Greetings,

I had lodged a complaint regarding leakage of water from toilet flush on feb15th (Caller refer #[protected]. A technician visited my flat and set right the problem the same day.

However, after one or two use, the flush began leaking again and the water leakage was more profuse than before. I lodged a fresh complaint on feb 16th (Call refer #[protected] requesting that another technician be deputed to resolve the issue. Pl note that nobody visited my flat yesterday or today and to my surprise, i have received a message today that my complaint has been resolved!! The text of the msg is reproduced here..."thanks for choosing jaquar service call refer. No. 00151263 has been resolved, for further assistance please call on jaquar customer care toll free - [protected]."

Following this fantastic claim i called up the toll free number again today and explained the facts. The lady who attended the call escalated my call to a senior officer. Now, this guy didn't even bother to take the call. Hence, this written complaint.

For the records, i had registered a complaint on feb 14th itself, which was attended by mr abhishek. I registered a fresh complaint on feb 15th because no call refer no was recd during the day nor was the issue resolved.

It is expected that this written complaint will result in a speedy and positive action. Sooner the better as hundreds of liters of precious water has gone down the drain, literally.

    I had purchased 3 nos 3ltrs 4.5 kw geyser on 13.12.2017 and istaaled in my newly constructed house. One out of three is not working. I did lodge a complaint with jaquar on 10, 2 2018. But till date there is no response from jaquar customer service.

    The call center keeps transferring calls from one desk to other. On every followup call the only response i get is that service engineer will call you before the visit...

    I am getting a feeling that they are waiting for the warranty to get over

        Hi,
        Tuesday last week I did a call to customer care service centre, and they arranged a repairing guy for stopping the flow of water in my washroom and also to repair the mixer part.
        Service guy did came that day but stopped the water flow and told me that he didn't have mixer to be fixed in tap.

        So, he told me that he will come tomorrow, but he didn't arrived, then I made lots of calls and he didn't resonded.

        After lots of call I again started calling service centre, and they promised me that they will send someone urgently..but no one came.

        Finally yesterday, i got this repaired by my own spending 1600 Rs.
        Customer care of Jaquar is pathetic and even the servicing guys are not professional.

        I would request to you please take necessary actions

          Flush button of the english toilet is not working and hence not able to pour water. Te flush button is absolutely not working and there is no water there whatsoever. We called a plumber and he checked it but he couldn't do it. He said the callthe company guys to do it. The button doesn't work at all and we need you guys to help us. It is very difficult to manage we have to fill buckets and pour water in the pot. The button has green is spots on it which is a bit weird as well. There is no problem in the piping system as we had called the plumber.

            I lodged a complaint with jaquar on 9.11.17 - complaint number 860105. They sent a technician, who removed a part of the tap and took it with him. He said he would bring it back after getting it repaired. He never turned up.in the meantime, i received a message that the complaint has been resolved. I lodged a complaint again on the 16.12.17 - complaint number 965520. They said they would look into the matter. Nobody turned up. But once again, i am sent a message saying that the complaint has been resolved. I called them on 3-4 other occasions. They stopped giving me new complaint numbers. The matter has not yet been resolved. Part of my tap is still missing.

            Ridiculous service..
            Toilet Flush issue
            We have purchased jaquar bathroom fittings for our newly built house but the cistern is not working properly
            Toilet flush got strucked and not releasing. Wastage of water occur. Need to resolve this problem.may be a washer or spring problem
            I buyed a flash wall mountian plusdoor but its not working properly
            so please send your people to look after it

              Hi jaquar,

              I registered complaint today morning regarding sku: ari-chr-39165 not working and has been installed a month back.
              Your technician takes lot of time to resolve even water is coming out from it and we are not able to use our kitchen because of your so-called brand jaquar while fighting with this sinker mixer my mother told me that bathroom mixer is not working as well so why you are selling cheap quality material in big brand name jaquar and customer service is rude and service is almost minus zero percent.
              We are not able to use our kitchen and now bathroom as well.

              In my main bathroom, the tap is continuously open although I close it and this kind of problem I am suffering from almost a week. I don't how to fix this. So please kindly give your attention and in my fever, please send your best service man to check it out and fix it. And thanks in advance...
              Tap is hard when closing and when opening it takes a while for the water to flow maybe the washer has worn out.

                Actually we have bought a 1) jaquar wall mixer & 2) a spring action soft closing door commod 2 years back but both got damaged and was not working properly
                Wall mixer got damaged and had a stupenduos working and it was highly not working and the tap of hot water tap became loose and became problamatic
                The soft closing of the commod door got loose and was shutting suddenly while closed so, we kindly request you peple to solve this problem.

                      I am facing this issue since july...the company person is coming & the solution from them is not provided...

                      I hav installed 4 steams, none of them is working today, when contacted to customer care, they just have to say that our service person will be there in 72 hours...but it doesn't happen so..
                      my recent complaint number is 00066318 placed on 19-jan 2018..yet am not given any solution ...

                      if this is so... pls uninstall the fittings, this jaquar company is not that capable!
                      these people doesn't even know how to talk to their customers...!

                      Kindly arrange to attend the bathroom hot and cold mixer fitting valve leakage. Previous complaints had not been attended. The mixture pipe valve is leaking and continuously dripping water from the tap. Please arrange to send your technician to attend.
                      There is leakage of the hand faucet system. We have to turn it on from the water inflow control lever to use it. If the lever is left open there is persistent leakage from the faucet. The pressure of water in the faucet is also weak.
                      Also leakage from fitting in washroom.
                      & how many days will it take to be repared?
                      if you can't permanently repare it, pls uninstall all 4 steam system..
                      as i am facing this issue since july!!!

                      Jaguar company people are not worth it!

                        I have purchased a wall mounted commode on 11th dec, 2017. Later, it was found that piece was detective before being fitted and it has a hair crack on the right side of the piece. On complaining to dealer, he forwarded the complain to the company.in response the company's service person inspected the piece and mentioned that the fault from the dealer side. Till now, i am in contact with the company customer associate. He is only giving assurances but to no avail. I am totally disappointed by the company service. I guess it will my last jaquar product in my life.

                          I am a hotelier in Jaisalmer and bought shower fittings from Jaquar which have a warranty on them. Since using one of the shower heads broke and after contacting Jaquar using Ref: 986505 on the 16/12/17 re broken shower head and was pickup by your representative about 5 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. Since emailing the company a week ago I have heard nothing from them. I sent the broken piece in good faith and have heard nothing.

                            We must have purchased a variety of jaquar products worth over rs.10 lakhs through your distributor kejriwal brothers located in thana chariali, dibrugarh. We purchased jaquar products assuming your strong brand image, goodwill and we were promised for excellent after-sales service. As a hotel, it affects our business to deal with the below problems and there have been customer complaints about these as well.

                            The problems are listed below-

                            1. There is leakage of the hand faucet system.
                            2. Damaged towel stand and hanger, toilet paper hanger.

                            We are facing a lot of inconvenience and trouble. Please treat this matter as urgent and send a technician on priority.

                                We installed jaquar diverter set for hot and cold water, but suddenly hot water outcome become very slow from the tap. Hence please help us in fixing the issue, so that hot water comes very faster as before from tap. We complain to many plumbers to resolve the issue, but we can't able to resolve the issue. We also examine the solar company, but they examine and it find no issues with solar heater.

                                  Hi all
                                  I am using 2 jaguar water geyser 5 star rating.
                                  The problem i am facing with both the units is that the water doesn't get heated above 30deg celcius.
                                  If shut the tap and keep the geyser running for 10 minutes only the there is some hot water that too only about 2-3 litres which is the capacity of the tank.
                                  After that again the temperature is just about 30 deg.

                                  I have purchased a new elena water heater just one month back whose remote is not working since beginning.
                                  Within a week of its use, the geyser stopped working, i have registered a complained to the customer care on 3rd january, complained no. 00010814.
                                  A representative from jaquar visited my house and told me that the pcv of water heater is faulty and needs replacement, but my geyser is not repaired till today.

                                    History Since 12/11/2015

                                    * Bought sensor faucet (SNR-CHR-51011) from Calicut Kerala during July 2014 for my house warming which was due in July 2015 (We were working in Saudi Arabia, my whole family, during that time and house was under construction so we purchase things while we come on vacation in preparation of the upcoming house warming).
                                    * Came on vacation during July 2015 with house warming in mind. The sensor tap when connected with battery FAILED to work. Ticket 416139 raised on July 21, 2015
                                    * Service could not fix it, so in short, managed to get a normal tap the last minute for house warming.
                                    * After many calls, to Delhi, Cochin and Calicut almost every week for the next two months. Another ticket was registered 447732 on August 4, 2015.
                                    * Our vacation was over by end of august and we had to lock the house, hand over the already removed tap to my brother to follow and we left
                                    * Six months passed with many mails and calls from saudi ariabi, but NO solution. By the end of dec 2015 a solution was provided probably by replacing the sensor.
                                    * Beginning of Jan 2017 we came to settle in India. The tap was REFIXED (the house was closed and there was a manual tap in place during our vacation). A chargeable battery (Energizer 175mAh Nickel-Metal Hydride) was brought from Saudia and the tap worked around 10 months. One single charge would remain for around two months.
                                    * The tap stopped working around Mid of Dec 2017, draining the fully charged battery in one day. Replacing a normal battery from the market again drained in few hours. Ticket 955544 was opened on Dec 16, 2017.
                                    * The service guy came after few days, could not identify the issue and left promising to return back with a response.
                                    * The ticket was then closed showing resolved.
                                    * Called Jaguar every day for many days. Opened another ticket on Jan 9, Ticket 998437 that too was closed showing resolved.
                                    * The help desk would redirect the call to Kerala service center and the service guy there said the following "You calling us everyday is not going to change anything!"
                                    * Its More than a month now and its going the same route of seven months repaid guaranteed history like last time.

                                    I DO NOT want this tap to be repaired anymore, it never really worked. I want either a brand new tap or get my money back.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      We must have purchased a variety of jaquar products worth over rs. 5 lakhs through your distributor m/s. Rishabh sanitation santacruz west. We purchased jaquar products assuming your strong brand image, goodwill and we were promised for excellent after sales service.

                                      We deeply regret to inform that on complaining on around 25th feb 2017, complaint was registered ref no. 148805 but the complaint was very shabbily handled in a very halfhearted manner. Your staff especially mr. Manish instead of resolving the complaint became very argumentative which was uncalled for. Then the complaint was attended by mr. Rupesh patil who finally failed to resolve the complaint and it is still left unattended. It is for this reason we are compelled to complaint in writing so that it is escalated to senior managers and all the complaints are resolved to our satisfaction.

                                      Secondly i have also registered my complaint at your call centre complaint registration no. 825151. I was impressed with the courtesy and politeness of your call centre officer mr. Gagan who handled my complaint in a very nice manner which is in sharp contrast the manner in which shabbily it was handled by mr. Manish (Mob no. [protected]) or mr. Rupesh patil (Mob no [protected]). However as on today the complaint still remains partially resolved and partially pending which is not been attended later on. Hope you will take this complaint letter seriously and resolve in the spirit of good ethics and reliable customer service.
