Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — refund of 235 doesn't reflect in my account | |||
On 10th august, i ordered a product from amazon.in using my debit card. However due to some reasons the order got cancelled. I was emailed that i will receive my refund soon. On 31st august i received email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it will reflect in my account within 3 - 4 days. However till today i haven't received my refund. I contacted amazon but they said that they have processed the refund and gave me a refund reference number through which i could check its status in my bank account. But when i contacted the bank they said we cannot do anything with refund reference number. I'm stuck between amazon and my bank. Kindly help me out and look into this matter as soon as possible.
