On 04/07/2023, I had raised my compliant related to shower spray not functioning properly. Post Technician Gursewak visited my place on 06/07/2023. While he was checking for the shower head, he hardly hit that shower head on ground for around 3 times. When my father asked him why he threw it hard on floor he said that their way of practice as it clears it off the debris, and opens up the pores. But still it was not working so he declared that this will be replaced but he doesn’t carry its spare now. And confirmed that he has taken the photograph of the shower head part and warranty card of the same. It will be replaced shortly as and when he receives the part from the company, he will visit again to fix it. And insisted for the service code received on the mobile number registered. I had not received any at that note, so he called his dealer immediately to push for the code resend and was more enthusiast to capture that code and went away.
Strangely he did not come back ANY TIME in the week as he had assured, so I called up on jaquar CUSTOMER CARE again on 13/07/2023 narrating my concern still open. They apprised me that I made a mistake sharing service code with him for the service not completed and advised not to share the service code if the complaint is not attended or open. He reopened my complaint and this time technician visit- Sunil kumar had come. He visited us on 13/07/2023 evening, opening up the shower part and meanwhile I narrated him about Gursewak visit, to which he said Gursewak is his boss and he will speak to him and confirm me in the evening when the part will be available or if not, either ways. I told him that I have been advised not to share the service code, unless the complaint is dealt as earlier, I felt cheated with sharing the service code and later Gursewak didn’t turn up for closure. Since I did not receive any confirmation from this service representative that evening as he had assured, so I called him up the next morning to verify the status of my compliant so that accordingly I will update Jaquar CUSTOMER compliant division. Hearing this he requested for a call back within few minutes. He called me back and requested me to wait more as he has got confirmation that part has been ordered and will be replaced ANY TIME within 10 days. He had been courteous to atleast request me for further wait and not reach out to CUSTOMER service again. Trusting his words, I got relaxed and held my faith (I can share the recording for this assurance and confirmation received in SUPPORT of my claim above, if the brand is GENUINEly interested to resolve my concern).
Until today on 26/07/2023 when I called back this technician reminding him over my sue service, I was told that they closed that complaint as company had denied replacement of that part as it was broken and he missed to update me. Listening to this turned response made me more furious and I felt like wasting my time in believing and having faith in the service that was rest assured and later after 20 days, they turned out to be just fooling assurances.
Still maintain my calm I again reached out to the jaquar CUSTOMER service to appraise them of the unjust I just faced, where I had to narrate this story twice till escalation, increasing my frustration with the process to more higher level and after holding call for 13 mins I was made to confront Branch service In charge- Virender- whose approach was rather more pathetic, as if trying to just save his skin all through out. So, he had to cover the ### created. He on my face, instead o[censored]nderstanding my fain, anger and frustration, challenged me that my part that is in warranty will not be replaced and also had the audacity to say to me- go buy yourself.
Somebody give that stupid man some brains, If I can afford a flat with jaquar fittings installed inside, I surely can have the capability of buying the other best replacement available in market as well.
I am pretty sure, all efforts of this Branch Service In charge is busy SUPPORTing and doing hanky pranky stuff together, hidden from the business, instead of abiding the aesthetics of the business- ensuring CUSTOMER satisfaction and responsibility of addressing to concerns and serving the suffering clients. At my place of work, we fire such black faces, who tarnish company image by pretending of maintaining calm stature and then at same note do the damage with their liners and behave that is detrimental for the company in long run, ruining their earned reputation.
Also, question here is about CREDibility of the brand and its claim of services being offered. Can your product quality really retain the name/ brand if the service dealings have gone so cheap?? one really wonders. I am sure the brand would be aware of the similar mal-practices going under their nose- Insisting of service code which actually is satisfaction code (befooling when the work was not even satisfying as issue did not close), just to EARN their money rewards as per company policy. Doing fraud with the items received on the pretext of replacement and selling off the parts is another that is again prevalent. Closing complaints on false pretexts and not even having courage to let them know about it. This kind of poor or cheating services levels is now spreading in market like fire. Now I know why as I have an experience to relate to. And would also believe and spread the same around.
Writing this compliant with not at all any happy sense towards the brand or its services.

Dear Sir/Madam

Broken shower is found at customer site and service person is updates to the customer that it will not cover under warranty. And she starts misbehaving with service person and he leaves the site on immediate basis to avoid any escalation due to lady factor.
Moreover, Yesterday our BSI received the call from through call center and she used abusing language with him also rather he have cleared the company policy to her.

    Company asking for Rs 1105 for small part of product With MRP Rs1150, that too under warranty. complaint no: 00991616

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Health faucet pipe is broken at customer site and its MRP 1105/- (ZMS-CHR-005). Because broken part not cover under warranty period ( as per company policy).
    Moreover, ASI offered to the customer discounted (approx. 900/-) to close the issue but he denied to pay.

    In addition to this We have already communicated to the Dealer(Mayur Trading, Amabala) to whom he purchased the material and took the complete product cost 1150/-.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I'm senthil, 07/07/2023 i purchased a water closet model,
      JAQ-ECS-WHT-851S220SPPSM SINGLE PIECE WC WITH PPSOFT CLOSE SLIM

      At lakshmi ceramics, thanjavur.

      Invoice no :MHT2324CRD01412

      After the installation, i found a leakage on the flushing tank while water is filled.

      Then i found a U SHAPE big crack on the backside of the tank.

      So I called the Jaguar customer care on 12.07.2023 (the installation was happened on[protected].

      The registered complaint service call reference number is 00956850.

      Based on the complaint, your service guy came on 15.07.2023 and he found the leakage and crack on the flushing tank.

      But he couldn't make the video.because the flushing tank so close to the wall.so it is very narrow space behind.(photos attached).

      He asked me to detach the toilet set up to take the video.the toilet set up is completely erected .So how can I remove it.

      Need a plumber and i have to pay 1000 rs for that.and your approval has taken more time, what should i do?Or you have not approved the replacement, who pay the loss to me??

      Your service guy found the problem and gave me the report for me (attached).

      Is there any other proof needed for that??

      If you want to make R&D to find out the root cause of the crack, pls do it

      But as a customer, what should I do??

      Understand the situation of mine.
      The wc price is just 8000 only.already i spend more than 2500 rs for installation & delivery.again i need to do the same.

      If one more time using the plumber for the re installation i need to pay more than 1000 again .Almost 5000 rs i need to spend .Is it worth for this wc ??

      Kindly consider my request, and do the needful.

      Pls approve for replacement with references of the service report and the photo image.

            I have requested for the replacement of seat cover on 18th May 2023.

            I have done many follow ups but every time I get the same response "you will get an update with-in a week time".

            Status : Replacement request is approved but CR number is not generated yet.

            We have been unable to make use of the guest washroom for more than a month now. We are expecting a guest on 27th Jun so kindly get it replaced before that.

            3S Enterprises - called me after one month of complaint and mentioned that the Item code on the bill was having "J '' character extra in it. So we have got it corrected by the "Ashiyana Enterprises" Vendor from whom we purchased and shared the revised bill with 3S Enterprises. But now they also don't have any clue when the replacement can be done and they keep mentioning Jaquar Management meeting going on and no one picking a call so how can I give any update about it. After that they never called back.

            By the way Hindware resolves any such issues within a week of a time at max. Then why Jaquar takes so much time. I think I made a wrong decision by choosing Jaquar fitting for my home.

            Kindly look into this issue on a serious note.

              My name is shanmugarajeshwaran in chennai ([protected])
              I have made service request about mixture tap leak on 14.02.23 and service call ref no. 00212582. The technician visited on 16.02.23 and said that the concerned materials were not available and he promised to resolve the same in a weeks time and requested to close the ticket and paid visiting charges. After that there was absolutely no response from Jaquar support. Last month i have called their customer support and again promised that the issue will be shorted in a weeks time. Almost 4 months my tap is leaking. Absolutely very cold response from Jaquar support team.

                      I have bought bathroom fittings from jaquar some days ago.After using its products one big and expensive basin cock(tap) starts leaking.several times I complained to customer care but no jaquar executive visited my place till date.Every time customer care person tell that sorry 'maaff kr dijiye'.I have never expected this type of behaviour from such a prominent company.please do the needful because my whole family is suffering due to this.

                          I purchased a bath tub (Jaquar - JBT-WHT-FONT150)) from Katta ceramics paying Rs. 21574 bill dated 05/01/2022. Upon installation there was water stagnation with incomplete drainage from the tub. This was immediately flagged up to Jaquar customer care and after repeated visits by their technician the bath tub was deemed defective and a replacement was promised. But despite repeated complaints and follow-up this has not happened and the installed bath tub is virtually unusable. I have lot valuable and time and effort chasing both Jaquar and Katta ceramics.
                          Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Due to manufacture defect, two of my Jaquar WC have been damaged. Already reported and verified by Jaquar team but till today, Jaquar did not provide/replaced the items till today (May 02, 2023). I cannot recognize such a non-responsive behave from a reputed company. I feel all money (a lot of items I have purchased) I spent for Jaquar vanished. Please verify the matter and inform me accordingly.

                            I have purchased new Jaquar washbasin tap on 27th Mar 2023. While installation it came to our notice that it is leaking. When raised this issue with dealer he refused to replace the new tap and said to raise the concern in customer service. We haven’t used the tap one day, customer service guy is now asking 800 rs for fixing the leakage for the new defective tap for which I have already paid Rs. 7000

                            If I have already paid full amount for new tap and not used and the piece is defective, why am I being asked to pay for company’s fault? Attaching the broken piece photograph and leakage video.

                            There is no support from Jaquar customer care - no response in calls, emails. This is highly unprofessional and disgusting behavior of such renowned brand. I am regretting buying it.
                            I want this tap to be replaced without causing further issue.

                              Dear Team,
                              I have placed an order for 4 shower enclosures for my 4 BHK villa in Chennai. The order was placed on 10th March 2023 through Senbaga Home Depot. Jaquar delivery executives delivered the enclosures on 27 March 2023.

                              While installing the enclosures, Jaquar technician indicated that two of the four enclosures doesn’t meet the height requirement, though the measurement was taken by a Jaquar executive.

                              After a week of persuading your executives to install the other two enclosures now they are indicating that another one has also incorrect measurement.

                              Since then I have been following up with both Senbaga home depot and Jaquar but to no avail. This is really frustrates me as a customer who has invested so much money and trust into your products and services.

                              I humbly request you to please coordinate with your team and get the enclosures installed as soon as possible. We as a family have so much faith in Jaquar’s quality and customer satisfaction.

                                Few days back my seat cover developed a crack which grew intense till the time someone from the service Center came and attended the matter.

                                I had installed Jaquar fixtures in the year 2021 between September to November and the seat cover itself says 5 years warranty. Spoke to the area manager Mr Rutvij and his colleague Aisha one by one.

                                Where Ms Aisha is arguing me and giving me lame reason to check the weight capacity of toilet seat cover with the dealer before buying it? And when further I say i[censored] can’t handle I will reach to higher authorities and can also go to consumer court she is telling me to go ahead and go to consumer court. I mean this is the kind of employees you have. Also Can anybody from Jaquar explain me can ur seat covers not bear the weight of 95kgs and if it can’t I am sorry I would never ever recommended Jaquar to anybody as it has been mere 1.5 years and the seat cover broke ? I mean what was the quality that Jaquar carried earlier and what has happened to it now ? Before renovating our bathrooms we’ve always used Jaquar and while renovating also people recommended lot of other options like Grohe, Hindqare, Kohler and lot more but we did not listen to them and were very vocal about our choice because nothing happened till the time we used those bathrooms and look at the day today I have to write you such a long email because I am not getting proper assistance from your representatives.

                                Despite people talking us Jaquar has lot of service issues they don’t give proper services etc etc we did not listen to them and always selected Jaquar and even recommended the same to others also. But today was a miserable day where your representatives also show arrogance while talking to the client and do not give satisfactory answers and rather show frustration while talking. I am sure Jaquar is investing on teaching their employees about how to handle customers.

                                I see no logics, no satisfactory answers, they are not able to give me proper answers on what is covered in warranty.

                                I am really upset with the kind of service and kind of reasons I am given for my issue despite of things covered in warranty of 5 years

                                    I had complained multiple times for the following issues, latest service call number is as follows : 00316714. All purchases are within warranty period of one year.

                                    1. The Jaquar overhead shower is leaking and needs to be replaced

                                    2. The Jaquar 3 way mixer Knobs are faulty and need to be replaced.

                                    Jaquar technicians have already visited and always promise that this will be solved but nothing happens. The only SMS message I get is that Service call has been resolved without any action from company's side.

                                    I am now frustrated with Jaquar brand purchase. I am hoping a complaint here will help move the case.

                                        Greetings!
                                        I am writing this to make you aware about the issue I am facing with the taps fitted in my washroom.
                                        When we first moved into our new home, the builder had provided us with Jaquar fittings in washrooms. We used those for nearly 10-12 years without facing any issue.
                                        So, when we finally decided to renovate our home, our 1st preference was Jaquar sanitary fittings. We renovated our house about a year ago. Soon we realised taps are getting harder to operate. We raised a customer complaint. We got to know from the service provider that this issue might come again and again and guess what! he was absolutely right. Now it has become our routine to call customer care every month, wait for 1 hour to talk to a representative, register a complaint and wait for a serviceman to come and repair it. Even the calendar would miss a date but this process has been regular for us since last year. This time I took the charge and called customer care. Asked the customer representative to connect me to his senior. The senior connected me to someone else who ensured that this time they will give us the permanent resolution of this. I sighed in relief. Today the service man came and told me that even if I replace parts, this issue will keep happening. Even if the company decides to give me taps replacement I have to bear the cost of all the tile replacements.

                                        So after spending thousands on fittings company is giving me two options -
                                        1) Keep bearing the regular monthly trauma of complaint registration and resolution
                                        2) Empty the pocket for repair and refurbishings
                                        BOTH OF WHICH ARE NIGHTMARE FOR US.

                                        I hope this elaborated mail helps you to understand the importance of ethics in conducting business and help me in escalating this matter further.
