I spoke to a representative called ubaid altaf wani. It’s was a painful experience. He was not helpful at all. Every bank representative cross verify the details & then provide us the information but he was in his own world. Detailing with your bank is always a challenge, improve your services & tell that person to be nice to the customers. Your people makes a simply enquir into a big complain. Give that representative of yours better training customer management training. Your representative talks like there are giving us any favours..

    On 4th april 2018 i got the message that the 7024 rs were debited.. While i enquirer they told me i am having consumer loan.. I was shocked that the said consumer loan which i had open in 2013 and i payed full due amount in 2014. The only mistake i did that i didn't took noc.. If i had some amount due why the manager didn't told me that time.. If i didn't payed any amount y they didn't informed me from last four years... Now they have suddenly debited the amount along with intest.. Why i should pay the interest if that's isn't my fault.. When after non pavement of instalment makes account npa and why account wasn't declared an npa.. I want my amount back and action should be taken against the concerned authorities who r having the callous approach.. Why they were sleeping during four years and now suddenly they have active to deduct my hard earned amount...

      I am a saving bank account holder in jammu and kashmir bank, branch Trehgam. Ifsc code JAKA0TRHGAM. on 3rd march2018 while transacting online my transaction of rs 561 failed due to some unknown reason but the amount was deducted from my account. I approached my bank branch, requested them to look into the matter and refund the deducted amount. it has been almost 45 days but my money has not been returned. I visited the branch many times but all in vain. Everytime they provide me an excuse and are in no mood to return my money. My a/c no. Is [protected].

        I would like to draw your kind attention to wards the transaction of my atm card i have withdrawn an amount of rs 3000/ on 23th of march 2018 due to some error the cash was not despensed and the balance has been detected in my account so immediately i have called to the atm help desk and concerned branch but atm help desk replied to me that the said amount has been refunded within 24hrs till date the said amount has been not refund after somedays i have again called them they replied it will be refunded to with in seven working days but till date the amount has not refund as such your good self kind investigation into the matter as early as possible my contact number is.         I have withdrawn an amount of RS 30000 the transaction in success and cash was not despensed and I call to concerned team they replied the said transaction is returned after 24hrs to the account but 12days have left the said transaction wasn't returned back
        Sir/Ma'am, My atm card is blocked when i entered wrong OTP no. during adding money to PAYTM. I had this problem for last 1 week and I complaint 4 times online and also visit main branch, but still issue not resolved.   Replace all

          Sir, your jkbank branch budgam told us that our branch will remain open on 03/04/2018 after lunch but they don't open the branch after lunch that's unfortunate from such reputed bank.
          Sir, sorry to say that in budgam branch
          They don't give respect to customers and also delaying their work. & also there is a lot of problems in atm, cdm machines as atm is always having short of money.
          So it is humble request to you kindly resolve these issues.
          I had called customer care many times but till now my credit card no. is unblocked till now.I had also raised complaints regarding this.So please look into this matter and unblock my credit card as soon as possible.

            Respected sir/ mdam,

            I'm writing to express strong dissatisfaction by one of the executive of j&k bank branch poloview on 25/03/2018. This compliant has surfaced out of a sheer disgust, ill-minded, ill-mannered, unprofessional, inappropriate & informal behaviour by the lady who was holding the neft/rtgs transaction section in the said branch on the said date.

            When i visited the branch on the said date at 12:31pm and asked for neft/rtgs transactions to the lady, she with overwhelming negative attitude & posturing replied system is not working. She should've courtesy while speaking to the customers. She don't deserve to be in the corporate world at all. As the manager of the said branch wasn't present, otherwise i would've filed compiant there.
            Further when asking i'll file complaint to the branch head, she replied "i don't mind, do as whatever you can do", do your good self acknowledge suits indecency suits the reputed organisation like j&k bank.

            Writing this compliant to your good self, so that some of the importance facts should come to lime light & in notice of your excellency too which i've personally experienced while banking with said branch in different times.
            I would like to apologise for consuming your precious time, but i personally feel obliged to make your excellency understand about the scenario that we as a customer are facing on daily basis.

              I ordered withdrawal of money to the tune of rs. 500 from atm of j&k bank near bhatindi morh jammu the atm machine went into hang mode displaying processing your request and took a long to come back alive... Finally after a few minutes the screen became responsive again with a message to insert card for withdrawal however msg prompted in my phone that 500 have been debited from my account no.[protected] a sb account of jkbank jawaharnagar srinagar bu... Kindly credit the debited rs. 500 back to my account
              We are from JK BANK Kralgund kupwara. the staff at cashier is very rude and making customer suffer.
              I want change my loan garntrs because my first two garntrs have some domostic probllum and they want to change them. In this regad i hafd to meet the bank manager he completlly denies. Can we change the garnters?
              I booked online movie tikets by my debit on 13th january thrice becoz my 2 transactions failed n 3rd was sucessful. But money was deducted thrice. I complained to bookmyshow n j&k bank. Got 1 transaction refunded but 2nd is still pending. It is j&k banks responsibility to trace where has my gone n get it refunded.
              Plz do ur duty.

                That my account no. Sb1274 under jkbank branch salani bridg rajouri. The bank has charged me rs 663 on account of what bccalc charges & brcr charges 55 atm recovery - cherges 118. I am not having any information about the same that why bank has charged it me. Regarding the same i approached the branch manager he promised me to credited back it in my account. But latter he denied for the same. Kindly to help me for the same why they have charged me as it is my saving account from last two year. So what is it.

                I recharged bsnl number online through bank app.
                Money is deducted but recharge status is failure.
                How can in get my money back?
                Due to the negligence of jk bank main branch bandipora, i was highly suffered by loosing a golden opertunity of getting a govt job.

                    Sir I had applied for internet banking facility at jk bank kgl branch, after i recieved my login ID and password, the e banking application don't works, it only shows "logging in " for sometime n don't works, , kindly inform me of a better online jk bank applicatin, that works easily

                      With due respect i want to put in your kind notice that the incharge branch head of b/u magam handwara is showing his irrational behaviour towards the customers. Despite many complaints at concerned zonal office amargarh sopore by customers the management is turning a deaf ear. Last week the concerned cluster head arranged a public meet where 95% of the customers went against the said official and we were assured for a necessary action but nothing happened. The said official is also very rude with women customers and the subordinate staff especially bank guards. These bank guards who work all day for Rs 6000/month approx are humilated & threatened to be fired for nothing in front of the customers. This has become more of a politial branch where the official is convincing some customers by offering them od's etc. for speaking in his favor. The said official is trying to grind his own axe all the time who is said to be under transfer from last two months but has not been relieved of his duties from the branch yet. Kindly take a necessary action for the sake of customers and the branch.

                        I am a jk bank customer with an account at jk bank, fatehkadal branch, and i am not able to use transact money from my account as my card and netbanking is not working since 3 months. Since last three months my money is stuck and there is no one to help.
                        I went to the bank certain times but the employees there after wasting your time, give nonsense reasons for the things, like its problem with internet or problem with server, sometimes...

Now when i want to make payments through net banking by login user name and password.. It displays my dashboard account screen only, and not any payment option of entering amount...                           Sir, my rd account bearing no 6427 matured on[protected], but til date i have not received the amount in my saving account, although monthly installment was deducted from the same saving account. I am working in skuast j, r. S pura, but at present, i am on leave and am out of r s pura. So, i sent my friend to the branch with rd copy, but the dealing clerk denied to credit the amount to my saving account. Them i also talked with him on mobile, but he totally refused to do so. I am in need of money and who is now responsible for this delay. Pl do the needful.
                          जम्मू-कश्मीर बैंक शाखा खून के प्रबंधक रमन गुप्ता ने बैंक ग्राहक को धक्के मारकर बैंक से बाहर निकाला जिसके बाद गुस्साए लोगों ने उनकी शिकायत बैंक के चेयरमैन के पास कर दी है और 7 दिनों के भीतर उनका तबादला न किए जाने की सूरत में धार रोड पर धरना देने की चेतावनी दी है।

                              This is regarding the impolite behaviour of the employees of the j&k bank, durga nagar branch, jammu city. I had made an enquiry since i had an issue with the aadhar card linking process. I was given wrong information by the employee and when a complaint was made to the bank manager, there was no action taken. The employees pay no heed to the customers needs. When a customer approaches the bank with an issue regarding the aadhar card linking, the bank is expected to take adequate steps and provide solution. Instead of misguiding them.
                              Bank manager is missing in the bank at working hours for his personal work and arrived at 12:15pm in the bank.

                                Sir with due respect i imran hameed lone vry old customers of jk bank t. P baramulla.. 5 days before my transition jumped and yet i was not refund that amount.. I went to nearest branch hazaratbal srinagar.. But they don't have manners how to talk with customers.. I was told within 24 hours my money will be refunded although i also complaint my own branch they also told we will mail hazaratbal srg branch. After 5 days of wait they did not look into the matter nor they refund my money.. The atm machine in university campus located at post office never run smoothly.. Um a student of kashmir university and i observed that particular atm machine..in a month this machine works only 10 to 12 days in a month.. And rest of days out of service.. Some times jumped transitions... And many other issues with this machine.. No budy have time to change that machine from last two years um here to observe that machine... Kindly look after the issue..

                                  Hello sir, /mam, on 23 of november 2017 an evening time, i had paid for my electricity bill via jkpdd bill sahuliyat through my e banking. But the bill not paid successfully, the transaction failed. But jk bank debited my amount of rs 544 on my account number [protected] in my name tasneem ahmad dar branch khudwani. I had already lodged a complaint on jk bank 's toll free no. They said the amount will be credited to you on 10 working days. But 15 + working days gone, but my amount not credited. Please look into the matter please

                                    I have made on online transaction by through ebanking two days more... I got my balance deducted twice and the online order was placed only once but the balance was deducted two times for the same thing... I also contacted the online website they said... We have received the amond only once... They told contact your bank... The issue is from there side... Look in to the matter please and let me know please...
                                    I downloaded app on my android phone, after installation when i proceed to open app it doesn't work . It shows your transaction is timed out.i checked my network also it's 4g ..so please try to find out why its not working and give your customers best result by helping them .

                                      I transferred my money twice through net banking but both times after showing the transfer had been completed another message comes up "transaction failed bank failed to authenticate customer" my money from the account stands debited as of now . please explain how can I get my money back quickly as I need it urgently
