Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — unsuccessful transaction at atm | |||
On the 17th august 2017, i tried to withdraw an amount inr 3000/= at my nearest j&k bank atm, khanyar, srinagar. The transaction was however unsuccessful due to some technical difficulties. On the same day after a duration of few hours, i contacted the j&k bank customer care and they asked me to wait for two days for the reversal of the payment. But after even 3 days the reversal was not made and i was compelled to contact the j&k bank customer care again.in this connection, i contacted them again on 20th august 2017, and this time they assured me that the reversal will be made within a period of 7 days and they forwarded my case to the concerned authorities. Till this date, that is, 28th august, the payment hasn't been reversed. I am registering this complaint not because of the said amount of money, but due to the negligence of the concerned authorities. The query should have been resolved within at most 2-3 days, but the authorities have already taken 12 days and the query is still unresolved. I wonder, what if this had happened with a person who was out to purchase some medicines and had only 3000/= in his account. You should try to imagine the consequences of the said event. It has been more than two months that I have applied for new pin for my atm card. Horrible customer service nobody cares about customer. Want to cancel my account asap.Please try to solve this issue .
