Bbcalc recovery charges 450 this month
Atm recovery charges 39 atm quarterly charges if quarterly then why they recovered from last 2 months this is just fraud im not any govt employee im a student jkbank should stop this
My request is plz refund my money i have added a file as well can check these statements or if jkbank can't solve it plz someone help me with other options thank you

    That i have an account from last 30 years under account no. [protected]. Namely sajad. I have never zero balance but from two to three months i having some problem so i cannot maintain balance in my account in 3 last months. I received my tranfer amount 5000 but the balance was 4500. I complaint customer care i told that why my balance deducted. They told me you have zero balance for 3 months. i told if i repeat deposit did you deducted my balance again they told no. I received again transfer 5000 but the balance is 4500. They cut my balance 1500. Now i want please return my deducted amount. Please look into the matter.

        Subject : complaint against issuing statement without account holders permission

        Respected sir,

        With reference to above cited subject, i'm lodging this complaint to you via this mail that i'm an account holder of your august bank, bearing account no :[protected],
        [protected], branch trehgam kupwara, with name mohd gufran masoodi.
        Your bank has breached the trust and broken the principles by illegally issuing the statement of above captioned account without my permission to salim masoodi last week. It is unfortunate and shocking that someone having got the statement of my account with out my permission. Which branch and who has issued him this statement.
        Therefore kindly take stringent legal action against the culprit. If not taken, i would complaint to rbi and even move to court.

          I went to j&k bank branch arwani to pay my cash to my acc on 12/11/2018 at 1: 00pm but they told that they can't take cash at that time.
          Today on 13/11/2018. I went to the same branch at 3:30 pm they again told the same
          I am a student and i return from my school by 3: 00 how can i submit my cash to my account. Kindly look into the matter
          All branches of jk bank except jk bank arwani are doing their best to motivate their customers. Only this branch is lacking the instinct.

            On 1 october i submitted form for new atm chip enabled. They told it will reach on or before 25 october. I. Went there on 1 nov they td it hadnt reached yet. Then i went again on 5 nov they again told me same. Now i went today they again told. Then i checked its status it shows your atm details are uploaded on 10 11 2018. Sir what are they doing there. Aftr 1 and half month they are telling me itz uploded on 10. I ask. Higher authorities to check into this matter. Jkbank neewah. Jaka0neewah ifsc code.

              As i woke up one fine morning and logged into my bank account (Sb-97238, magam), i was surprised to see that my account had been frozen on account of being guilty of standing guarantor to one of my acquaintances who held kcc in singpora branch of jkbank (Kcc-631) and had not paid the amount of interest due to the organization. The piece of information that i am divulging here as the cause precipitating the freezing of my account nowhere in the world came from any quarters of the organization until i had the notion of having timelessness at my disposal, and therefore the antithesis of it at theirs thus turned this moment of ecstasy bordering sexual excitement into action and visited the bank to get the information for good.in a few days of time, i got the oxymoronic beneficiary of my guarantee to renew the account and pay the interest due to the bank while expecting things to fall in line, but nothing of that sort happened. My waiting went on for one more week.
              I gathered my nerves and called the branch head - magam (Bh-magam) knowing that if i know anything about him it is “he does not give a damn, you call him a thousand times, he will drop you a thousand and one times”.in whole of the trail this was the only thing that went ditto according to my expectations. By sheer leap of faith i managed to go on exhaustively far beyond a thousand dials to elicit his response. He assured of resolving the issue but the time is still ticking. A day went by and i made the beneficiary of my guarantee to visit his branch to ensure if the bh-siingpora there had actually sent a mail to his counterpart (Bh-magam) in the business unit i hold my account in, asking the latter to unfreeze the frozen account following the receipt of dues. While the response of the former was in affirmative but he didn't hesitate in redirecting the poor fellow (Amid the incessant rains and snow blizzard) to yet another branch (Narbal branch) for no fault of his. The bh-magam had erroneously frozen my account (In-lieu) against defaulting of a nonexistent defaulter which came to light when the bh-narbal (To which the poor wretch in my beneficiary was redirected) outrightly denied of having any such account in his records. He further revealed that it is mere a typographical error that has made the whole affair worse as the account against which the other account was frozen and should have been unfreezed after the payment of dues, differs only in “branch code” from the non-existent account supposedly existent in his records. None of the bh's bothered to call the other counterparts to resolve the issue.
              As the sorry state of affairs unfolded further, i informed a friend about the matter who took the trouble of sending me the ‘customer care number' (Toll free). I dialled it thrice but the voice on the other end responded only once as if for the last time. “dial the complaint no, 019….99”, so whispered the voice before hanging it up with a bang.
              I dialled the ‘complaint number’, and it took an eternity to get an answer, meanwhile i, under my breath, muttered all the curse there in the hell upon the decision that incapacitated the employees of govt. Of j&k to choose a banking organisation other than the j&k bank as the ‘banking service provider’. Although my call was eventually answered but as they say, ‘ haste makes a terrible waste’, the party answering my call was in no better a position to understand my part of the story anywhere between their urge to lunch and drop the call, thus the closest they came to my problem was when i was misconstrued for some bh by them.
              A week elapsed by and i visited the bank yet again where i was told a new story unknown hitherto by the bh-magam. It was that the bh-singhpora had sent no mail whatsoever to the bh-magam. As i write, my account continues to be in suspension, and it has been in this state for about a month and half.
              Kindly look into the matter so that i am rid of the predicament for good.

                I have a account in jammu and kashmir bank on 11th oct my account was debited amount rs. 300.88 for bccalc recovery charges and rs. 210 as atm recovery charges. I do not under stand the meaning of these charges please return these amount to my account.
                These terms are not understandable so bank should notify customers about the same and make us aware.
                Please do the needful what these charges are for?

                  When i enter my debit card number on google pay it was showing invalid cvv. I tried many times but the result remain same all the time. I also tried on other apps like paytm airtel money but result remain same all the time also when i use j&k bank mpay app also at that time my phone is showing that your card number is not valid.                         It is unfortunate that J&K Bank is exploiting its Customers in the name of minimum balance deductions for monetary gains. I am maintaining my saving bank account in other banks also but have never faced such deductions. It is unfortunate that despite maintaing more than Rs.1000 in my saving bank account, the bank deducted Rs.425.09 from my account No. [protected] on 27.09.2018. Due to repeated deductions from my Account I have moved my funds to other bank account and through medium of this complaint would like to seek justification of such deductions where hard earned money of poor people is looted.

                            I forget my mpin password of mpay account after various trys my mpay accounted blocked and also my atm is not working due to blockage.. When i visit my branch (Nunner gbl) they asked me to submit application regarding this matter. I submitt the application and they told me it will be unblocked tonight.5 days gone i still facing the problem when i visit branch again my application is still pending on the desk. After many requests the branch unable to activate my blocked account. It is totally misunderstanding and every 2 months i have been debited atm charges more than 100... I request give some information about it... Ufffffffffffff...
