bccalc recovery charges

What is this bccalc charges?
Some of your branch has debited over 200 rs of my cd account recently.
I have a cd account in jk bank branch bemina jaka0bemina under account no [protected]. Recently my account was debited by 212rs under bccalc recovery charges. I dont know what it mean and its first time happening. Please help me to resolve this issue....

On 11/10/2018 my j&k bank saving account has been debited rs 257.44 on account of bccalc and rs.82.60 on account of atm recovery.
These terms are not understandable so bank should notify customers about the same and make us aware.
Please do the needful what these charges are for?
Bank should give the clarification as these are not small amounts.

    That my account no. [protected] under jkbank main branch kishtwar. The bank has charged me rs 225.20 and rs 187.68 on account of what bccalc and atm recovery charges respectively. I am not having any information about the same that why bank has charged it me.
    Please privide me information about it and refund it as soon as possible.

      I called the agency one day before i had the train in order to cancel the ticket. They asked me about the pnr number. I had sent a friend of mine to their agency to communicate with the pnr number. He went their ànd told them the pnr number to cancel the ticket and came back...after two days i called them to ensure if the ticket is cancelled or not and they told that they didnot get the pnr number. They were lying and misbehaving me in order to win the battle. So i want to request you to take an action against that agency. Most importantly he called again and again to scold me and threatened me that he will kill me.

        Sir,
        On dated[protected], i tried to withdraw cash of rs 10000- from one of the atm machines of jk bank situated at sector 7 lower roop nagar jammu, but the cash wasn't dispensed as it took more than 4 minutes that it is under process. After some time the same thing happened with other costomer also, so i left thinking the same shall be credited.

        It has been more than 4days since i have submitted my E banking form, i am able to log in but dashboard shows no active accounts.
        Please solve this problem ASAP because it's urgent.

          i want to bring to ur notice dat i hv trying to making online payment on 27 sep, 2018 at 4.00pm approx. for my nta ugc Net form fee Rs.800 through my debit card Account no.613 registered with name Sahil sharma J&k bank narsingh dev birpur branch, all process has done and also amount has deducted frm my account Rs.800/-under Track ID CPK1573675 but fee has not submitted to merchant nta ugc agency for net form and there msg.cum on screen error detected plz contact bank, i hv contact dere, dey said refunded with in 24 hrs, but still i didn't got any refunded amount to my account, plz refund me Rs.800 as soon as possible...
          I shall be vry thankful 2 u

            I did online shopping on amazon and was not satisfied with the product so i return it and asked them to refund the amount so the refund was initiated on 22 of august 2018 which they told me that the bank will credit the amount in ur account in 3 to 5 working days but it has been more than 5 days still i didn't receive any amount in my account so i called them agin they orovided me this transaction no. 189121 then i called the online bank services but they are unable to check through this transaction id. Please help me in this matter.

              Hello, i had lost a balance from my savings bank account two days ago. The last balance i have checked was about 89 rs. Then day after that my available balance was showing 0, i dont how it happens neither i make any transactions nor i get any statement of cancellation of money from my j&k bank savings account. Please update me about the same.

                I used a canara bank atm near bilalia masjid lalbazar, srinagar, jammu and kashmir on 16th of september, 2018. I had entered an amount of 2000 rupees each (02 transaction) to be withdrawn. The atm didn’t give out any money but an amount of rs 4000 total (02 transaction) was deducted from my account. Kindly deposit the money back into my account as soon as possible.

                  From last 3 years My father continously fallow to concern Bank officers regarding such issues but nobody entertain him.

                  Moreover me and. My father met borrower so many times regarding the same, as for him, his cousin brother and bank employee had done fraud jointly

                  Morever, Nobody visit or send notice to the borrower from J&K Bank Concern Authorities in last 3 years

                  It is totally fraud case, jointly done by J&K Bank concern employees and Borrower

                  My Concerns:

                  A/c No:2933... Sahnan Rashid
                  Had been debited 6 times in last 2 years
                  I want re-creadit my account with below mentioned debit amount moreover separate my father from Gaurantor in this case

                  01/9/2017 Rs 373
                  16/11/2017 Rs 14378
                  07/07/2018 Rs 6000

                  If there is no respond within 72hrs... I will concern Bank ombudsman and all authorities in such case

He told me to close your all acounts and we have no need of your account. He also highlight my family matters. Is he have any right to interfare in any persons family matters.                       The Jammu and Kashmir Bank is a success story of the state.
                      However, while the Bank has been moving from strength to strength, the staff behaviour at times leaves a lot to be desired. Many customers have a terrible experience with some of its staff, which means J&K Bank has not invested in building employee etiquettes. They are behaving as the Autonomous authority, misbehaviour, even manhandling is in practice at some places. No body is helping out the poor all the centre schemes are just on the paper almost nothing is launched till now. The bank staff are running the hawala gang at present.
                      Recently, while on my visit to a J&K Bank branch (PANCHAL UKHRAL) I witnessed a customer in conversation with an employee, who was Having deal with loan documents. The customer was enquiring about the delay in process of his loan application. Instead of settling the issue, the employ lost temper & created a scene. While watching such immature attitude of Bank employee, it put me in a great distress . How these employees are spoiling the credibility of their own institution.
                      However, the customer experiences with the Bank staffers cast a shadow on its brand image. If the customers are to be believed, The J&K Bank employees are rude, un-friendly and don’t have a helpful attitude.
                      I still remember that few months back a Facebook post of a senior journalist which was widely circulated, pointed to the ill-mannered Bank staff, The post read: “while we love J&K Bank as an institution, but there is a serious problem with its staff. They need classes on behaviour and mannerism, they must know that they are part of a company and customers or clients need to be treated in a dignified manner”.“Nasti Seath Kath Karen Chali ne, ”
                      In general how this issue is justifiable ... when they can’t respect the customer (AATTHI{GHARAK} DEVA BHAVO), How come we respect them

                        At j&k bank branch panchal ukhral distt. Ramban the behavior of the staff is unacceptable and ill mannered towards the customers. They are behaving like self made gods and are running the hawala gang for money transferring. And till now no schemes announced by our honb'le pm are launched here at our bank branch. Please look into this matter. They are not co-operating with the poor customers and usually use to throw passbooks on their faces and insulting the poor is now their birthright. I wonder how these banks employees are getting this kind of attitudes. If a person goes for a bank loan then %age share use to go the staffs in addition to that they made metlife insurance complusary. Is it the guidelines of the rbi or j&k bank.

                              My father's salary account was in jammu and kashmir bank bakshi nagar jammu, he died, 8 months ago, he had some payment in my father's account. Even after completing all the documentation process of the bank, the bank manager took one month and still did not pay the payment to my mother's account and it was not talk properly with me and i can't get the right answer from her. She delaying my payment again again... Do something in my favor...

                              I feel very bad to say before 3 months i was apply for loan in KVIC by Loan is Passed around 3 lakhs and i give 7 Months rent deed but employee told me that
                              i need to prepare judicial rent deed. sir i am busy in preparing rent deed but 2 months passed away but bank has not send me any letter regards my loan or final date of document submittion when i go to j&k bank branch samba so employee of bank not offers us seat and not speak proper we are customers of bank so that i use your service. please raise my complain and correct it very soon and inform to bank for inform me for loan document time.

                                Sir i am a j&k bank customer,
                                my saving a/c no.[protected] name of Ali akbar. my ATM CARD NO [protected].on dated 02/09/2018
                                i use my ATM card to get money at branch of SBI ATM SHIVA JI PARK RAJPURA PUNJAB . i use my card to withdraw 1000/rs but at that time transaction is proceed i never get my money but whenever i get message from bank i.e. your account is debited by INR 1000 at 16:24 on account of CWDR/[protected].
                                1000/RS is detect from my balance. sir at that time no security guard is present there so i request you to help me to solve this matter.

                                  Complaint against amazon for refund of payment o[censored]ndelevered products the advisor of amazon says that we have already refund of your payment but it is still not recieved they also forward the refund ref. number but i did not yet recived the payment . now it is your kindness to see in the matter n resolve the issue of refund of payment as soon as possible

                                  From my s/ac no. 0321 in J&k bank branch Talab tillo Rs.2316.72 has been debited while Rs.2316.72 will be credited to my account.
                                  I am getting Rs.2316.72 as dividended from Sundaram Mutual fund every month.
                                  So please check and rectify it
