[Resolved]  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad [Jntuh] — b tech jntuh original degree not received

I have applied for jntuh od on feb 19 2018 and got a text message on feb 20th saying "your od is dispatched and speed post ems number". The money is also deducted from my bank account. How many days will it take for the od to be delivered to my home address?
