[Resolved] Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — net banking

I am unable to operate net banking. When i make a transection it shows "your account is not active", then i registered on official website of jkbank netbanking, there is also written on the top of left corner that 'no active account', so tell me the solution of this problem so that i can easily access net banking and enjoy the services provided by jkbank
