regarding billing

My son was admitted in the hospital on 24th evening november 2009 , discharged on 27th evening with doctor asking me to continue the iv injection 3 times daily for three more days , the bill for these three days was 9067 after discharging they are charging Rs15 for each iv which is wrong on the ethics ground , still its ok for me again on 28th november evening my son was admitted because of dehydration , this time for 2 days upto 30 november...
