Sir i have booked a ticket on 5 oct and next day i cancelled it and irctc refunded the money to bank. But bank didn't have refunded it to my account yet. When i called irctc railways they told me we have refunded it contact to your bank.They can help you in that issue. Sir please resolve this problem soon. My refund id is [protected].sir i also tried to call jk bank customer care but they are not responding to me. Resolve it as soon as possible this irrelevant work seems to have a tie off on jk bank. They always do these non miserable things with customers by which we become forced to have tie up with other good service banks. Enough is enough.
