Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Not receiving the amount in my account refunded back by yatra.com to my account

I booked an online ticket from Srinagar to Delhi on 25 Sep 20202 from yatra.com but due to some technical issues, I didn't receive the booking number and tickets but money was deducted from my account. After contacting yatra .com they told me that that they already refunded the money back to my account on 12 Oct 2020 with the Acquirer Reference Number of the bank for this transaction which is 75503720288042880200557, Now I want to know where my money is.
