Respected sir i am a student and belong to a poor family i first time open my bank account after comming from university from uttar pardesh i go to bank and they give me debit card and i started to collect my fees i firstly pay 500 they cut my balance and debited more by 300 sir without knowung the cuase without knowing the rules tbey debit my account then i call them but they refused and being poor tbey laughed at my english
Then my friend advices me to take help from you kindly refund my account with the amount debitted please thet will be your kindness

I sent them all the documents via mail on the registered email i'd as well... My customer requested them to leave the incentives of the sales person but the concerned bank refused... Kindly look after the matter as we are not government or semi government employees... We are in sales... Plz help and assis

        I am zubair bashir, i had ordered some stuff from amazon.in using jk bank debit card costing around 1300 on 17 june 2019 but due to some issues i cancelled it on the same day.
        Refund was initiated by amazon.in with reference no. 257892 but i am yet to receive any refund from bank. So please look into it and solve it in least possible time.

          My account has been of low balance since few days. On adding a balance to my Jk account after few days i checked my account and I found Rs 565 deducted from my account. I want to say that i was not notified about it prior to it. So please i am requesting to refund for same.

              My Name is Nasir and i ordered Boat Rockerz 400 of rupees 1497 in Amazon on purchase date 25 May 2019 and after return 28 May 2019. I returned this product because its damaged.And on 1st June amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent the reference number 140153 and told me to fill charge dispute but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint. Its very urgent.                 I am a account holder of jk bank TP Kulgam under Account No. SB-[protected] .On 3rd june 2019 I went to ATM to get cash of Rs.20000 but my 1st transaction was timed out and I didn’t get my cash. I checked later my account and I found that Rs.20000 is deducted from my account. So therefore I waited for 24 hours but I did not get my amount credited into my a/c. please help me.. to get my cash.

I was swiped for money 10, 000 on 17/05/2019 at naryana narayana nethralaya eye hospital, near iskcon temple, 121/c, chord rd, 1st r block, rajajinagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560010. But that transition has been declined and given error, but i was checked that amount has been debited from my account. So kindly please let me know about how file complaints for refund and further processing.

                          I recently changed my mobile from samsung a9 pro to samsung j4+ and my mpay isn't functioning on my new phone. Whenever i open the app and try to select the phone number the step always times out and doesnt work ever. I tried using my mpay in other mobiles and it works okay. But in my own mobile samsung j4+ it is not functional. What is the problem with the application?

                            Respected sir/madam, my name is mohammad abdullah tramboo, son of abdul rehman tramboo, resident of nathpora khanabal anantnag, my ac/no. Is [protected]. I bought a tata trailer 3118 which is financed by the j&k bank, branch khanabal. At the time of approval, the manager of the branch told that the bank will charge 9.20% interest on the debited amount and the interest rate mentioned on the sanction latter is 9.20%, but the bank is charging more than 10.30%. The moment i learnt about the interest rates charged by the bank, i visited to the bank manager to complain against the issue, he wasted my more than six months, but could do nothing. After that i visited to the zonal head, he too wasted my time and energy for months. I am fed up now to visit from one office to another. I came to know about online grievance and here i am writing my grievance to you. I, hereby, request you with all humility, respect and honor to please look into the matter and i shall be grateful to you in this regard. The first page of passbook and sanction letter is attached herewith.

                              My name is (Mosin mushtaq khan) and i had ordered (Product) of rs:389 (C91 mesh outdoor sneakers sport shoes for men/boys) in amazon on (21 march 2019
                              ) and after (28th march 2019) i returned this order due to personal reason and also paid return charges rs: 212 and on (20th april 2019)
                              (Hsbcn[protected] - rs.389 hsbcn[protected] - rs.212) and told me to fill charge dispute form but jammu and kashmir bank doesn't have such policy. So
                              Mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

It happened on Thursday, 9:22 pm... The shopkeeper assured about quick resolution, but it has not been resolved asof now...

                                  Sir, my problem is that the application j &k bank mpay is not working since January 2019 because of the Atm card which I used was out of limit .Now when I replaced it with new one even though my mpay is not working it's showing transaction times out directly instead of account profile.
