Hlo my name is vevak kumar.I have an issue regarding refund initiated from amazon.I have ordered a product at amazon worth rs 389.On the same day i cancelled my order and got a msg from amazon that your refund is initiated and will be credited to your account in 3 to 4 days but its 7 days over nothing is credited to my account.when i contact to amazon customer care they gave me a reference no and tell me to contact bank customer care.Amazon customer care told me that refund is credited on our end.

      Sir I have ordered and item from Amazon which is realme trimmer and it costs 999 rupees . I have ordered it on 14 April 2022 on the same day I cancelled it later and Amazon has initiated the refund of same amount but I did not get my refund into my bank account as Amazon as provided me my refund reference number which is 75503722105014872386444. i have Paid this Money to Amazon by debit card. please help me to get my money back into my bank account as I have provided you my refund reference number

        Sir I have ordered an item from Amazon which costs 999 rupees later off I cancelled it and Amazon has initiated the refund amount of 999 rupees on the date of 14 April 2022 as I have paid this amount to Amazon through debit card but I did not receive this amount in my bank account as the Amazon has provided me my refund reference number RRN which is 75503722105014872386444. Amazon has said me to contact with Bank branch but Bank didn't responded me please help me to get my money back into my bank account.

          On 29 march 2022 11:47pm i (Parveez AHMAD BHAT ) made payment for B.e.t(biotechnology) admission. Payment debit from my account [protected] Rs 1200. But didn't received by biotechnology dept.

              On 30 march 2022 i wanted to withdraw money from my bank account but the ATM was not able to dispense cash of Rs 2000.I also got deduction message on my phone.
              So, i request you to refund my cash as soon as possible

                But withen six days my account not reopened.

                    On dated 04/03/2022.I have visited to JKB/Branch -Khanabal, District-Anantnag and meets an Offical namely Mr JIBRAN SAHAB.He is an employee working there. i have requested for car loan to Mr JIBRAN SAHAB at JKB/Branch-Khanabal District -Anantnag.i requested him kindly issue e me Rs 3, 50, 000 for finance of vehicle.
                    Mr JIBRAAN SAHAB told me i will issue a finance Rs 3, 50, 000 against private vehicle(Nios-grand i10) on fixed plan at the rate of intrest 8.45 pecent on 7 years term plan.
                    i am not satisfied his worth but i requested him so many times on same day kindly issue me a finance (Rs 3, 50, 000) on floating rate of intrest on 5 year term plan. i have a xerox copy of sanction letter issued by a concerned bank as they are written as 7 year plan instead of 5 year plan.
                    I told him my father is suffering from multiple diseases like CLD/CKD and prosetate disease etc.
                    i have an urgent need of vehicle from your bank, but he rejected my request and told me i will not issue a bank finance on floating basis in your favour.
                    i have signed all bank documents under pressure becoz that documents are framed by Mr Jibran Sahab.but i'm not satisfied with his documentation
                    Finally he was issued a bank finance in my favour as per his directions under Car Loan Account no: 296
                    He is very rude bank offical and he charged me Rs 3700/=(against DOC-CHRGS).i again requested him sir you have sanctioned me Only Rs 3, 50, 000 from your bank as finance for vehicle and why you have charged me Rs 3700/=against DOC-CHRGs.he again rejected my request.
                    So I request higher-ups kindly Check agreement in between bank and Myself, which i have signed at bank, and kindly refund me excess DoC CHRGS Which have applied by Mr JIBRAN SAHAB.
                    I requested to higher-ups kindly take strict action and also transfer him to another branch for smooth functioning of concerned branch.

                              I made a transaction to pay merchant an amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000 today on[protected] @12:04 noon and approved it through BHIM JK BANK UPI. The merchant has not received the funds but the same has been deducted from my account. I had arranged the funds from my CC account that will be charged at good interest.
                              Kindly help out to so that i receive the amount back in my account as fast as possible.

                                  From last month my mpay was suddenly stop working. when i approach the nearest branch of jkbank nunnar Ganderbal they told me to install new mpay delight we will deregister your previous mpay but im still facing the problem.day after day they told me the same thing go to home you will receive the sms regarding mpay deregister. please help me. Im not only having the problem all other account holders feeling the same.Either they tell us we have no internet banking in our branch Or network issue.. In other branches all is working quit and fine.. Now I want to change the Branch tell me the procedure.
