    Sir/mam the jk bank branch chandoosa baramulla has made it mandatory of 2000 rupees as security deposit for saving account which is against the rules and regulations of the bank, when asked about the issue the said manager refuse to pay any heed. Now it is requested to you please take necessary action against him so that the common people may not suffer in future.

          Applied for cc loan through mpay but rejected since may, 2020 on the ground that department inadvertently while updating information somehow provided wrong dob.
          Got new lpc from the deptt along with the correct dob certificate and mailed same through the branch laar (0484) several times since june 11, to cluster head, laps and mis deptts with the request that the mistake made be rectified in accordance with the fresh lpc and dob authenticated by ddo. But have been tossed right, left and centre since then with the same same answer that nothing has been done.
          Requested rejected everytime i apply for cc.

            I have done three imps transactions but they are in awaiting and amount got deducted also, i complaint about it in bank they say wait t+2 days but it has been 4 days now and still that has not been settled yet.

              The manager of maloora j&k bank branch unethically withdrew amount from my account without my permission while as i am nor was ever a guarantor to any loanee or any other person. Previously, he had send one employee of the brach to settle the issue and had issued me cheques for the deducted amount and till date those cheques have not been honored. I request that kindly look into the matter as now he is denying me the egcl scheme as well as denying me the benifits of my account. He has threatened me that if i complain anything he will have my account closed and seized under some unlawful act.
              Kindly consider my request and resolve the same at the earliest.

                  I am the account holder of J&K bank branch Hadwara under Account No. SB 6913. On 10th Augest I want recharge my mobile with jkbank mpay to mobile no[protected] of Rs.149but the system was down that time and I didn’t get my recharge I checked later my account and I found that Rs.149is deducted from my account. So therefore I requested the bank manager to get my cash back on my account but he told that you withdrawal your amount of Rs.500. & we will not give back to you. please give me refund of rs149

                      Sir with due respect i wish to say that i have a cc limit of 15 lakhs in your bank in doda main branch under name masood and brothers hardware store acc.. Cc 1417... Due to lockdown i was not able to pay interest for 1 or 2 months. Now as the situation is getting better i am trying to get back to business.
                      As per government drirective i went to ask for 20 % hike but the bank refused. Please help me out from turning into a bad loan or an npa account. Kindly do the rightfull so that i can stand again.

                              I m customer of your bank having ac no [protected] in coglamsar zampa branch want state that on[protected] i did recharge amount of rs 199/- in my mobile through using debit card. During recharge transaction was not successful but debit my amount rs 199/- from account. Still i haven't refund credited in my account or recharge not successful in my mobile phone. So i request you to refund credit the disputed amount rs 199/- in my account.

                                    Sir I'm unable to make payments on any other than Jk mpay. The person whom I want to pay don't have bank account in jk bank. Whenever I go for any payment it stops any says mobile banking is needed to be activated. I'm very confused with this situation. I request you to help me.
