One of my bathroom flush system is 20 years, old, last few months its not working, your representatives visited but could not resolve the problem due to non availability of spares, replacement of flush system would disturb bathroom look by breaking, chaned tiles etc, therefore i request you to make available spares of said flush system. Or else arrange replacement of similar fitting which would fit in that slot, i will pay all your appropriate charges, it would be great help from jaguar, thanks

My water geyser was bursted last month. One of your servimen visted my home and take the pics of bursted water geyser. But still now no reply from him. When I made a call to him he asked me to wait. How many days I have to wait.
