delay, I am totally unsatisfied with their repair work. Still car is at there work shop and also incomplete There are many dents pending, fitting of many appliances is improper and much more. I am totally disgusted with their work. It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful in fact i had a serious altercation with them but they still don't concern their customers satisfaction please take an serious action on this matter so far we are very disappointed with their services Dawood [protected]

I took the vehicle to Jamkash Hyderpora, srinagar the same day. However they retained my vehicle in their workshop for exact one month and delivered me my car on 01.02.2014. Though I could somewhat digest the delay, I am totally unsatisfied with their repair work. There are many dents pending, fitting of many appliances is improper and much more. The central lock facility too is not working properly. I am totally disgusted with their work. It is requested to look into the matter and do the needful as else i have no option than to approach consumer court.
