I booked a 3 BR 1250 sft flat (no. 6137&38, first floor, vi block) in Janapriya Metropolis - Motinagar, Hyderabad in 2013 and waited 3 years for completion and handing over. I made 100% payments on time and the recent / last payment was in Aug 2016 with interest for 3 years adjusted as agreed.

The flat needs finishing touches inside which I have been insisting for the last 2 months. Also the outside lobbied, parking areas are not complete and other amenities need to be completed for handing over. My repeated requests are not being addressed.

I Have also been requesting scheduling of registration of the property and provided the details (names, adhaar cards etc) for registration. I asked for a draft sale deed to be sent to my e-mail for verification. There is no response whatsoever.

I have been calling their office a number of times but to no proper response. I am fed up with all this. The builders do not care after full payment is done. Only the registration amount is to be paid at the time of registration. Please help.

We booked a flat in Classic homes, block 2, Janapriya at erragada, Hyderabad in 2011. It's more than 6 years now and builder has not completed the construction work. For last 5 years, they are saying that it will be completed in another 6 months and after 6 months again another 6 months and going on. I did not get any concrete answer & action yet.
