I am a saving bank account holder in jammu and kashmir bank, branch Trehgam. Ifsc code JAKA0TRHGAM. on 3rd march2018 while transacting online my transaction of rs 561 failed due to some unknown reason but the amount was deducted from my account. I approached my bank branch, requested them to look into the matter and refund the deducted amount. it has been almost 45 days but my money has not been returned. Sir, your jkbank branch budgam told us that our branch will remain open on 03/04/2018 after lunch but they don't open the branch after lunch that's unfortunate from such reputed bank.

I'm writing to express strong dissatisfaction by one of the executive of j&k bank branch poloview on 25/03/2018. This compliant has surfaced out of a sheer disgust, ill-minded, ill-mannered, unprofessional, inappropriate & informal behaviour by the lady who was holding the neft/rtgs transaction section in the said branch on the said date.

That my account no. Sb1274 under jkbank branch salani bridg rajouri. The bank has charged me rs 663 on account of what bccalc charges & brcr charges 55 atm recovery - cherges 118. I am not having any information about the same that why bank has charged it me. Regarding the same i approached the branch manager he promised me to credited back it in my account. Now when i want to make payments through net banking by login user name and password.. It displays my dashboard account screen only, and not any payment option of entering amount...
