Respected sir,
Ladies of the surrounding areas of iqbal park sarai bala srinagar j&k who come there in the morning, face a number of difficulties as the gate keepers and other management dont care well about the maintainence and dont do their respective jobs well since a year. The workers even when asked to take care of the park dont take it seriously and are also not afraid of taking action against them. Most of them are not present and even are asleep. Crpf and other security forces are also present there which quite is not safe for the ladies. Therefore it is highly requested to improve the maintainence and also remove such workers and employ new workers and take strict action against them so that the ladies and other people feel free and secure while entering the park. Hope my request will not get unheard. Thanking you in anticipation

    Xiaomi (Mi.com) has initiated my refund on 21 january 2019 but i didn't received even after 4 days. I want to know the status of my refund the refundable id no is[protected]. When we call the j&k bank customer service they said we are not told the status of refund so please processed my refund immediately. I make payment through j&k credit card. My bank branch is located at balgarden (Srinagar) jammu& kashmir.

      Sir, i have having saving bank account under account number [protected] in j& k bank branch naidyar srinagar which was in continuous operation upto ending 2017. Recently on dated 04/01/19 and 08/01/19 i deposited rs 3000 and rs 2000 and also rs 700 were already in my account. Today i approached the branch for withdrawal of rs 4000 but they refused and returned my withdrawal without any solid reason. I approached the branch manager regarding the same he give no hearing instead showed rude behaviour saying rs 3000 is deducted for non operation charges which cannot be reversed in account. The part of rude approach hurts me and i leave the branch without money which was required to purchase medines. It is as such requested to look into matter and action against manager may please be initiated u/r.

      Illegal deduction of amount from SB account no [protected] branch naidyar Srinagar
      As i know today the bank should be opened but in the tehsil keller of district the same is closed, due to which the public sufers a lot. So please cnsider this.

        Jk bank bemina cut 1 lakh from my account by saying that u been a gurantor to 7 day old cd account. Finance manger have no manner they forced me to give check and sig slip. They closed my account several time. Due to close of my account i suffered a loss of 25 lakhs. Who will give my money back i wanna answer from chair men parvez ahmad. I paid interest. I work with them from 6 year for some money they showed my sig to that farud and he do it as gurantor. What kind of justice is this if i don't get my money and my loss amount i will go to media and court... Bank employees are treating me like beggar especially finance manger. I am it holder from 5 years financial year is still incomplete check my tranctions it's above 1 crore.. How they provide 7 day old account 1 lakh od...

        New account cc 409. They farud there. I will see them now in court.

          With due respect it is requested that i had deposited a cheque in the nowhatta branch they are stating that the cheque book has not acknowledged by the customer while there are insufficient funds in the account.. I requested the concerned branch for memo so that i can legally proceed in this matter they are asking that they will mention cheque not acknowledged in memo while there are insufficient funds in same account further there is no privacy as i got call from the party as soon as i left the branch that i had approached bank for collecting memo which is not acceptable.
          Therefore i request you either register a complaint regarding nowhatta branch and provide me a compliant number so that i can lodge separate fir against the culprits or provide me with a memo quoting insufficient funds...
          I had also contacted 2481999 regarding same issue and i had also forwarded them this mail but i had not recieved any feedback yet which is making my conditions worse...

            Sir we transferred instant pay the money of 2500 to the account [protected] using mpay account number [protected] on the date 07/01/2019, but only 1600 have been added out of 2500 and we are unable to withdraw the same money from the bank, we further contacted the branch manager who told that you will b able to withdraw the same money within a week, but we are unable to withdraw the same money after week further.
            Kindly help us to resolve our issue immediately which will b the most kindness.

              Providing bad services and they are misbehaving with costumer. They use abusive language with costumer even the manager do the same thing
              Take action against them either change the full staff present in the branch.
              They behave like as theyb provide thir own money give us many coustomer can change their bank dud to misbeaving of the staff present in the bank. Its highly request to you please provide batter servics

                Dear sir
                I m customer of jk bank since many years. Last week i went to jk bank jourian j&k for querry related to my bank account deduction. I reported to bank at 10:15 am, it was beginning of the day. I asked sir, my account balance get reduced. Actually i. Have to pay lian installment. Now amount is reduced. Why is it reduced? He replied"hogi koi fee ya atm ki ya kisi aur ki". I asked him to give me right information please. Suddenly an employee handling account and f. D. Started shouting on me and said i dont know very rudely. He had done my public insult infront of all customers. As i m localoid of jourian, it matters alot fr me. Then i came to home and msg to bank manager regarding the issue on the registered phone number took from google. But i didnt get response. I have no personal issue with any employee. I asked him thatcontinous deductions are going from my account and i think i should closed my account. He replied go ahead. My request is that if a customer cant get details of his account from bank, then what is the purpose to open bank. Being a customer i want u to ask to jk bank branch jourian jammu and find out who misbehaved wd me and he has to appologise.
                I know this time i have very less balance in my account due to certain circumstances but they cant give respect to me on the basis of my bank balance. I have my pvt business. Ups and downs comes in life, if balance is very less account, will they not allow to get information.
                As a human u can understand how do we feel when someone speaks ill words publicly. I m in stress since many days due to him. Might be he forget who is sunil? But till this day i m not able to take comfortable breath, although i stopped myself to go to branch jourian and i request you to please you email to branch and find out the happening of day and ask him to do apology for that misconduct.

                  Sir i have doing a transaction amount of 4800 hundred during 4th january between 11.30 am from my account no sb 11852 to state bank of india account no [protected] through upi the transaction goes to successfull but the reciever account holder not received the amount after 12 days the amount not refunded or received what is the matter plz solve it to return my 4800 hundred rupees.

                    I just want to know why my account has been debited several times for not maintaining of AMB when my account was maintained since beginning.
                    Without any consent or any kind of information/intimation how charges has been levied from my account..
                    It is not the first time when my account debited several times.
                    You can check the back history that Bemina branch has also charged some irrelevant...

                    My account no is the first cd account 5001 of jkbank botshah mohalla lalbazar. I approached the bank in 2014 for payment gateway but was not available at that time. I was forced to get it from hdfc bank. I still have a good transuction with jkbank. To my surprise the manager at the bank turn down our request for the bank calendar by saying you are banking with hdfc. We should have been convinced instead of rejecting us. The approach of the manager was purely unprofessional. Eagerly looking for some professional head at the branch to revive the good relationship between a costumer and the bank.

                      With interest. We have been assured at the purchasing deted 20/03/2014 that your subcity will be released within 3years but the branch suffered us from last 2 years now your highness is requested please look at the matter so that we may not face any hard ship

                            Me an account bearer in one o[censored]r branch namely jk bank dorsum. I this year i have done a business of not less than 28 lakh puls 70000 pm salary. Two days back i visited the said branch and simply asked for calender at 11 but the manager denied and said come after3 pm when i left office and reached there outer door was locked i asked to go inside but guard denied next day same thing was repeated by manager come after 3.
                            So what should an accounte do

                              I used dena atm near raghunath mandir jammu at about 10:50 am on 8th of jan 2019, but the money wasn't received meanwhile it was deducted from my account. I swiped the card after giving pin and money to b debited after that it shows take your money but taking too much time and writes, "your request is timed out". Please go through this query and

                                I being the customer of J&K Bank having account No. [protected] in Branch Sallar, Anantnag, have been charged Rs. 278/= on4th of January despite having maintained the requisite minimum balance. Further, I didn't receive any notice to deposit the money as to restore the minimum balance as mandated by the the banking guidelines (30 days notice is to be given before a penalty can be levied).
                                It is therefore impressed upon to credit my account with the money that was charged illegally, without following the due procedure, failing which i shall e constrained to file a complaint against you before the appropriate forum at your risk and responsibility.
                                Hope you will do the needful.

                                  Respected sir,
                                  With meek and humble request i want to put your kind attention towards the fact that i have submitted the home loan request in j&k bank (Branch waltangoo) on the belief of proper cooperation between me and subsidizers of loan.
                                  On the suggestion of branch head of waltangoo kund (J&k bank) i make the completion of foundation of home and fulfilled all the bank requirements. It was all because of the company of the bank which make me able to do all this by ease but ultimately surveyor turned all my hope into downhearted as he told that he would not capitalize the loan to the same foundation by saying that the foundation resembles in column like structure. It was observed from his behaviour that there lies problem from his cooperation with me although i behaved politely. Further it was clear that he was not showing any interest in properly surveying my home. He unintentionally just make a peep to my foundation which sank my ship of hope. The branch head too regret this although initially (During the construction of my home) he visited and took pictures of the same almost five times but finally his desire of funding was not at the threshold. It was all this which internally forced me a to take your attention towards the same mentioned problem. Further you can revaluate my foundation if you have not trust on my saying.
                                  From the above, i kindly want you to make some kind of justice to me by funding loan.

When we call the j&k bank customer service they said we are not told the status of refund so please processed my refund immediately. I make payment through j&k bank master card.                                       I am a student and I was having two accounts in JK bank branch Kanihama and I applied for Education Loan. But the concerned Manager didn't approve my my Loan. So I went to another branch i.e, Magam branch they agreed with me but told me that u should have account in only one branch. And then I closed my account at Kanihama. But just after closing my account at Kanihama I got a sms from National Scholarship Portal that your documents have been verified and your scholarship amount will be shortly deposited in your account which I have submitted that is the closed account at Kanihama branch.
                                      Now my request is to please reopen my account so that I can get my scholarship and fill the fee o[censored]niversity. Please Sir/Madam . It is the question of one's future/ career. I will be most thankful to you. Please help me please.
