Had brought wall mixer from rathod bulid mart yeshwantpur bangalore within 2 months the chrome is chipping of the product is 100% faulty i had brought it the very time the product got launched now the money invested in bathrooms gone for a toss better buy non branded products they have better quality jaquar is all name had complained 3 times a person had come taken photos videos and then no response the company is aware of it only cause we people don't fight for it they take us granted shame on you and ur brand.

    Since the last 3 months the company jaguar has been harassing me as the service team is not ready to resolve the complaint i registered.

    Myself robin, writing this because of a very bad experience from such a reputed company like jaquar on customer service.

    Before 1 year, had bought couple of jaquar sanitarywares and fittings for my home furnishing. My understanding at the time of purchase is that we will get 10 year warranty on products.
    Being a reputed company, i strongly felt that jaquar would provide the support and went ahead and purchased it.
    Out of those items, one of the wash basin had a complaint and i raised a service request with the shop from where i bought it.

    Location : piravom, ernakulam, kerala

    Complaint : in the counter top wash basin, there is a silver fitting around the overflow hole. That silver fitting started peeling off and its showing the plastic parts and changing the color to green. Please find attached the photo.

    After 2-3 days, one of the technician, santhosh, visited my house and check the defect. He told me that its a valid defect and he will report it to jaquar.

    Next day, i got a sms from jaquar saying that the service call reference number is 00509149.

    "thanks for choosing jaquar, a complete bathing solution company. The registered service call reference no. Is 00509149. Customer care toll free -[protected]".

    After 2-3 days, i got another sms saying that the the issue is resolved.

    "thanks for choosing jaquar. Service call refer. No. 00509149 has been resolved, for further assistance please call on jaquar customer care toll free - [protected]"

    Then i called jaquar customer care.in the call, they connected me to ernakulam branch manager, pramod. I talked him and he told me that he will go through the service request and take necessary action. I have forwaded the sms i received from jaquar to his mobile number.

    After 2 days, i called him again, he said he is working on it and will update me soon.

    Again, after 1 week, i called him. This time he totally forget the things. I tried to explain the complaint again to him. He said with in 5 days he will get it sorted out.

    Now its almost 3 weeks after my last call. No response no resolution.

    @jaquar team, i know this is a very small complaint related to your corporate complaints. But for a common man, its his hard earned money and the trust he shown to your product is loosing here.
    Hardly it takes 1 hr to solve the issue. Get a new part to replace the defect and fix it. But your team is simply ignoring it as they don't have time to work on these silly complaints.

    Bad on you jaquar.

    Can you help me in getting it resolved.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased jaquar wc kus-wht-35851sn-kubix eight months back. From day 1, the siphon system inside wc is defective and water flows continuously. I registered complaint, atleast 12 times, with jaquar service, in last eight months.
      Every time some technician comes but problem does not get resolved.
      I am fed up and tired.
      Kindly take with highest management level of jaquar so that defective siphon system inside wc is completely replaced and problem is solved.

      Dear Sir,
      Thank you for taking up my complaint. Ms. Kanchan ( mobile [protected]) called up yesterday. She said Mr. Indresh Kumar (Mobile [protected]) will visit to solve the problem. Subsequently, Indresh Kumar visited but could not solve the problem and therefore leakage in WC continues. I called up Ms. Kanchan this morning and told her her to replace the defective unit. She said she will do so.
      Would request you to ensure that above action happens so that problem is resolved.

          Since the last 2 months the company jaguar has been harassing me as he is continuously not visiting the site and not even solving my problem. Suprsingly one day my interior Archit Sarogi had a talk with jaguar and told that we have to destroy your full bathroom in order to show the internal problem to the representative of jaguar after the damage the jaguar person gave some new parts and said that it will be fine now but still there is a problem and now a person name Danish is asking for pictures and saying after I see the pictures I might visit your site. I have spend a huge amount of money buying the best body jet of jaguar still I am facing problems and there is no assistance by any side of jaguar. Please note my complain and take serious action against the representative and the company as a whole. for any communication give me a call at [protected]

            My tabs and showers have got badly rusty and the water flow from tab and shower have reduced to almost nil.
            We need expected such poor quality from jaguar and moreover this is my second complaint for the same problem
            Last complaint was not resolved becoz no one came to check the problem

              I am using your product in our gym product like steam and other bathroom product which are not working at all and has been used for a period less than 12 month and which are under guarantee period. Complain has been made many times to your service office but there are no satisfactory result at all. My gym location is in rishikesh.various your company person appear to solve the problem but they are only making excuses and giving results to us. And now they are not receiving your calls at all.

                I spent 3 lacs of rupees on Jaquar bathroom products and another 3 lacs on Interior Company last August 2017.
                Inspite of daily cleaning with Harpic and Good quality water in the bathrooms 2 Wc's have turned yellow.
                Inspite of being under warranty and making several complaints and writing several mails the customer care Bangalore has done nothing.

                        June 2017 I spent 6.5 lacs for a major renovation of 3 bathrooms using Jaquar products including ShowerEnclosures, ShowerPanels, Tabletop Washbasins, Western Commodes & all acessories.Sadly within 3mnths 2 of the WC's went yellow inspite of daily cleaning & good quality water in the complex.Sent several mails & calls to Blr team.Nothing resolved.HELP

                          Sir, i would like to bring to you knowledge that am very upset with the jaguar product despite being complaining many times the issue is not resolved and more over last time the jaguar person did something wrong with my flush system and was charging me for the wrong deed he did and even the area executive does not know what and how to talk well, i request you to kindly replace my products as since they are fitted the same problem is pertaining in it.
                          Would be really thankfull if you look in the compalint as early as possible.

                            Hi!
                            i am writing to you with all my efforts failing to reach your executives on the call centre
                            they always connect me to the local vendor of yours here and its on whom i have my complaint, he just says please note my local number i will attend to the call and never turns up.

                            i have a leaking bath fitting from the 25th of june 2018 and i have complaint about the issue on the 26th. and a person from your company attended the complaint and demanded me to pay him an amount without receipt, i refused to pay him any money without a proper receipt for which he just removed the whole fitting and left it open and left the place saying we need to by a new valve, and aurgued with me saying if i pay him to his demands he would change the rubber and my complaint would be resollved, or else he would recomend buying a new fitting and leave.

                            i did not bend to his requirment with all the faith on the company and again booked another call,
                            this time simillar result but different person.
                            i have lots load of water i have to buy water every day it costs me Rs.1200 per day

                            being a seniour citizen its tough to take bath with fitting leaking.

                            still your call centre connects me to the same person who demanded money and says he will come and clear the issue.

                            how do we allow such thugs inside our home.

                            is this the standard of jaguar ??

                            The flush is not working. The water flow and pressure is very less. It is unable to flush out completely. On pressing the button the water does not come out as it should. It comes out meekly with very less force. As a result it does not flush.

                              We installed an in-wall WC system 2.5 years back which keeps leaking every 3 months from the date of installation. We put in a complaint yesterday yet again for the same issue and despite committing to resolving it on urgent basis, noone has cared to respond as yet and on my 3rd call to get an update, Mr Manir/ Munir - their complaint no. representative disconnected the call after pretending to connect me to a senior!! Pathetic service and quality or Jaguar products!!! Agitated customer.

                                We have ordered a shower enclosure (Kristtal trend, 1080/1000*1020) from Bascho sanitary appliances Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir 193201.

                                Your representative Sher Singh has put us in lurch which is highly disappointing. We have no heard from him since last 20 days and now he has stopped picking up the calls as well. We have always trusted Jaguar with its quality and commitment but unfortunately this has been a terrible experience.

                                We request you to confirm the status of the order as soon as possible. We will take further action based on your response.

                                Address is New Iqbal Nagar Sopore, Jammu And kashmir. Sales representative initially gave us regular updates and promised delivery a week back. Now it has been twenty days since we ordered it and there is no news. He is not picking up his phone, neither bascho sanitary dealer in Sopore is helping. Please assist.

                                  Please u update u that my complaint no . is 00582717 dt .5/7/18.
                                  Complaint is for the hotel jaquar fitting( we r in service industry) but till date 11/7/18 [5.35pm] after so many calls problem stands same.

                                  When w purcased jaquar material for hotel that time company assured us services with in 72 working hours.

                                  Pl clear me what is the policy of the company for Hotels?

                                    Sir, my earlier complain no.is 1989538 .this is very harasing evenafter many discussion with Mr.Ansul shrivastava over phone no.[protected] .my problem is still as it is even Mr Ansul advice me that all issues be sortout within one week but. neither he is not picking phone calls nor sortout this problems.kindly help me and get my fitting change.

                                      I am Nikunj Patolia staying in Surat, Gujarat.
                                      I have installed jaquar products in my home in 2013. After that I am continuously facing an issue with wall mounted single button flush that it stops pullout back and continue draining water.
                                      This complain is for particular one flush only not all other flush. I was complaining this matter since 2013 to your customer care service number form my registered number [protected] and technician come and solve some how. This happens almost every 3-4 months and I complain most of time to customer care. (you can find my complain record from my registered number). In year 2016-17, technician told us to change some part and we paid something Rs. 750. This payment was paid twice because he changed the part two times in two different visit. He never gave a bill of that but to solve the issue we paid. But problem never stops.
                                      Now inlatest complain of june 2018, I registered same complain again and to solve the complain a technician named (Mr. Subhash) came who told that this whole piece/product (flush) was defective since we purchased and this is company fault so we have to purchased new one for Rs. 1850/-. At that time of his visit, my wife and my 5 year old son was at home. My wife told him that if piece was defective than why part was changed earlier so he started arguing her loudly and never except that part was changed. My wife called me and told him to talk with me but he denied to talk with me. He almost shouted at home and forced my wife to sign the receipt for the complain that not solved but she did not. My wife takes a office number of jaquar from him and I called on that number (Miss Naina pick up the phone)and I said if he dint leave the house I’ll call the police. And then he went out by saying “Now solve it by some private agency.”
                                      After that Miss Naina told me that she will send another technician and solve the matter. A new guy visited today (Dt: 10-July-2018) and changed some part called piston and solved the complain after almost a month. He did not ask for any payment and leave without giving us old part or bill. I again called the customer care and told that if the piece was defective from company then why the technician never told us earlier on first or second complain. If he did then we could ask the shopper from where we purchased and replaced the piece. This behavior shows that they are passing a time by changing some or other part so that once warranty period will finish they ask us to change whole piece by full payment. During this talk my phone was transferred to area manager who argued to much with me and never accepted the matter. At last he told me that he asked his technician about his misbehave but dint give answer to replacement of piece. If he is area manager then he must aware about the matter because we already complain locale office (to Miss Naina) about his technician behavior issue. And still the question of product replacement is still pending. I again called the customer care and asked if they have recording of the talk between me and area manger because call was transferred from customer care but they said ‘No’.
                                      From Jaquar brand we never expect such behavior of Manger or technicians. We purchased Jaquar products to get better service and hassle free products. And now I expect to take this whole matter very importantly and solve.

                                        I am living in Kandaghat and have submitted a complaint. Call reference no. 00576469 and spoke to dealer in solan. In spite of my repeated requests he has failed to come. I am highly disappointed.my add. Air Marshal k s gill. A202. Air Force naval valley view residency. Kandaghat. Himachal.contact. [protected]. I am shocked with the behaviour of dealer of such a reputed company

                                        Hi i have complained on Monday till now no response, they said with in 72 hours its 96 hour, what happened to jaquar.does it in lose no service .
