Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — complaint against employees | |||
I am a jk bank customer with an account at jk bank, fatehkadal branch, and i am not able to use transact money from my account as my card and netbanking is not working since 3 months. Since last three months my money is stuck and there is no one to help. I went to the bank certain times but the employees there after wasting your time, give nonsense reasons for the things, like its problem with internet or problem with server, sometimes they say you have never applied for card and other times they say your card validity is expired.in addition the female employee who deals with such things is so rude and cheap in her manners to harass customers. I need help in fixing my account and before that i request the shuffle of customer relationship employees as customers are suffering a lot. Was this information helpful? | |||

At JKB Mir Bazar Anantnag. I have an Jan Dhan Yojna Account in the name of my Son, who is completely paralysed. I am my service an ex service man and I am aged 75. I wanted to update the mobile number of my son's account. So I came to the branch along with my paralysed son. I filled up the form and told them to come to the parking to verify the account holder. So the staff member came down and did the needful. I went to ATM for pin generation after almost 10 days and came to know that number was not updated yet. So I went straight to branch again and talked to the branch incharge. The staff member there who had misplaced the form misbehaved with me. Although the issue was resolved later on but I think the said employee needs to be taught a lesson. The name of the employee is Aadil.
