I am purchased jaguar geyser on 8 the aug 2017, on 17 the april geyser has fallen from the wall because of the poor quality of back hock plastic was broken then i complained on 19 april 2018 complained no 00339483 and again on 8 may complained no 00396560 then on the next day a technician came on 20 april and click some pics and returned back after that no one came in my house and then i call to them many times but they completely denied to provide services and denied for replacement/ repair aldo it is under warranty. As it is manufacturing defect by the reputed jaguar company

From last 5 months I am complaining about the rusting problem of some tap water closer soap holder thrice your man visited but till now nothing happen.
The towel holder always get loose.
The water from fountain shower not coming properly and it taking rusted.

      My complaint number is 00476860.
      My water geyser was bursted last week. One of your servimen visted my home and take the pics of bursted water geyser. But still now no reply from him. When I made a call to him he asked me to wait. How many days I have to wait.it was also under warranty
      Rusting of taps and health faucet purchased for our company. Taps and health faucet was fitted only 8 months back area getting rusted and Health faucet also are breaking. We purchased this Jacquar fitting to provide quality tap products to our customers, but Jacquar fitings are not in standard
      Bathroom fittings are not working properly. Please give contact details/send your local service provider for repairing of those fittings. Bathroom showers are not working also toilet water flushing is also not working. So please do needful to send someone for repairing.

        Hi all,
        I have purchased jaquar accessories including 12 taps and many other products.
        Out of 12 taps i am facing issue with removal of ss polish of 1 taps
        And after multiple complaints, i am not able to reach to any conclusion.
        Customer care executive is saying that we have sent the pic of defective tap in office and they are saying it is not manufacturing defect so they will not be able to do any thing.
        And when i asked to give this me written she said we can not do that.
        So as a jaquar user i never expected this from them.
        And in my all 12 taps water is coming even after closing the taps, and after complaining executive is saying that it will come for 5-6 min it is not a defect.
        So i want to ask jaquar how thye can create such products from which polish is getting removed with in 1 month and water is coming even after closing tap.
        I will be very thankfull to you if you will be able to resolve my issues because i am not getting any positive response from customer care.

            My service call reference number is 00479869. It was registered on 4th june. One technician visited and forwarded the issue to installation team regarding wrong installation done. As the glass partition was not fitted properly. I am still struggling with the issue that is it going to resolve or not? The customer care response are so poor that they only say we will put the issue on urgent basis but no one responded.

                We have Leakage problem in bathroom taps & shower. Please do needful & send someone to solve our problem. Thank you.
                There is a lekage of 3 flush tank in 3 bathrooms . I would request you to send a person to repair them

                  R/s sir i purchased my ne home from builder on 2014 with fitting of jaquar accessories of total cost rs 80000 to rs 100000, with 10 year jaquar waranty. The buider not gave me the bill and warranty card of jaquar. So i demand for duplicate bill from jaquar dealer dave sanitary fitting co. Anand gujarat-388001, but he also behave very rude and refused for giving bill and warranty card. So pls help me for getting jaquar bill and waranty card.

                    I have bought a jaguar commode wall hung system including cistern and flush control plate but there is a leakage in cistern or plate and my whole tank of 1000 litre get empty within an hour.                       The toilet flush is faulty. Once flushed cannot be stopped so all water flows out. Plumber also cannot fix it. Can you please check. I tried calling the Toll Free number but calls do not go through. This is in Alto-Porvorim, Goa.

                      Ten days before i bought a Jaguar fitting from Tirunelveli, TamilNadu.In that the screw for mixture tap to shower is missing from the box i made a complaint to the supplier they conveyed my complaint to Jaguar immediately, since now no one came to rectify the issue.Please do the needful

                        One of my bathroom flush system is 20 years, old, last few months its not working, your representatives visited but could not resolve the problem due to non availability of spares, replacement of flush system would disturb bathroom look by breaking, chaned tiles etc, therefore i request you to make available spares of said flush system. Or else arrange replacement of similar fitting which would fit in that slot, i will pay all your appropriate charges, it would be great help from jaguar, thanks

                          We have took possession of flat in april 2018, jaguar bath as well as geyser systems were provided by builder but all fittings responsibility is of jaguar company. Since we started staying geyser is not working, thrice i have complained on jaguar customer care complaint number and but not a single service engineer turnsup and i get a sms stating that your complaint has been resolved. There is a manufacturing defect in geyser as i am being informed that coil is to be replaced even when not a single minute i have used the geyser. On customer care number i am being asked to hold the call for more than 30 minutes and after interacting with the customer branch service manager i am being informed that they will get back but no one contact me at all. My 1st complaint was when casually engineer had come for inspection in 1st week of may 2018, 2nd complaint was on 23.05.2018 with complaint number being 00460526 and third complaint was on 29.05.2018 with complaint number being 00435149 and i have again today ie. 31.05.2018 complained on customer care. This customer service mechanism of jaguar is almost harassment to me with no fruitful results. I am unaware now which forum i should escalate the matter.

                            On 09 Apr 18 i registered a complaint for my 15 ltr Elena digital ELD-WHT-V015 water heater bought in Hyderabad on 02 Sep 17 with customer care. The complaint No was 00305651. A service engineer Hemant from your Hyderabad visited within 48 hrs and declared that the power card had to be replaced. Few days later he came with a power card but it was not working. He then took both the original and replacement cards that were not working and said he will report to the Service centre.

                            Since the last 45 days i have been speaking repeatedly wit Mr VInod/ Mr Narender of your Hyderabad Service centre but they keep telling me that card is yet to come from Gurgaon and that they will revert to me with the spare situation within a few hrs. They have never got back and very time i call up i get the same answer.

                            I have also called the toll free customer care number on two occasions before today and they assured me that the matter has been escalated. they also made me speak to the HyD Branch who assured work would be completed shortly.

                            Today when i spoke to the toll free customer care number they informed me that the complaint has been closed as the job has been completed and that they would register a fresh complaint and they registered a fresh complaint No 00457450 dated 28 May 18. I requested to speak to the supervisor as the original defect had not been rectified and check how the complaint was closed. I was then connected to a Mr Ashish of the activation dept who said both complaints are active. He then connected me to Mr Narender in Hyderabad who assured me that the job will be completed within 72 hrs. I do not believe him as the same assurance he has been giving for the last 45 days

                            I am very upset that i had to wait for over 45 days to get the defect rectified. There is still no clarity of when the job will be completed. please tell me:-

                            (a) how long does it take to send a power card to hyderabad. How many power cards have been sent against my complaint? on two occasions Mr narender tells me power card has come but it is defective therefore he is asking for fresh one. Is he selling them elsewhere? his service is suspect

                            (b) How long do i have to wait for my defect to be rectified? Is this what your company’s customer support is all about?

                            (c) Whom do I escalate the matter to if the geyser is not repaired within 72 hrs as assured by Mr Narender? In this context i would like to talk/communicate with someone responsible as the next step, unfortunately left for me, is to raise the issue to the Consumer Court.

                              I made a complaint on 9/5 that my over head shower is not working, so on 10/5 yr guy came n took the over head shower away n said that is has to be fixed in the workshop n will take one week time.
                              Till today no one has contacted me reg the same and i have send several mails n contacted yr complaint center few times, but no one is giving me a positive reply.
                              Today it has been 19 days n bathroom is not functional as there is no shower.
                              How do u expect a person without bathroom for 19 days and there r no signs of the shower.
                              I put jaquar fittings in my house to have peace of mind, but this has become a nuisance and really bad service.
                              Pls look into the matter and give me a reply asap.

                              I have been calling since 5 days to customer call center my complain no is 00424646 no one has yet came my home for Reparing my tap and this call center is transferring my call here and there and keeping me in waiting since 30 min
                              What a cheap thing of jaguar company
                              Toilet flush when pressed the water doesn't stops and starts flowing continuously which leads to waste of water and still water is flowing.
                              It needs to be fixed fastly as possible.

                              And one more problem when we switch to shower water also flows through tap . Fix it as soon as possible.
                              Two jaguar taps fixed in our washroom are leaking .Even after turning off, the water continues to flow ...Kindly register the complaint..

                                The jaguar wall mounted flush tank is leaking all the time since one week. We had a similar experience before one two years and the technician fixed it. This time we are looking for some other option to replace the wall mounted flush tank with a normal one. Because we don't want this to happen again and again. Wasting money and water.
                                Please respond back with a solution. We are really frustrated with the leaking.

                                  The hand shower does not function properly with no force of water.
                                  The knob of the hand shower is also broken.
                                  The jaguar basin faucets are broken through which the water leaks.
                                  The finish of the products has become very dull which needs to be replaced. The jet spray which was newly installed is damaged.
                                  So all of this needs to be urgently looked into and repaired.

                                    Products not working properly, color becoming black even after maintenance also plastic part damaging with water complaint no 00431292 & 00084214.
                                    Talked with customer care many times but problems are still not fixed.
                                    Each time they just transfer my call to jaguar branch office delhi and person available in office name kanchan assured me to fix the issue and replace the faulty plastic part but in real sinario nothing was done.
                                    Today again i called jagurar delhi branch office and today they given my call to another peraona name is parth the person is very rude and misbehaved with me in call. He said there is no warranty or matel and plastic part and he can not help anything for this complaint when i asked to show me the same in jaguar website or in warranty card where it is mention about warranty then he started shouting and disconnected the call.
                                    I again called customer care and they transferred my call again to this person.
                                    Now i am planning to take leagal action against jaguar company for this fraud as at the time of purchasing the product they says that product has warranty on plastic and matal part but in reality they are not providing anything.

                                      I am in 102, parsn aahana mambakkam main road, sithalapakkam p. O., chennai 600126. The jaguar tap fixed in my bathrrom is leaking and even after turning it off, the water continues to flow for sometime. Moreover, at times, when i open the tap the shower also splashes water simultaneously. (I occupied this house in nov 2016.). When i took up this issue with the parsn management, i was advised by them to give a complaint with jaguar. Hence this email. Can you please solve this problem?

                                        I had purchased a sensor tap few months back from ceramic mall, kanpur. As the flow wasn’t proper from the tap so a complaint had been registered and reregistered. After several follow ups complaint was attended and it was told that the jali inside needs to be replaced. It has been replaced today and the service person charged rs 400/- for this jali. When i purchased this tap along with other items i was told that this comes with seven year warranty. This jali is an internal part of the sensor and it is not i contact with the user so it is company’s fault and 400/- should not be borne by the customer. When asked for bill only job card was given with the amount written as spare parts (Photo attached)
