I had lodged a complaint regarding leakage of water from toilet flush on feb15th (Caller refer #[protected]. A technician visited my flat and set right the problem the same day.
However, after one or two use, the flush began leaking again and the water leakage was more profuse than before. I lodged a fresh complaint on feb 16th (Call refer #[protected] requesting that another technician be deputed to resolve the issue. Pl note that nobody visited my flat yesterday or today and to my surprise, i have received a message today that my complaint has been resolved!! The text of the msg is reproduced here..."thanks for choosing jaquar service call refer. No. 00151263 has been resolved, for further assistance please call on jaquar customer care toll free - [protected]."
Following this fantastic claim i called up the toll free number again today and explained the facts. The lady who attended the call escalated my call to a senior officer. Now, this guy didn't even bother to take the call. Hence, this written complaint.
For the records, i had registered a complaint on feb 14th itself, which was attended by mr abhishek. I registered a fresh complaint on feb 15th because no call refer no was recd during the day nor was the issue resolved.
It is expected that this written complaint will result in a speedy and positive action. Sooner the better as hundreds of liters of precious water has gone down the drain, literally.

Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Person attending the complain left the tap open bathroom and room were flooded with water.
And went away
Problem still not resolved.
Hope company will look on this and revert backk.
Enginer name was bilal and while calling back he swiched off the phone.
Waiting for the complain to resolve soon.
