Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — regarding maturity of rd 6427 at r s pura branch

Sir, my rd account bearing no 6427 matured on[protected], but til date i have not received the amount in my saving account, although monthly installment was deducted from the same saving account. I am working in skuast j, r. S pura, but at present, i am on leave and am out of r s pura. So, i sent my friend to the branch with rd copy, but the dealing clerk denied to credit the amount to my saving account. Them i also talked with him on mobile, but he totally refused to do so. I am in need of money and who is now responsible for this delay. Pl do the needful.
