Applied for cc loan through mpay but rejected since may, 2020 on the ground that department inadvertently while updating information somehow provided wrong dob.
Got new lpc from the deptt along with the correct dob certificate and mailed same through the branch laar (0484) several times since june 11, to cluster head, laps and mis deptts with the request that the mistake made be rectified in accordance with the fresh lpc and dob authenticated by ddo. But have been tossed right, left and centre since then with the same same answer that nothing has been done.
Requested rejected everytime i apply for cc.

I am the account holder of J&K bank branch Hadwara under Account No. SB 6913. On 10th Augest I want recharge my mobile with jkbank mpay to mobile no[protected] of Rs.149but the system was down that time and I didn’t get my recharge I checked later my account and I found that Rs.149is deducted from my account. So therefore I requested the bank manager to get my cash back on my account but he told that you withdrawal your amount of Rs.500. & we will not give back to you. please give me refund of rs149
