Jaquar — Jaguar conceled flush

Good day,

Please note that my home Jaguar concealed flush was repaired today by way of replacing the spindle.

The charge for the same was Rs 2310.00.

Cost for spindle assembly was Rs 2006.00, which should include spring + disc, but only the spindle and plastic part was replaced.

I am not sure if the part was genuine Jaguar, as it was in Serviceman's pouch along with some other new / old parts, whereas it should
be in a sealed pack with part number written on it, as it was in the past.

Also the tools (wrench, pliers etc) should have coated gripping areas to prevent scratching of the fittings (see attached photo) which I will have
to change as it looks bad.

Kindly take a serious note of the above to maintain good customer relations.
