Jammu And Kashmir Bank — fraud deductions

I have an account in jammu and kashmir bank with branch chanapora srinagar kashmir.. Today i saw a fraudrant deduction in my account of rs 19000.. I dont know what happned to my account... I just contacted my branch and tell them all about this but they are not giving me any response kindly look into this matter otherwise i ll take next neccessary steps regarding this...
