Sir, i was withdrawing money from atm but transaction gets failed and money is debited from my account of 1500rs.. I want my money back. Actually i am in delhi and my account is in jammu distt kishtwar soo i want the money refunded quickly soo plz help me refund my money quickly.     The driver of the van who had come to drop cash at jk bank atm located in gmc srinagar had deliberately parked his vehicle in the middle of the road which caused lot of inconvenience to the students and the staff. When i requested him to park his vehicle in the right place he was very abusive and misbehaved with me without any remorse and tried to threten me when i told him that i will lodge a complaint against him. Unfortunately the vehicle was without a number plate.

    The driver of the vehicle which had come to drop cash at atm located in gmc srinagar had parked his vehicle in the driveway resulting in a lot of inconvenience to the students and staff. However when i politely asked him to park his vehicle properly he misbehaved without any remorse and threatened me of dire consequences if i lodge a complaint against him.

      On 29/9/2017 15:26pm i gave the command for withdrawal of rs3000/- at atm hazratbal against my acctt. No.4317/sb skuast-k shalimar branch but due to some error in the machine not recieved the payment and immediately recieved msg showing debitment of the same amount from my account. Now kindly return the same amount to my account at an earliest please
      I have registered for e banking 7 days ago but my account is yet not displaying the transaction option

        I mrs zanib khatoon mir prop. Khidmat center bathindi jammu j&k allotted khidmat center to me in 2015 then i approach so many time to the jk bank branch bathindi jammu where the khidmat center attached to allot the work and loan cases but they are doing the work through their relatives and other favorable persons and not obeying the orders of higher authorities and they said go to chairman jk bank who allotted the khidmat center for work allotment and they are not cooperating with us. This is very unfortunate. Therefore i am requesting to please take the action under rule.

          In jammu&kashmir bank, ansal plaza, new delhi
          On 27/9/17 i was in malviya nagar and from savitri nagar yes bank atm machine at 11:10 am i tried to withdraw rs.500.00 but machine shows "your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows "time out".
          I repeat same but shows on screen same.
          After some time i took mini statment it is shown in statment that rs. 500.00 has been withdrawed from my account.
          To day on 29-09-17 i checked my account and rs.500.00 could not been credited to my account so far.

          Sir please do needful at the earliest.

            Dear sir i am the costumer of your bank. Your bank is near by my business setup so my transition of amount is doing in snm hospital bank but your bank staff is so lazy and the cant do any work properly due to that costumer is suffer. For deposit of cash your staff take 2hours to credit the amount in account. Transfer of another bank check take one weak or above pleas tell me is this good work. If your staff member do this type of behavior so how we open account in your bank.

                Dear sir,
                On behalf of the residents of village trenz and adjoining areas falling under the jurisdiction of jk bank trenz want to mention some points.
                1. That with the long term request we people of trenz village got success to have a b/u at trenz village.
                2. That during first years of establisment every tom dick and harry opened the account to make it a successful branch.
                3. That unfortunately from 2017 the employee's of said branch are behaving differently with people and disrespecting the customers.
                4. That a said village is falling under backward category under revenue records and they treat people as untouchable as the employees are from town and have created a lobby there.
                5. That these days we are unable to even get our own cash, as they pretend of not having.
                6. That they are misbehaving with customers and critisize them of being fellow villagers.
                7. That they are coming late and leaving early from the duty.
                Keeping above cited facts under consideration we people of trenz request your good self to reshuffle and reorient the whole staff. So that we may not suffer any more and will be able to avail the facilities and services of said branch.

                    श्री मान जी म ये जान ना चाहता हु की क्या आप के बैंक में ऐसा कोई रूल ह की बैंक कर्मचारी जब लंच कर रहे हो तो बैंक की मैन गेट को ही लॉक कर के ग्राहक को बाहर रोड पे खड़ा रखें 30 मिंट के लिए इतनी गर्मी में।ऐसा रूल किसी ओर बैंक में तो नही ह की आप खाना खाओ टैब तक ग्राहक बाहर खड़ा रहेगा ।

                      I had inserted my debit card in the dcb bank atm machine on 16.8.2017 located at shivneri nagar pune for a withdrawal of rupees eight thousand but received no cash for this transaction. Surpringly enough the amount was no reversed till date. My account is saving type with civil sectt. Moving branch as i am settled in pune after my retirement as under secretary technical edu. Deptt.
                      I receive my pension from this branch regularly.

                        I want to inform u dat i tried to withdraw rs 10000 from jk bank atm (City square), jammu on saturday 2nd august 2017 around 1 pm. The amount was deducted from my account but i didnot get cash from atm..

                          Employees in jk bank nc sopore have not written in loan documents the rate of intrest after 5 years they asked me to pay 11500 as add. Intrest whiich overdraft is credited to my account and debited to loan account which i lose my temper and close the account after liquidated the whole amount. The persons in advance section does not know anything given statements and statements. And when i asked to show me the papers of loan it is observed that intrest column is blank still.

                            Dear sir,

                            On 31/07/2017 i withdraw rs.10000/- from your roop nagar atm at 19:42:03 the same is deducted from my axis bank account, account no - [protected], but due to some technical issue with the a. T. M only rs. 2500/ - is disbursed by machine (5 notes of rs. 500/-) and hold rs 7500/-.

                            Regarding this axis bank send request to you n number of times but reeving the same message ever time that transaction is completed.

                            You are requested to please check the cc tv footage all doubts will be cleared, same time few more customers had same problem. Security guard was aware about the problem but not guide /stop any customer.

                            What we understood that time that notes are kept in wrong boxes like rs. 500/ notes put in rs. 2000/ note box, other customers had same issue getting 500/- notes instead of 2000/-

                            Please look in to the matter, it is almost one month delayed.

                            Advise if we hv. To go for f. I. R.

                              I m ishpinder kaur i have account in karol bagh branch name silver stitch a/c no. Cc/201. Bank manager call me night 10.37pm i have cash credit loan and i pay every month interest and i have a one personal loan. I m not pay emi last two month on time. Bank manager come my office before two days he said pay emi on time. I said him i pay but not full amount this month next month i pay clear balance amount. So why he call me in night and pressurise 10.37pm while i today online deposit some money 15000/-in loan account. I m old customer in your branch last when he pressurise me.

                              I m Ishpinder kaur I have an account in Karol Bagh branch in the name of Silver Stitch a/c no. CC/201. I have cash credit loan and Was paying interest every month and I have one personal loan also . As From last two months my emi was not on time . Bank manager came to my office before two days and he said pay emi on time I told him I will pay but part payment this month and next month I will clear my balance dues also. So why he called me in night at 10:37pm and pressurising me and threating me with statement that "i will see you " Infact today i have transfered online 15000/-in loan account.i m old customer in your branch this is not the way to treat your old customers because of some problem it got delayed and from next month it will be on time
                              Its my request you to please look it to this matter

                                unsuccessful transaction at atm

                                On the 17th august 2017, i tried to withdraw an amount inr 3000/= at my nearest j&k bank atm, khanyar, srinagar. The transaction was however unsuccessful due to some technical difficulties. On the same day after a duration of few hours, i contacted the j&k bank customer care and they asked me to wait for two days for the reversal of the payment. But after even 3 days the reversal was not made and i was compelled to contact the j&k bank customer...

                                I am holding a credit card of your bank under account no. [protected]. The credit card was valid through 07/2017 and till date no any renewed credit card has been received by me. I enquired about the same from J&K bank Kargil and in reply they said that the branch has not received any renewed card from the concerned. Further I made a contact to the Help Desk who failed to give any satisfactory answer regarding the matter.
                                Therefore, kindle look into the matter and solved the issue as soon as possible.

Same day i had given application to j & k bank sector 16 faridabad. But not getting any positive response from their side. Today is 13th day of given application.

                                    I went to jk bank branch kachi chhawni to deposit a cheque of jk bank account but of another branch and the account in which the cash had to be transferred was also jk bank account but of another branch. The person sitting at the counter told me that i can deposit the cheque only at any of two branches next time but then my cheque was deposited. Also, i was given the slip without any stamp/signature. And when i asked for the stamp i was told to leave.
